- et, éventuellement, d'au moins une rallonge dont le corps contient une rallonge interne de liaison entre le mécanisme de liaison en rotation avec la serrure et le rotor du cylindre, ladite rallonge interne étant libre en rotation dans son corps,
Claims (7)
- Cylindre modulaire pour serrure dans lequel l'enveloppe contenant le mécanisme actionnable par une clef comprend un corps de base (A) contenant lui-même les moyens d'actionnement de la serrure et des moyens de liaison en rotation avec le rotor (13) d'un demi-cylindre et un nez tubulaire contenant ce demi-cylindre, caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé :d'un nez (B) tubulaire ayant une longueur équivalente à celle de l'ensemble rotor(13)/stator (12) qu'il contient ;d'un corps de base (A) présentant, au moins d'un côté, une partie tubulaire (2) de longueur équivalente à celle du mécanisme qu'il contient, assurant la liaison en rotation avec la serrure,et, éventuellement, d'au moins une rallonge (C1, C2) dont le corps (14, 15) contient une rallonge interne (16, 17) de liaison entre le mécanisme de liaison en rotation avec la serrure et le rotor (13) du cylindre, ladite rallonge interne étant libre en rotation dans son corps,
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (A) pour une serrure en applique est composé de la partie tubulaire (2) comportant à une extrémité un alésage intérieur apte à recevoir un embout épaulé (6 ou 8) ménagé à l'extrémité interne d'une rallonge (C1, C2) ou du nez tubulaire (B) et, à son autre extrémité, une collerette radiale externe (3) de fixation sur la boíte de la serrure.
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (A) est composé de deux éléments tubulaires latéraux (30a, 30b), coaxiaux, espacés l'un de l'autre et reliés l'un à l'autre par une barrette longitudinale inférieure (32) fixée par vis (33), et chaque élément (30a, 30b) comprend, à son extrémité tournée vers l'extérieur, un alésage épaulé apte à recevoir l'embout épaulé (6 ou 8) ménagé à l'extrémité interne d'une rallonge (C1, C2), du nez tubulaire (B) ou d'un organe de commande en rotation (D).
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (A) est monolithique et est composé d'une barrette longitudinale (40, 50), de deux barreaux transversaux extrêmes (41, 51) et de deux éléments tubulaires latéraux (42a, 42b ou 52a, 52b), coaxiaux et espacés, et chaque élément comprend, à son extrémité tournée vers l'extérieur un alésage épaulé (5) apte à recevoir l'embout épaulé (6 ou 8) ménagé à l'extrémité interne d'une rallonge (C1, C2), du nez tubulaire (B) ou d'un organe de commande en rotation (D).
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le nez tubulaire (B) et chacune des rallonges (C1, C2) sont chacun solidaire d'une saillie radiale de renfort (61 à 64) ayant, en section transversale, les mêmes formes et dimensions que celles de la saillie du corps de base (A) et la liaison de ces saillies s'effectue d'une part, par engagement d'un tenon longitudinal (67, 65), ménagé à l'extrémité interne de la saillie, respectivement du nez (B) et des rallonges (C1, C2), dans une mortaise longitudinale (66, 70) ménagée à l'extrémité externe de la saillie, respectivement des rallonges (C1, C2) et du corps de base (A), et, d'autre part, par des goupilles transversales (71) pénétrant dans des trous (69, 70) ménagés dans les tenons et mortaises et venant en coïncidence en fin d'engagement des tenons et mortaises.
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens amovibles de liaison et translation et rotation des éléments (A, B et C1, C2) du cylindre sont constitués par des goupilles tubulaires expansibles (23) engagées dans des trous radiaux (24 à 27) ménagés dans les zones d'emboítement des divers éléments composant le cylindre et venant en coïncidence en fin d'emboítement de ces éléments.
- Cylindre modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux modèles (C1, C2) de rallonges dont l'un (C2) est deux fois plus long que l'autre (C1).
