Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a cable elevator Traction sheave, consisting of a first separate guides along moving cabin, one on second separate guides along moving counterweight and one arranged in the shaft Prime mover.
  • An elevator system of the aforementioned type is from the Japanese Utility Model No. 50297/1992 known.
  • Two pillars in the form of two self-supporting U-profiles serve as Guide for the cabin and for the counterweight. They are upstairs completed two U-profiles with a traverse, which the Engine carries. So that the backpack cabin on the height the drive can extend the vertical part of the Supporting frame of the cabin only up to half of the cabin height, which is a short vertical distance between the guide rollers results.
  • the latter means a high burden for the Leadership roles, if only through the empty cabin. So that whole device does not tip over from the wall, the Traverse with the machine additionally with the rear wall of the shaft be firmly connected, what these with correspondingly large horizontal tensile forces.
  • the present invention has for its object a to create machine room-less elevator, its area of application that of conventional elevators with separate machine rooms for houses with up to 15 floors and corresponds to a conveyor load of up to 8 people.
  • the invention is characterized in that a Machine console with the elevator drive on conventional Guide pairs for the cabin and the counterweight is attached and that the vertical weight of the drive, cabin and Counterweight exclusively over the two Guide rail pairs led to the shaft floor and there is supported. So find inexpensive, conventional Guide rails use, with the guides of the cabin and the counterweight for optimizing the Guide element distances on the cabin can be of different lengths can. Added to this is the further advantage that the load-bearing Ideally, no guide rails through the drive Bending moments act because of this type of arrangement and Only vertical forces are attached to the guide rails be exercised. This is how a machine room-less elevator becomes realized, which, only with a new drive console, in the the rest with conventional elevator components, also with regard to Equip the motor, brake, gearbox and guide rail holder leaves.
  • the introduction of the vertical force is force and form-fitting on both pairs of guides, the Counterweight guides for example within the Machine console ends.
  • the suspension cables are without deflection and deflection rollers Traction sheave vertically downwards directly with the lower one Trailing edge of the cabin and with the top of the counterweight connected.
  • the machine console is attached to the guides via appropriately trained side plates of the Machine console.
  • the attachment of the machine console to the cabin guides can advantageously take place at a joint and so the Replace connecting straps.
  • the machine console is simple, for example Welded construction carried out and consists of only two Side signs, two connection profiles and one Machine carrier together.
  • FIG. 1 shows the upper part of a shaft 2 with the top floor 10 and the shaft 2 above final shaft ceiling 23.
  • a cabin 1 is by means of upper and lower guide elements 29 and 30 Guided cabin guides 3 and suspended from suspension cables 4, which at the rear lower edge via a suspension cable attachment 12 are connected to the cabin 1.
  • the supporting rope pieces 4 below the cabin 1 lead to a in the vertical plane here counterweight 34 (FIG. 5) not visible down to it Top where they are connected to this.
  • a Machine console 6 is on the cabin guides 3 and at, in counterweight guides 20 not visible in this illustration (Fig.2) attached.
  • a gear 7 is located on the machine console 6 with a traction sheave 5 wrapped in suspension cables 4 placed.
  • a motor 9 and a brake 8 On the top of the gear 7 is, with this operatively connected, a motor 9 and a brake 8 arranged.
  • Guide holders 21 are the cabin guides 3 all over Lift height and the behind the cabin guides 3 not here visible counterweight guides 20 (Fig.2) to below Machine console 6 at equal intervals on a shaft wall attached.
  • the dashed outline 11 shows the Cabin 1 on the position of the top floor 10.
  • the cabin 1 already at about the same height as the transmission 7.
  • the cabin 1 is also available Crossing path of about one meter available, what thanks to the continuous cabin guides 3 at the Machine console 6 is possible.
  • the top view of the machine console 6 in FIG. 2 shows the Details of this, preferably in welding technology manufactured construction.
  • the machine console 6 has Side signs left 14 and right 13, which left on the face of a longer square tube 16 and on the right on one shorter square tube 15 are welded.
  • a Machine support 18 Off center between the second end faces of the square tubes 15 and 16 is a Machine support 18 with these in the same way insoluble connected.
  • To the left of the machine support 18 is the square tube 16 a passage 17 for the supporting cables 4 is available.
  • the rough indicated transmission 7 is by means of the holes 19 and not screws shown on the machine support 18 releasable attached.
  • FIG. 3 are a cross section through the plane of the Passages 17 the shapes and proportions of the parts used for the machine console 6 can be seen.
  • a first Counterweight guide 20 on the underside of the square tube 15/16 strikes.
  • the underside also serves, not shown here the square tube 15/16 as a vertical stop for the second Counterweight guide 20.
  • the Side plates 13 and 14, here the side plate 13 in the example at the same time as a connecting strap at a joint 31 of the Serve cabin guide 3.
  • Guide rails 3 and 20 on large footplates 35 be turned off.
  • the installed at regular intervals Guide holder 21 are not only used for compliance with the Guide geometry, but also ensure a sufficient Kink resistance of the guides 3 and 20 in this, otherwise not usual vertical load.
  • FIG. 4 shows the entire machine console 6 in its physical configuration.
  • the optional reinforcement 24 below the surface of the machine support 18 is to be mentioned here. 5 with the top view of all components, the invention as a whole is explained in more detail below.
  • the resulting free projection surface between the guide elements 29 and 30 becomes the now partially visible counterweight 34 and the drive assembly with the machine console 6 used.
  • the rail holders 21 have been deliberately omitted in this illustration to show that the drive assembly with motor 9, brake 8, transmission 7 with traction sheave 5 and machine consoles 6 has no mechanical connection with any shaft part.
  • the speed limiter which is placed on the square pipe 15/16, for example, was also omitted.
  • the support cable fastening 12 is shifted somewhat in the direction of the car door 32, based on the middle between the car guides 3, and taking into account the asymmetrical weight distribution (door and door drive) on the car 1.
  • a control box also not shown, can be placed anywhere. There are various options for this. For example, it can also be arranged on the machine console 6 with corresponding fastening elements.
  • the Machine console 6 vibration-damped on the guide rails 3 and 20 are attached.
  • Such vibration damping between the machine console 6 and the guides 3 and 20 is at higher speeds and comfort requirements.
  • 6 and 7 is an example of a solution for a vibration-damped attachment shown. It will new and partly changed parts for the Machine console provided. Instead of the flat side signs 13 and 14 become left and right side angles 28 used, the vertical side, analogous to the side plates 13 and 14, permanently connected to the square tubes 15 and 16 are.
  • a right and left mounting bracket 25 screwed in the same way like side plates 15 and 16 with direct attachment.
  • the execution of the machine console 6 is in terms of profile selection and joining technology not on the type of the example shown limited. It would also be a construction with others Profile shapes possible and the connections of the parts among themselves could also be made by means of screw connections become.
