Emballage du type comprenant quatre parois latérales (1, 2, 3, 4), un fond (5), un rabat de fermeture (17) terminé par une patte de verrouillage (18), au moins, un volet (13) destiné à être rabattu sous le rabat (17), la paroi latérale (2), opposée à celle sur laquelle s'articule le rabat (17) étant doublée pour former une pochette (20), caractérisé en ce que le volet (13) comporte, sur sa face (13a) une bande adhésive (22), tandis que la face (18a) de la patte de verrouillage comporte une bande adhésive (24) protégée par une pellicule arrachage (25), la paroi latérale (2) présentant deux amorces de rupture (28) reliées par un rainage (30) pour délimiter une languette (31). <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention se rapporte à un emballage destiné au transport de substances infectieuses issues de prélèvements et contenues dans des flacons.
L'invention vise des emballages en carton affectant une forme générale parallélépipédique avec quatre parois latérales, un fond et un rabat de fermeture, l'une des parois latérales étant doublée de manière à former une pochette destinée à contenir des papiers, par exemple les documents de transfert.
L'un des buts de l'invention est de réaliser un emballage dans lequel les papiers puissent être extraits de la pochette, sans avoir à ouvrir le rabat de fermeture, lesdits papiers pouvant être aisément remis en place et la pochette pouvant être fermée afin d'éviter tout risque de perte desdits papiers.
L'emballage, selon l'invention, est destiné à contenir, plus particulièrement des substances infectieuses issues de prélèvements, et du type réalisé à partir d'un flan de carton découpé et plié pour former un corps parallélépipédique avec quatre parois latérales, une extrémité inférieure fermée par un fond, un rabat de fermeture terminé par une patte de verrouillage et articulé sur un rainage de l'extrémité supérieure de l'une des parois latérales, au moins un volet destiné à être rabattu sous le rabat de fermeture et articulé sur un rainage d'une autre paroi latérale, la paroi latérale, opposée à celle sur lequel s'articule le rabat de fermeture, étant doublée par une paroi interne pour former une pochette destinée à recevoir un document et dans laquelle s'insère la patte de verrouillage, ledit emballage étant caractérisé en ce que le volet comporte, sur sa face destinée à être tournée contre la face interne du rabat de fermeture, une bande adhésive, tandis que la face de la patte de verrouillage destinée à être tournée du côté de la paroi latérale formant avec la paroi interne une pochette, comporte une bande adhésive protégée par une pellicule arrachable, la paroi latérale formant avec la paroi interne une pochette présentant, à parti de son bord supérieur, deux amorces de ruptures reliées par un rainage pour délimiter une languette.
Ainsi, si on veut consulter les documents logés dans la pochette, on tire sur la languette afin de former une large ouverture dans la paroi latérale correspondante, puis on peut replacer les documents dans la pochette et ramener la languette dans sa position initiale et fixer celle-ci en la collant grâce à la bande adhésive de la patte de verrouillage après qu'on ait retiré la pellicule de protection.
De préférence, le volet dont la face est destinée à être tournée contre la face interne du rabat de fermeture et comportant la bande adhésive est articulé sur un rainage de l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi interne doublant la paroi latérale opposée à celle sur laquelle s'articule le rabat de fermeture.
Suivant un autre détail constructif, les parois latérales, adjacentes à la paroi latérale à l'extrémité supérieure de laquelle s'articule le rabat de fermeture, comportent, chacune, un volet rabattable à leur extrémité supérieure.
Enfin, la bande adhésive prévue sur la face du volet destiné à être tournée du côté de la face interne du rabat de fermeture est protégée par une pellicule arrachable.
L'invention va maintenant être décrite avec plus de détails en se référant à un mode de réalisation particulier donné à titre d'exemple seulement et représenté aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
Figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un emballage, selon l'invention, celui-ci étant ouvert.
Figure 2 est une vue en perspective de l'emballage de la figure 1, celui-ci étant représenté en cours de fermeture.
Figure 3 montre l'emballage fermé.
L'emballage représenté aux figures a une forme générale parallélépipédique avec quatre parois latérales 1, 2, 3 et 4 et un fond 5.
L'emballage est destiné à contenir un flacon qui est convenablement calé dans le volume intérieur 7 dudit emballage.
Sur l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi 1 s'articule un volet 8 pourvu d'un onglet 9, tandis que sur la paroi 4 s'articule un volet 10 avec un onglet 11. La paroi 2 est doublée par une paroi 19 sur un rainage 12 de laquelle s'articule un volet 13 dont le bord libre présente un onglet 14.
Enfin, le long d'un rainage 16 de la paroi latérale 3 s'articule un rabat de fermeture 17 terminé par une patte de verrouillage 18.
Comme on le voit à la figure 2, la paroi latérale 2 et la paroi 19 ménagent entre elles une pochette 20, tandis que la face externe 13a du volet 13 comporte une bande adhésive 22 protégée par une pellicule arrachable 23.
La patte 18, sur sa face 18a comporte une couche de matière adhésive 24 protégée par une pellicule arrachable 25.
La paroi 2 présente un onglet 27 et deux amorces de rupture 28 s'étendant depuis le bord libre jusqu'en un point intermédiaire de la hauteur de ladite paroi 2 ; les extrémités desdites amorces de rupture 28, opposées à celles débouchant sur le bord libre, étant reliées par un rainage 30. Ainsi, il est délimité une languette rabattable 31.
La pochette 20 est destinée à recevoir des documents, par exemple, des documents de transfert.
Dans l'emballage est logé un récipient contenant, par exemple, des prélèvements de substances infectieuses ; l'emballage est fermé par les volets 8 et 10 qui sont rabattus vers l'intérieur, puis le volet 13 est replié sur le volet 8 et les documents de transfert sont insérés dans la pochette 20, on ferme ensuite l'emballage en insérant la patte 18 dans la pochette 20 après que la pellicule 23 ait été arrachée.
L'avantage de cet emballage est qu'il est possible de consulter les documents sans avoir à décoller le rabat de fermeture 17. En effet, il suffit de tirer sur la languette 31 pour avoir accès aux documents et, après avoir consulté ceux-ci, on peut ramener la languette 31 dans sa position initiale et assurer sa fixation en retirant la pellicule 25 de manière que ladite languette 31 soit collée contre la face 18a de la patte 18.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation qui vient d'être décrit et représenté. On pourra y apporter de nombreuses modifications de détail sans sortir pour cela du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (4)

  1. Emballage destiné à contenir, plus particulièrement des substances infectieuses issues de prélèvements et du type réalisé à partir d'un flan de carton découpé et plié pour former un corps parallélépipédique avec quatre parois latérales (1, 2, 3 et 4), une extrémité inférieure fermée par un fond (5), un rabat de fermeture (17) terminé par une patte de verrouillage (18) et articulé sur un rainage de l'extrémité supérieure de l'une des parois latérales (3), au moins un volet (13) destiné à être rabattu sous le rabat de fermeture et articulé sur un rainage d'une autre paroi latérale, la paroi latérale (2), opposée à celle sur laquelle s'articule le rabat de fermeture étant doublée par une paroi interne (19) pour former une pochette (20) destinée à recevoir un document et dans laquelle s'insère la patte de verrouillage (18), ledit emballage étant caractérisé en ce que le volet (13) comporte, sur sa face (13a) destinée à être tournée contre la face interne du rabat de fermeture (17), une bande adhésive (22), tandis que la face (18a) de la patte de verrouillage destinée à être tournée du côté de la paroi latérale (2) formant avec la paroi interne (19) une pochette comporte une bande adhésive (24) protégée par une pellicule arrachable (25), la paroi latérale (2) formant avec la paroi interne (19) une pochette (20) présentant, à partir de son bord supérieur, deux amorces de rupture (28) reliées par un rainage (30) pour délimiter une languette (31).
  2. Emballage destiné à contenir, plus particulièrement des substances infectieuses, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (13) dont la face (13a) est destinée à être tournée contre la face interne du rabat de fermeture (17) et comportant la bande adhésive (22) est articulé sur un rainage (12) de l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi interne (19) doublant la paroi latérale (2) opposée à celle sur laquelle s'articule le rabat de fermeture (17).
  3. Emballage destiné à contenir, plus particulièrement des substances infectieuses, selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (1 et 3) adjacentes à la paroi latérale (3) à l'extrémité supérieure de laquelle s'articule le rabat de fermeture (17) comportent, chacune, un volet rabattable (8, 10) à leur extrémité supérieure.
  4. Emballage destiné à contenir, plus particulièrement des substances infectieuses, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande adhésive (22) prévue sur la face (13a) du volet (13) destinée à être tournée du côté de la face interne du rabat de fermeture, est protégée par une pellicule arrachable (23).
