Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Speichern von mit Greifern (22) zum Halten insbesondere flächiger Erzeugnisse versehenen, entlang einer Förderstrecke (10) in einer Förderrichtung (A) bewegbaren Transportmitteln (20) im Bereich einer Pufferstrecke (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) mit keine Haltefunktion ausübenden, geöffneten Greifern (22) auf die Pufferstrecke (14) zu gefördert werden, geöffnete Greifer (22) im oder vor dem Bereich der Pufferstrecke (14) zumindest teilweise geschlossen werden und anschliessend die Transportmittel (20) mit den zumindest teilweise geschlossenen Greifern (22) im Bereich der Pufferstrecke (14) so gespeichert werden, dass der gegenseitige Abstand von in der Pufferstrecke (14) aufeinanderfolgenden Transportmitteln (20) im wesentlichen durch den Oeffnungsgrad der Greifer (22) oder durch die Abmessungen der Transportmittel (20) in Förderrichtung (A) bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (22) zumindest in einem solchen Masse geschlossen werden, dass ihre Abmessungen in Förderrichtung (A) gleich den oder kleiner als die Abmessungen der übrigen Teile (26) der Transportmittel (20) in Förderrichtung (A) sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) entlang der Pufferstrecke (14) kontinuierlich oder intermittierend gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) an einer in einem Eingangsbereich (16) der Pufferstrecke (14) angebrachten Schliessvorrichtung (18), die insbesondere entlang der Förderstrecke (10) verschiebbar ist, vorbeigefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) in der Pufferstrecke (14) so dicht aufeinanderfolgen, dass benachbarte Transportmittel (20) einander berühren.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (22) der Transportmittel (20) im Ausgangsbereich (36) der Pufferstrecke (14) oder in Förderrichtung (A) hinter der Pufferstrecke (14) wieder geöffnet werden, insbesondere durch Vorbeifördern an einer Öffnungsvorrichtung (34).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Transportmitteln (20) beim Verlassen der Pufferstrecke (14) vergrössert wird, vorzugsweise in der Art, dass sich benachbarte, geöffnete Greifer (22) mit ihren Greifschenkeln (40/40') gegenseitig berühren.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) in einer Pufferstrecke (14) gespeichert werden, die ausserhalb der Förderstrecke (10) liegt oder auswechselbarer Bestandteil der Förderstrecke (10) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmittel (20) durch geeignete Mittel einzeln oder in Gruppen aus der Pufferstrecke (14) abgerufen werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Speichern von mit Greifern (22) zum Halten insbesondere flächiger Erzeugnisse versehenen Transportmitteln (20), die entlang einer Förderstrecke (10) in einer Förderrichtung (A) bewegbar sind, im Bereich einer Pufferstrecke (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Antriebsmittel (32) zum Fördern der Transportmittel (20) mit keine Haltefunktion ausübenden, geöffneten Greifern (22) auf die Pufferstrecke (14) zu vorgesehen sind, dass vor der Pufferstrecke (14) oder in deren Eingangsbereich eine Schliessvorrichtung (18) zum zumindest teilweisen Schliessen der geöffneten Greifer (22) im oder vor dem Bereich der Pufferstrecke (14) angeordnet ist, und dass die Transportmittel (20) mit den zumindest teilweise geschlossenen Greifern (22) im Bereich der Pufferstrecke (14) so gespeichert sind, dass der gegenseitige Abstand von in der Pufferstrecke (14) aufeinanderfolgenden Transportmitteln (20) im wesentlichen durch den Oeffnungsgrad der Greifer (22) oder durch die Abmessungen der Transportmittel (20) in Förderrichtung (A) bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Schliessvorrichtung (18), die vorzugsweise als Schliesskulisse ausgebildet ist, entlang der Förderstrecke (10) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (A) nach der Pufferstrecke (14) oder in deren Ausgangsbereich (36) eine öffnungsvorrichtung (34), vorzugsweise eine Öffnungskulisse, vorgesehen ist, die insbesondere entlang der Förderstrecke (10) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schliess- und/oder die öffnungsvorrichtung (18/34) wahlweise aktivierbar und deaktivierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen der teilweise oder vollständig geschlossenen Greifer (22) in Förderrichtung (A) gleich den oder kleiner als die Abmessungen der übrigen Teile (26) der Transportmittel (20) in Förderrichtung (A) sind.
