  • This operation is usually performed manually by operators who are provided with suitable instruments such as templates or the like; consequently, it may happen that owing to a human error the support of a hinge is not precisely positioned (errors are usually in the order of 1-2 mm), thereby making it necessary to remove such a support so as to mount it subsequently at the correct point.
  • all these phases may be performed without any particular difficulty because the screws 18 which lock the supports 6 in position, operate against the internal surface of the section 8 deforming it only locally, without damaging the neighbouring zones that may thus be used in the event of error, for repositioning the support.

  • the shapes of the section 8 and of the supports 6 may also differ considerably from those illustrated in the drawings, provided that, of course, they allow the sliding engagement of said parts as explained above.

Claims (10)

  1. Möbelstück, mit einer Tür (2), die einen zur Verstärkung dienenden Rahmen aufweist, der von miteinander verbundenen Rahmenabschnitten (8, 9, 10) gebildet wird, sowie mit einer Vielzahl von Scharnieren (1) zur Verbindung der Tür (2) mit einer Wand (3) des Möbelstücks, wobei die Scharniere (1) jeweils Befestigungselemente (6) aufweisen, die unter Verwendung von Schrauben (18) an einem Rahmenabschnitt (8) des Rahmens der Tür (2) befestigt sind, und wobei der Rahmenabschnitt (8) einen im wesentlichen offenes Profil hat, welches innen mit Profilstegen (12, 13, 14) versehen ist, die in korrespondierende Haltevorsprüngen (15, 16) der Befestigungselemente (6) eingreifen, wodurch deren Gleitbewegung entlang dem Rahmenabschnitt (8) geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorsprünge (15, 16) der Befestigungselement (6) mit geneigten Oberflächen (30a, 30b; 31a, 31b) versehen sind, derart, daß beim Festziehen der Schrauben (18) diese geneigten Oberflächen (30a, 30b; 31a, 31b) an dazu passenden Hinterschneidungen (12a, 13b) anliegen, die an den Profilstegen (12, 13) des Rahmensabschnittes (8) ausgebildet sind, wobei auf diesen eine Kraft (F1, F2) mit einer Kraftkomponente (F1x, F2x) aufgebracht wird, die dazu tendiert, den Rahmenabschnitt (8) um die Befestigungselemente (6) zu verklammern.
  2. Möbelstück nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Rahmenabschnitt (8), an dem die Befestigungselemente (6) der Scharniere (1) gerichtet sind, mit den angrenzenden Rahmenabschnitten (9, 10) des Türrahmens durch Einsatzstücke (S) verbunden ist, welche in den inneren Teil des Rahmenabschnittes (8) eingreifen, in welchem auch die zuvor genannten Befestigungselemente (6) verschiebbar geführt sind.
  3. Möbelstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Scharniere (1) schwenkbare Hebel (7) zum Verbinden des Befestigungselements (6) mit einem Scharnierarm (5) aufweisen, die der Tür (2) eine rotierende und translatorische Schließ- und Öffnungsbewegung geben.
  4. Möbelstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welchem der Rahmenabschnitt (8) im Wesentlichen einen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  5. Möbelstück nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der Rahmenabschnitt (8) eine Nut (19) zur Aufnahme der Kante eines Türflügels (20) aufweist.
  6. Möbelstück nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem die Befestigungselemente (6) und der Rahmenabschnitt (8) aus Metall und/oder Kunststoff bestehen.
  7. Tür für ein Möbelstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit einem Rahmen, der von miteinander verbundenen Rahmenabschnitten (8, 9, 10) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer dieser Rahmenabschnitte (8) ein im wesentlichen offenes Profil hat, in welchem sich Profilstege (12, 13, 14) mit an den Profilstegen befindlichen Hinterschneidungen (12a, 13b) erstrecken und in welchem ein oder mehrere Befestigungselemente (6) für die Scharniere montiert sind, die eine dem Querschnitt des offenen Profils angepasste Form haben, mit dem Ergebnis, daß sie in dem Rahmenabschnitt (8) verschiebbar geführt werden und mittels durchtretender Schrauben (18) fixiert werden, die eine Druckkraft gegen die Innenwand des Rahmenabschnittes (8) ausüben.
  8. Tür nach Anspruch 7, bei welchem der Rahmenabschnitt (8), an dem die Befestigungselemente (6) der Scharniere (1) montiert sind, mit den angrenzenden Rahmenabschnitten (9, 10) durch rechtswinkelige Einsatzstücke (S) verbunden ist, die an dem Teil des Rahmenabschnittes angeordnet sind, in welchem die zuvor genannten Befestigungselemente verschiebbar geführt sind.
  9. Scharnier für ein Möbelstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit einem Scharnierarm (5), einem Befestigungselement (6) für die Anbringung des Scharniers an die Tür (2) des Möbelstücks, schwenkbaren Hebeln (7) zum Verbinden des Befestigungselements mit dem Scharnierarm und zur Ermöglichung einer rotierenden und translatorischen Schließ- und Öffnungsbewegung der Tür (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (6) mit durchtretenden Schraubbohrungen (17) versehen ist und die Form eines Körpers hat, der mit Haltevorsprüngen (15, 16) versehen ist, die so ausgebildet sind, daß sie entlang einem der Führung dienenden Rahmenabschnitt (8) gleiten, welcher ein daran angepaßtes, im wesentlichen offenes Profil hat.
  10. Rahmenabschnitt für ein Möbelstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmenabschnitt im wesentlichen einen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, und mit einer Nut (19) für die Aufnahme der Kante eines Türflügels (20) und Haltevorsprüngen (12, 13, 14) auf der Innenseite des Querschnitts versehen ist, und wobei eines oder mehrere dieser Haltevorsprünge Hinterschneidungen (12a, 13b) aufweisen, so daß durch eine Kraft F1, F2, die senkrecht auf diese aufgebracht wird, eine Kraftkomponente F1x, F2x ergibt, die dazu tendiert, den Querschnitt des Rahmenabschnitts zu verengen.
