Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de coupe pour machine à rembobiner comprenant un corps de déroulement en mesure de dérouler un rouleau de matériau en feuille ou en bande (10) à large diamètre, et un groupe d'enroulement en mesure de rembobiner la bande (10) en rouleaux à petit diamètre, ledit dispositif de coupe (1) effectuant la coupe de la bande à la fin de l'enroulement de chacun des rouleaux et comprenant un rouleau de coupe (2) monté de façon rotative autour de son propre axe (X) sur lequel la bande (10) est enroulée, ledit rouleau de coupe comprenant des premiers dispositifs de coupe se composant d'une lame mobile (15), montée de façon à faire partie intégrante sur celui-ci, en mesure de mettre ladite bande (10) en contact avec des deuxièmes dispositifs de coupe (23) montés de façon fixe sur la structure de la machine, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame mobile (15) s'étend dans le sens longitudinal substantiellement sur toute la longueur du rouleau (2) parallèle à son axe (X) et est montée sur un bras (12) basculant autour d'un pivot (13), actionné par un actionneur (5), de sorte qu'il peut être déplacé d'une position rétractée à l'intérieur du rouleau (2) à une position de sortie en saillie par rapport au profil dudit rouleau (2).
  2. Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes dispositifs de coupe (23) ont une forme à cuspide (24), de sorte que pendant la coupe la bande (10) supportée par la lame (15) entre en contact initialement avec la pointe centrale de la cuspide et ensuite graduellement avec les points symétriques des deux côtés de la cuspide.
  3. Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (12) et ledit actionneur (5) font partie intégrante d'une jupe (4) du rouleau (2) montée de façon rotative autour d'un arbre fixe central (3).
  4. Dispositif de coupe selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisé en ce qu'un système à cames (9, 11) en mesure de garantir le retour en toute sécurité desdits premiers dispositifs de coupe (15), une fois la coupe effectuée, est prévu à l'intérieur dudit rouleau (2).
  5. Dispositif de coupe selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes dispositifs de coupe comprennent une pluralité de lames de coupe placées l'une à côté de l'autre.
  6. Dispositif de coupe selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs (30) sont prévus sur ledit rouleau (2) pour créer un vide, afin de garantir la retenue de la bande (10) en aval de la zone de coupe, pour empêcher la bande de glisser pendant la coupe.
  7. Méthode de coupe transversale d'une bande (10) dans une machine à rembobiner, dans laquelle la bande est déroulée d'une bobine à large diamètre, passée autour d'un rouleau de coupe (2) et rembobinée en rouleaux à petit diamètre, où à la fin de l'enroulement de chaque rouleau, une réserve est faite pour qu'une lame de coupe mobile (15) pousse la bande (10) contre une lame fixe (23) provoquant ainsi la coupe transversale de celui-ci, caractérisée en ce que ladite lame mobile (15) est montée sur un bras (12) qui est poussé à la rotation autour d'un pivot (13), actionné par un actionneur (5), de sorte qu'il peut être déplacé d'une position à l'intérieur du rouleau (2) à une position de sortie en saillie par rapport au profil dudit rouleau (2).
  8. Méthode selon la revendication 7, où ladite lame fixe (23) a une forme à cuspide pour provoquer une coupe transversale droite et nette de la bande, en partant de la pointe centrale de la cuspide et en continuant graduellement et symétriquement vers l'extrémité des deux côtés de la cuspide.
