Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Splice-Vorbereitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß mana) einen Ballen (1) drehbar in einer Ballenaufnahme (2) lagert und eine Andruckwalze (3) unter oder seitlich von der Ballenaufnahme (2) parallel zur Achse (4) des Ballens (1) mit einem Andrucksystem (5) gegen den Ballen (1) drückt und um die oberen Lagen des Ballens (1) mit einem querverlaufenden Schnitt (A) trennt, worauf die geschnittenen Bahnenden (6― 10) durch die Schwerkraft oder durch leichte Unterstützung links und rechts vom Umfang des Ballens (1) rutschen, so daß sie nun rechts und links von der Andruckwalze (3) herabhängen,b) worauf auf die obere, nicht geschnittene bzw. nicht verletzte Bahn (11) des Ballens (1) ein beidseitig klebendes Splice-Klebeband (12) querverlaufend geklebt wird, von dessen auf der Rückseite befindlichen geteilten Trennpapier bzw. Trennfolie (13) der Teil (14) abgezogen wird, der dem Ende des Ballens (1) angeordnet wird, der von dem herabhängenden Bahnende (6) des Ballens (1) überdeckt werden kann,c) nun wird durch Drehen (8) des Ballens (1) gegen die Laufrichtung seiner Bahn das herabhängende Bahnende (6) als die zuletzt abgerutschte Lage unter der mit der Andruckwalze (3) vorgehaltenden Bahnspannung auf dem Splice-Klebeband (12) fixiert,d) worauf das mit dem Splice-Klebeband (12) fixierte Bahnende (6) kantengerade (C) an dem noch vorhandenen zweiten Teil (15) des Trennpapiers bzw. der Trennfolie (13) abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Splice-Klebeband (12) schräg oder über den Ballen (1) geklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der zweite Teil (15) des Trennpapiers bzw. der Trennfolie (13) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Andruckwalze (3) geöffnet wird, nachdem das Bahnende (6) auf dem Splice-Klebeband (12) fixiert wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß als Ballen (1) ein solcher aus Papier eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß als Splice-Klebeband (12) ein solches mit Papierträger eingesetzt wird.
