Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un cuerpo alveolar cónico (1), en especial un cuerpo de soporte de un catalizador para vehículos de motor, compuesto de láminas de chapa (15) con forma de arco, estructuradas por lo menos parcialmente, las cuales, después de su apilamiento en capas superpuestas y/o su enrollado para formar un cuerpo cónico (2) de paquete de láminas, que tiene canales que pueden ser atravesados por un fluido, son introducidas en un tubo cónico de envoltura (3) con una primera abertura frontal (4) y con una segunda abertura frontal (5), teniendo la primera abertura frontal (4) un diámetro mayor que la segunda abertura frontal (5), son fijadas por medio de elementos mecánicos auxiliares de sujeción (7; 8; 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) y a continuación son unidas entre sí por lo menos parcialmente y unidas al tubo de envoltura (3) mediante técnica de ensamblado, caracterizado porque los elementos auxiliares de sujeción (7; 8; 9, 10; 11; 12; 13, 14) están situados en el tubo de envoltura (3) a una distancia de las aberturas frontales (4, 5) y colocadas de manera que tienen forma de anillo por lo menos en algunas de sus partes.
