  • the holes 17 in the support 6 may be arranged in a centred position with respect to the longitudinal axis thereof, since no bound arise from any recess present in the section as explained above; this fact allows an efficient locking action of the support 6 in the section 8 when the screws 18 are tightened, with a more balanced distribution of the stresses.
  • the inner part which accommodates the support 6 of the hinges also has the function of receiving the right-angled inserts S connecting said section to the adjacent ones 9 and 10 in the door frame; this implies that the shape of the section 8 is simplified and more compact so as to ensure also a better mechanical strength.

  • the system for fixing the supports 6 along the section 8 is of the reversible type, i.e. it allows a support fixed beforehand to be removed and locked in position again, without being less effective in the next locking operation.
  • This aspect is particularly advantageous because it allows the correction of any errors in the positioning of the hinges when they are mounted on the doors.
  • This operation is usually performed manually by operators who are provided with suitable instruments such as templates or the like; consequently, it may happen that owing to a human error the support of a hinge is not precisely positioned (errors are usually in the order of 1-2 mm), thereby making it necessary to remove such a support so as to mount it subsequently at the correct point.
  • all these phases may be performed without any particular difficulty because the screws 18 which lock the supports 6 in position, operate against the internal surface of the section 8 deforming it only locally, without damaging the neighbouring zones that may thus be used in the event of error, for repositioning the support.
  • this second embodiment of the invention consists in the presence of four inclined surfaces 30a, 30b and 31a, 31b, formed on the locating teeth 15 and 16 in connection with the side of the support 6 where the arm 5 of the hinge is attached.

Claims (10)

  1. Structure de meuble comprenant :
    une porte (2) avec un bâti de renfort constitué par des profilés (8, 9, 10) joints ensemble ;
    une pluralité de charnières (1) pour relier la porte à une paroi du meuble, dans laquelle lesdites charnières présentent des supports respectifs (6) fixées à un profilé (8) du bâti de la porte en utilisant des vis (18) et dans laquelle le profilé (8) présente une section transversale sensiblement ouverte pourvue à l'intérieur de pattes (12, 13, 14) qui s'emboítent dans des dents de positionnement (15, 16) des supports (6), guidant ainsi le mouvement de glissement de ces dernières le long du profilé (8),
    caractérisée en ce que :
    les dents de positionnement (15, 16) des supports (6) sont pourvues de surfaces inclinées (30a, 30b, 31a, 31b) de manière à ce que lorsque les vis (18) sont serrées, les surfaces inclinées (30a, 30b, 3 la, 31b) reposent contre des évidements usinés (12a, 13b) formés sur les pattes (12, 13) du profilé (8), appliquant ainsi sur celle-ci une force (F1, F2) avec une composante (F1x, F2x) qui tend à serrer le profilé (8) autour des supports (6).
  2. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le profilé (8) sur lequel les supports (6) des charnières (1) sont fixés est joint aux profilés (9, 10) du bâti de la porte aux moyens d'inserts (S) disposés dans la même partie intérieure du profilé (8) dans laquelle les supports susmentionnés peuvent être glissés.
  3. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les charnières (1) sont du type comprenant des leviers articulés (7) reliant le support (6) à un bras de charnière (5), fournissant à la porte (2) un mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture rotatif et en translation.
  4. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le profilé (8) présente une section transversale sensiblement en L.
  5. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le profilé (8) est pourvu d'une assise (19) pour recevoir le rebord d'un panneau tampon (20) de la porte (2).
  6. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les supports (6) des charnières et le profilé (8) sont fabriqués en matériau métallique et/ou plastique.
  7. Porte pour une structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un bâti constitué par des profilés (8, 9, 10) joints ensemble, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un de ces profilés (8) présente une section transversale sensiblement ouverte dans laquelle des pattes (12, 13, 14) s'étendent avec des évidements (12a, 13b) formés sur les pattes et dans laquelle un ou plusieurs supports de charnière (6) présentant une forme correspondant à celle de la section transversale sont montés, guidés ainsi par un glissement, dans le profilé (8) et fixés à celui-ci par des vis traversant (18) qui exercent une poussée contre la paroi intérieure du profilé (8).
  8. Porte selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le profilé (8) où les supports (6) des charnières (1) sont montés, est joint aux profilés adjacents (9, 10) dans le bâti aux moyens d'inserts rectangulaires (S) disposés dans la même partie du profilé dans laquelle les supports peuvent glisser.
  9. Charnière pour une structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un bras (5), un support (6) pour fixer la charnière à une porte (2) du meuble, des leviers articulés (7) reliant le support au bras et fournissant à la porte (2) un mouvement de fermeture et d'ouverture rotatif et en translation, caractérisée en ce que ledit support présente la forme d'un corps pourvu de dents de positionnement (15, 16) conçues pour glisser le long d'un profilé de guidage (8) présentant une section transversale correspondante, sensiblement ouverte et des trous de vis (17) le traversant.
  10. Profilé pour une structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une section transversale sensiblement en L dans laquelle une assise (19) pour l'insertion du rebord d'un panneau (20) et des pattes (12, 13, 14) saillant vers l'intérieur de la section transversale sont définis et dans lequel une ou plusieurs de ces pattes présentent des évidements (12a, 13b) orientés de manière à ce qu'une force (F1, F2) appliquée perpendiculairement à celui-ci produise une composante (F1x, F2x) qui tend à rétrécir la section transversale du profilé.
