Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Anfahren/Wiederanfahren des Fortdruckes bei einer bogenverarbeitenden Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, wobei die zu bedruckenden Bogen von einem Stapel eines über eine schaltbare Kupplung mit der Druckmaschine verbundenen Anlegers mit Hilfe von schaltbaren Abnahmeelementen zugeführt werden, der Anleger bei einer niedrigen Grunddrehzahl der Druckmaschine zugeschaltet wird und ein Hochfahren der Druckgeschwindigkeit von der Grunddrehzahl auf einen für die Produktionsdrehzahl vorgesehenen Wert nebst entsprechendem Zuschalten der Bogenzufuhr vorgesehen ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein derartiges Verfahren derartig zu erweitern, so daß die beim Anfahren/Wiederanfahren mit einem daraufhin folgenden Hochlaufvorgang anfallende Makulatur weitestgehend verringert werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß ist dazu vorgesehen, daß der Zeitpunkt (9) zum Starten des Hochfahrens der Druckmaschine von der Grunddrehzahl (4) auf die für den Fortdruck vorgesehene Produktionsdrehzahl (VD) in Abhängigkeit der Anzahl der zum Fördern eines ersten Bogens vom Anlegerstapel bis zu einem vorbestimmten Punkt innerhalb der Maschine (Anlage/erste Druckzone) nötigen Maschinenumdrehungen derartig gelegt wird, so daß nach Zuschalten des Bogenlaufes (z) ein erster Bogen erst bei oder nach Erreichen der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit die vorbestimmte Position innerhalb der Maschine erreicht.
