Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Behältern, wobei die Behälter aus zahlreichen überlagerten und miteinander verbundenen Streifen gebildet und durch Kleben, Abstanzen und Pressen der Streifen erstellt sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
    Kleben der Streifen von Rollen aus blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d);
    Abstanzen der zahlreichen Streifen; und
    Pressen und Verbinden der Streifen zur einzelnen Erstellung des Behälters gemäß einer vorbestimmten Gestaltung, wobei jedem Streifen die anderen Streifen, wenn sie gepresst sind, nacheinander und individuell zu einem ersten bereits gepressten Streifen zugefügt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt des Wegschneidens der Ränder des Behälters nach dem Pressen und Verbinden aller Streifen aufweist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstanzen durch Aufnehmen der Streifen von wenigstens drei Rollen von blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) durchgeführt wird, wobei das erste blattförmige Material (1d) das für den Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln geeignet ist und dann, wenn alle Streifen gepresst und miteinander verbunden sind, auf dem inneren Abschnitt des Behälters verbleibt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Rollen Pappe (1b, 1c) hält, wobei der bzw. die Streifen, die von der bzw. den Papprollen abgestanzt werden, zwischen dem ersten Streifen aus einem Material, das für den Kontakt mit Nahrungsmittel (1d) geeignet ist, und dem Streifen befestigt ist, der auf dem äußersten Abschnitt aufgebracht ist, wenn alle Streifen gepresst und miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Abstanzschritt einige Schlitze oder Öffnungen in dem ersten Streifen aus Material hergestellt werden, das für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln (1d) geeignet ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt des Behandelns eines Bereichs des Pappstreifens oder der Pappstreifen (1b, 1c) aufweist, der den Schlitzen oder Öffnungen des ersten Streifens entspricht.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Verfahrensschritts des Pressens und Verbindens der Streifen letztere mittels Unterdruckabsorption gesichert werden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung des bzw. der Pappstreifen durch Drehen eines Materials durchgeführt wird, dass geeignet ist, Porosität in bestimmten Bereichen des bzw. der Streifen zu verhindern.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Abstanzschritt die Streifen zuvor ausgestanzt und Markierungen zum Durchführen der nachfolgenden Pressungen auf jeden der Streifen hergestellt werden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Streifen Abmessungen aufweist, die unterschiedlich von den anderen Streifen sind.
  11. Maschine zur Herstellung von Behältern nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, mit einer Zahl von Klebestationen (2), einer Zahl von Abstandsstationen, die zahlreiche Streifen abstanzen, einer Zahl von Pressstationen (4), die durch zahlreiche Stanzköpfe und -formen gebildet sind, und mit einer Übertragungseinrichtung (6) für die Streifen von einer Station weiter zu den anderen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Zahl von Klebestationen (2) mit der Zahl von Rollen aus blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) übereinstimmt oder um eine Einheit geringer ist als die Zahl der Rollen (3);
    dass die Zahl der Abstanzstationen (3) zahlreiche Streifen, die von derselben Zahl von Rollen aus blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) stammen, abstanzt, wobei die Zahl dieser Abstanzstationen (3) mit der Zahl der Rollen von dem blattförmigem Material zusammenfällt;
    dass die Zahl der Pressstationen (4) mit der Zahl der Rollen mit blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) zusammenfällt, wobei diese Pressstation (4) das Verbinden aller Streifen durchführen; und
    dass die Transfereinrichtung (6) einen ersten Streifen nacheinander durch alle Pressstationen (4) verfährt, wobei individuell ein Streifen an jeder der Stationen an dem ersten Streifen angefügt wird, bis die endgültige Erstellung des Behälters erreicht worden ist.
  12. Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin eine Schneidstation (7) aufweist, an der die Ränder der bereits geformten Behälter geschnitten werden, nachdem die Streifen miteinander verbunden worden sind.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine zusätzliche Station (8) zur Behandlung eines Bereichs von wenigstens einer der Streifen aufweist.
  14. Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen von blattförmigem Material (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei die dem innersten Streifen (1d) des bereits geformten Behälters entsprechende Rolle an einem Ende und die dem äußersten Streifen (1a) des bereits geformten Behälters entsprechende Rolle an dem anderen Ende angeordnet sind.
  15. Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formen der Pressstation (4) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei sie auf den Auslass des blattförmigen Materials von den Rollen (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) weisen.
  16. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Rollen in einer unterschiedlichen Richtung gegenüber dem Rest der Rollen orientiert ist.
