Description
- à enregistrer, sous forme codée électroniquement, au niveau d'une mémoire d'unité de gestion du fonctionnement du moteur dudit système, un ou plusieurs événements au fonctionnement ou non fonctionnement du moteur, le cas échéant à l'aide de capteurs appropriés ;
- à raccorder à ladite unité de gestion, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de raccordement filaires ou non, un outil de test apte à lire le contenu des données stockées en mémoire ;
- à procéder à l'interprétation des données recueillies au travers d'une unité de traitement interne ou externe à l'outil de test afin d'émettre une information claire sur la nature du ou des défauts détectés.

- la figure 2 représente, de manière schématisée, une installation comportant plusieurs de ces systèmes de fermeture motorisés ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation schématisée d'un exemple de réalisation d'un outil de test, plus particulièrement adapté pour tester une installation telle que représentée dans la figure 2.
- à enregistrer sous forme codée électroniquement, au niveau d'une mémoire 6 d'une unité de gestion 7 du fonctionnement du moteur 3 dudit système 1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, un ou plusieurs événements liés au fonctionnement dudit moteur 3, le cas échéant au travers de capteurs appropriés ;
- à raccorder à ladite unité de gestion 7 par l'intermédiaire de moyens de raccordement 8 filaires ou non, un outil de test 9 apte à lire le contenu des données stockées en mémoire 6 ;
- et, en fin de compte, à interpréter les données recueillies au travers d'une unité de traitement interne ou externe à l'outil de test afin d'émettre une information claire pour un opérateur sur la nature du ou des défauts détectés.
Claims (9)
- Procédé de diagnostic du fonctionnement d'au moins un système de fermeture motorisée (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), en particulier de volet roulant, caractérisé en ce que :on enregistre sous forme codée électroniquement, au niveau d'une mémoire (6) d'une unité de gestion (7) du fonctionnement du moteur (3) dudit système (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) un ou plusieurs événements liés au fonctionnement de ce moteur (3) ;on raccorde à ladite unité de gestion (7) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de raccordement filaires ou non (8), un outil de test (9) apte à lire le contenu des données en mémoire (6) ;on procède à l'interprétation des données recueillies au travers d'une unité de traitement interne (12A) ou externe (12) à l'outil de test (9) afin d'émettre une information claire pour un opérateur sur la nature du ou des défauts détectés.
- Procédé de diagnostic selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :on enregistre, également, dans la mémoire (6) de l'unité de gestion (7), d'un système de fermeture motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), l'ordre transmis depuis un boítier de commande (2 ; 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) ;on raccorde l'outil de test (9), de manière filaire ou non filaire, audit boítier de commande (2 ; 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D), afin d'enregistrer un ordre transmis au travers de ce dernier en vue d'identifier un défaut de transmission.
- Outil de test (9) du fonctionnement d'au moins un système de fermeture motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :des moyens de raccordement filaires ou non (8) à une unité de gestion (7) du fonctionnement dudit système motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) ;des moyens de lecture et d'enregistrement du contenu de la mémoire (6) de l'unité de gestion (7) ;une unité de traitement (12 ; 12A) des données recueillies ;des moyens d'affichage des résultats émis par ladite unité de traitement sous forme d'identification du ou des défauts détectés.
- Outil de test selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens de visualisation (11) sont définis par une pluralité de voyants (11A ; 11B, 11C.. ) auxquels est associée une légende claire apte à une interprétation directe par un opérateur.
- Outil de test selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens récepteurs d'ondes (16) de nature identique à la communication entre un boítier de commande (2 ; 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) et un système de fermeture motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) et/ou entre différents systèmes de fermeture motorisés (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) en vue de détecter l'émission d'ondes parasitaires.
- Outil de test selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un modem pour la transmission des données relevées au travers d'un réseau de télécommunication (18).
- Outil de test selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de raccordement (8) à une unité de gestion (7) d'un système de fermeture motorisée (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) sont du type à courant porteur et définis par le réseau d'alimentation électrique dudit système (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), celui-ci tout comme ledit outil étant munis d'une unité de cryptage et de décryptage adapté à une telle transmission d'informations par courant porteur.
- Outil de test selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de raccordement (8) à une unité de gestion (7) d'un système de fermeture motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C , 1D) muni au moins d'un récepteur pour la réception d'une transmission émise par l'émetteur d'un boítier de commande (2 ; 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D), sont définis essentiellement par un émetteur associé à l'outil de test et le récepteur dudit système de fermeture motorisé (1 ; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), ledit outil de test (9) par son émetteur étant prévu apte à transmettre au microcontrôleur (10) de l'unité de gestion (7) un ordre d'envoi des informations au moins contenues dans sa mémoire (6) pour assurer le pilotage, par ce microcontrôleur (10), de l'oscillateur du récepteur et la transmission par ce dernier des informations demandées.
- Outil de test selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de raccordement (8) sont encore complétés par une liaison par courant porteur entre différents systèmes de fermeture motorisés (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) pour la lecture, au travers dudit système auquel est raccordé ledit outil (9) par l'intermédiaire de son émetteur du contenu de la mémoire (6) de l'unité de gestion (7) correspondant à chacun des autres systèmes de fermeture motorisés (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D).
