Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren sowie eine Steuerung zum Anfahren einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei dem die Bogen von der Oberseite eines Anlegerstapels mittels Abnahmeorganen entnommen und über einen Fördertisch zu einer Anlage gefördert werden, wobei das Zuschalten der Druckzylinder in den einzelnen Druckwerken entsprechend dem Bogenlauf eines ersten in die Maschine einlaufenden Bogens gesteuert wird. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein solches Verfahren sowie eine das Verfahren ausführende Steuerung derartig zu erweitern, so daß die nach einem Stopper durch Fehleinfärbungen während des Hochfahrens bedingte Makulatur spürbar reduziert werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß gelingt dies dadurch, daß nach einem Stopper der Anleger direkt stillgesetzt und die das Abnehmen der Bogen (4) bewirkenden Organe (2) angeschaltet bleiben, daß der den Stopper verursachende Bogen (5) und ggf. weitere Bogen vom Fördertisch entfernt werden, daß daraufhin bei einer niedrigen Grunddrehzahl (VG) der Anleger zugeschaltet wird, daß bei Feststellen eines korrekt an der Anlage (6) liegenden ersten Bogens (4) der Bogeneinlauf freigegeben und die Maschine von der Grunddrehzahl (VG) auf die für die Produktion vorgesehene Fortdruckdrehzahl (VP) beschleunigt wird, und daß in Abhängigkeit des von dem ersten Bogen von der Anlage (6) zu den einzelnen Druckwerken zurückzulegenden Maschinenwinkeis (MW; D1, D2, D3, D4) sowie in Abhängigkeit der dabei jeweils vorliegenden Druckgeschwindigkeiten (V1, V2, V3, V4) die für das Zuschalten der Druckwerkszylinder vorzusehenden Schaltwinkel (W1, W2, W3, W4) bestimmt und zu diesen Schaltwinkeln (W1, W2, W3, W4) die Druckzylinder im jeweiligen Druckwerk auf Druck geschaltet werden.
