Claims (19)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1), insbesondere Katalysator-Trägerkörpers für Kraftfahrzeuge, aus zumindest teilweise strukturierten bogenförmigen Blechfolien (15), die nach ihrer Schichtung und/oder Wickelung zu einem konischen Folienpaketkörper (2), welcher für ein Fluid durchströmbare Kanale aufweist, in ein konisches Mantelrohr (3) mit einer ersten (4) und einer zweiten Stirnöffnung (5), wobei die erste Stirnöffnung (4) einen größeren Durchmesser als die zweite Stimöffnung (5) aufweist, eingebracht, durch mechanische Klemmhilfen (7; 8; 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) fixiert und anschließend zumindest partiell miteinander und mit dem Mantelrohr (3) fügetechnisch verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhilfen (7; 8; 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) im Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnungen (4, 5) angeordnet und so ausgelegt sind, daß sie wenigstens abschnittsweise Ringform aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) auf seiner Innenseite (6) einen mechanisch fixierbaren Ring (7) oder zumindest mechanisch fixierbare Segmente eines Rings aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Einschnürung (8) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Außensicke (9) aufweist, in der ein vorgespannter Ring (10) reversibel mechanisch oder irreversibel fügetechnisch anordbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Innensicke (11) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Einbringung des Folienpaketkörpers (2) in das Mantelrohr (3) eine Axialkraft auf das Mantelrohr (3) ausgeübt wird, wobei sich die Innensicke (11) so verformt, daß der Folienpaketkörper (2) im Mantelrohr (3) fixiert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnungen (4, 5) einen Außenabsatz (12) in der Axialbreite des Folienpaketkörpers (2) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mantelrohr (3) und Folienpaketkörper (2) ein Feder-Nut-System (13, 14) aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 8. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnungen (4, 5) im Bereich der Axialbreite des Folienpaketkörpers (2) wenigstens eine Außensicke (14) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines konischen Wabenkörpers (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest teilweise strukturierten bogenförmigen Blechfolien (15) so herstellt werden, daß seitlich am Folienpaketkörper (2) wenigstens eine den Folienpaketkörper (2) zumindest abschnittsweise umlaufende Rastnase (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Konischer Wabenkörpers (1), insbesondere Katalysator-Trägerkörper für Kraftfahrzeuge, aus zumindest teilweise strukturierten bogenförmigen Blechfolien (15), die nach ihrer Schichtung und/oder Wickelung zu einem konischen Folienpaketkörper (2), welcher für ein Fluid durchströmbare Kanäle aufweist, in ein konisches Mantelrohr (3) mit einer ersten (4) und einer zweiten Stirnöffnung (5), wobei die erste Stirnöffnung (4) einen größeren Durchmesser als die zweite Stirnöffnung (5) aufweist, einbringbar, durch mechanische Klemmhilfen (7; 8; 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) fixierbar und anschließend zumindest partiell miteinander und mit dem Mantelrohr (3) fügetechnisch verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhilfen (7; 8, 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) im Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnung (4, 5) angeordnet und so ausgelegt sind, daß sie wenigstens abschnittsweise Ringform aufweisen.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) auf seiner Innenseite (6) einen mechanisch fixierbaren Ring (7) oder zumindest mechanisch fixierbare Segmente eines Rings aufweist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Einschnürung (8) aufweist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Außensicke (9) aufweist, in der ein vorgespannter Ring (10) reversibel mechanisch oder irreversibel fügetechnisch anordbar ist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zur ersten Stirnöffnung (4) eine Innensicke (11) aufweist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnungen (4, 5) einen Außenabsatz (12) in der Axialbreite des Folienpaketkörpers (2) aufweist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mantelrohr (3) und Folienpaketkörper (2) ein Feder-Nut-System (13, 14) aufweisen.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) beabstandet zu den Stirnöffnungen (4, 5) im Bereich der Axialbreite des Folienpaketkörpers (2) wenigstens eine Außensicke (14) aufweist.
- Konischer Wabenkörper (1) nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest teilweise strukturierten bogenförmigen Blechfolien (15) so herstellbar sind, daß seitlich am Folienpaketkörper (2) wenigstens eine den Folienpaketkörper (2) zumindest abschnittsweise umlaufende Rastnase (13) ausgebildet ist.
