Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Kontrolle der Lage von Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für die dem Druckanfang zugeordnete Kante der Druckplatte, wobei die Druckplatte an dieser Kante eine Ausstanzung aufweist, die mit einem Anschlag in der Befestigungsvorrichtung zusammenwirkt und mit einem die Position der Druckplatte außerhalb der Ausstanzung erfassenden Lagegeber,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anschlag (4, 5) beim Schließen der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) einen Hub (h) entgegen der Zuführrichtung der Druckplatte (1) ausführt, durch den die Druckplatte (1) in die registergerechte Position verschoben wird, und daß der Lagegeber (8, 9) als ein das Vorhandensein der Vorderkante der Druckplatte (1) in einem vorgegebenen Bereich innerhalb der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) signalisierender Geber ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beim Schließen der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) durch den Hub des Anschlages (4, 5) der Kontakt der Druckplatte (1) mit dem Lagegeber (8, 9) aufgehoben wird. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei zwei axial beabstandet angeordneten Anschlägen (4, 5) zwei Lagegeber (8, 9) vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lagegeber (8, 9) als durch die Druckplatte (1) elektrisch schließbare Kontakte ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die mit den Ausstanzungen (6, 7) zusammenwirkenden Anschläge (4, 5) mittels vorgespannter Blattfedern (13, 14) in der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) angebracht sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blattfedern (13, 14) über einen Block (15) an der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) angebracht sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blattfedern (13, 14) über ein zugeordnetes Justiermittel (16) verstellbar sind.
