Claims (10)

  1. Installation for the bathing of persons, which installation consists of an assembly comprising especially:
    a basin (2) intended to contain a certain volume of water (3) and a support structure (4) for this basin (2) above a surface (5),
    an apparatus (6) for circulating the water (3) in the basin, this apparatus comprising itself, especially, a capacity (10) termed a flow tank,
    the basin (2) is formed by a substantially rigid wall (2A) which, in the utilisation position,
    is delimited by two faces (2B, 2C) termed upper (2B) and lower (2C),
    in a central portion is boxed in so as to constitute the useful volume of the basin (2),
    in a peripheral portion, forms a collar (11), the upper surface (11A) of which constitutes a surface termed an overflow surface,
    said installation being characterised in that
    the structure (4) comprises at least two parts (S1, S2) which can be assembled along a parting plane intersecting with the plane of the collar (11), which parts define
    a means (12) of support on the ground,
    a gutter (8) disposed to extend below the level of the collar (11) of the basin (2) and collect the water (3) evacuated from the basin by overflow above the said collar (11),
    at least one of the elements which are the basin (2) and the structure (4) comprises:
    a capacity (10) for receiving a fixed volume of water, which is at least indirectly linked to the gutter (8),
    at least one means (13) termed a means of continuity of flow to guarantee the flow in the gutter (8) of the water (3) escaping from said basin (2) by overflow.
  2. Installation according to claim 1, characterised in that the structure (4) comprises a means (14) for the return of the load supported by the basin.
  3. Installation according to claim 2, characterised in that the means (14) for the return of the load supported by the basin (2) includes the means (13) of continuity of flow.
  4. Installation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the means (13) of continuity of flow comprises at least two opposing surfaces (11B, 4A), which, the one (11B) formed by a surface carried by the collar (11) and the other by a surface (4A) bordering on the gutter (8), are disposed to form a substantially conical localised housing for the basin (2) on the structure (4) and to press closely the one on the other.
  5. Installation according to claim 4, characterised in that the means (13) of continuity of flow comprises a sealing element intended to be interposed between the two opposing surfaces (11B, 4A), which are the one (11B) constituted by a surface carried by the collar (11) and the other (4A) by a surface bordering on the gutter (8).
  6. Installation according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the means (14) for the return of the load supported by the basin (2) includes a bearing surface (2D) for at least indirect support on the support surface (5).
  7. Installation according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that the means (14) for the return of the load of the basin comprises:
    firstly, the means (13) of continuity of flow, and
    secondly, a bearing surface (2D) for at least indirect support on the support surface (5).
  8. Installation according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that at least one of the constituent parts of the structure (4) is formed by a wall (4B) which defines a capacity (10) for receiving a fixed volume of fluid and, at least some of the faces of this capacity constitute, for their part:
    a surface (12) for support on the support (5) of the installation,
    a gutter (8) disposed to extend below the level of the collar (11) of the basin (2) and collect the water evacuated from the basin (2) by overflow above the collar (11),
    at least one surface (4A) to participate in forming the means (13) of continuity of flow by providing an at least indirect impermeable support against a surface (11B) of the wall of the basin (2).
  9. Installation according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that at least one of the constituent parts of the structure (4) is formed by a wall (4B) which defines a volume capable of sheltering a technical material (8) such as an apparatus for putting into circulation and treating the water utilised in the basin, at least some of the faces of this volume constituting, for their part:
    a surface (12) for support on the support (5) of the installation,
    a gutter (8) disposed to extend below the level of the collar (11) of the basin and collect the water evacuated from the basin by overflow above the collar,
    at least one surface (4A) to participate in forming the means (13) of continuity of flow by providing an at least indirect impermeable support against a surface (11B) of the wall of the basin (2).
  10. Installation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that, when the basin assumes a shape generated by revolution, structure (4) is made up of a plurality of parts in the form of at least two angular sectors.
