Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a liquid storage space, a liquid storage space, in particular a rain overflow basin, as well a washing drum.
Liquid storage spaces in the sense of the invention are storage spaces to catch and delay the passing on of intermittent amounts of liquid to flow in the direction of flow not to overload subsequent facilities. Such Liquid storage rooms are often used as sewage treatment plants upstream rain overflow basin, rain retention basin, Rainwater clarifiers and accumulation channels for wastewater disposal used.
In the event of heavy and long rains, jolts fall Rain or mixed water quantities that many times over the capacities of the sewer network and sewage treatment plants exceed. Such rains of rain are temporary Storage in rain overflow basins or sewer storage spaces caught and passed on with a time delay. The incoming amounts of water lead just at the beginning of the Rain event with a significant dirt load because the protective substances deposited in the sewage system the storm surge are swept away. During storage most of the contaminants accumulate Bottom of the liquid storage rooms and form one there Soil sludge. In the course of emptying this soil sludge be removed via the drain. Because the flow in the storage space is too small and the associated Tractive force of the water for the transport of the deposit is not sufficient, remains after emptying the Liquid storage space the predominant part of the soil sludge back.
Dies ist nur mit großem Aufwand möglich, da die im Abwasser enthaltene Schmutzfracht ein dichtes Schließen der Verschlußklappe erschweren kann.DE 35 03 509 A1 describes a liquid storage space known with a flushing device, the one of the storage space dividing into an antechamber and a main chamber Partition has. When the water level in the The main chamber is closed by a non-return valve Inlet opening one in the area of the antechamber trained flush surge storage chamber filled. The flushing storage chamber has at least one in the main chamber leading flush opening, which is determined by a level of the collection liquid controlled closure flap closed in this way and is released that the accumulated storage fluid with empty storage space as flushing surge can escape into the main chamber. With the well-known Liquid storage space can be determined as disadvantageous that retrofitting into existing ones Rain overflow basin not or only with great effort is possible. In particular, in the known liquid storage space an elaborate building required the risk of pollution-related malfunctions is very high. Furthermore, the one controlling the flushing opening is Design the flap so that it always, even with very high pressures, tightly closed and can be opened again. This is only with great Effort possible because the dirt load contained in the wastewater difficult tight closing of the flap can.
From DE 35 25 667 A1, the flushing surge chamber is also known in the area of the bottom high points of the To arrange liquid storage space.
A flushing tip is known from DE 36 10 737 A1 elongated to an approximately horizontal axis pivotally mounted trough, which from its normal position suddenly when completely filled with water tips over and throws the water down. Although it is a simple and not against the flushing tip Device susceptible to contamination for flushing liquid storage spaces acts as disadvantageous, that to fill the rinse water from a water supply as well as external energy for filling and control the rinsing tip are necessary.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object a method for cleaning a liquid storage space as well as to provide a liquid storage space at that in a simple way or with constructive simple means the most effective cleaning of the Liquid storage space takes place. In particular, according to the invention minimizes the susceptibility to dirt and a problem-free, So inexpensive and technically simple retrofitting existing liquid storage rooms become.

with the features of
According to the invention, for cleaning a liquid storage space, especially a rain overflow basin, with a main pool and one over the main pool a passage associated antechamber a dump in the Main pool provided, being in the antechamber and in the Sewer network a water supply for flushing the main tank dammed up and the rinsing tip with from the prechamber overflowing water to rinse the main basin becomes. The antechamber is especially the Relief structure to the receiving water. This procedure enables a first rinse of the main pool and the one in front Sewer network and directly to the emptying Subsequent rinsing of the main basin with from the dump originating water. Because of the possibility according to the invention a double rinse with little construction The main pool can be largely contaminated and soil sludge can be cleaned. The ones from known flushing devices known in the art Problems with tight sealing of the washing liquid controlling shutters occur in the invention Solution no longer because of the formation of a backlog in the antechamber only in the direction of flow at least partially closing the passage takes place (Minimum passage e.g. double dry weather inflow). The combination according to the invention is particularly advantageous the build-up of back pressure in an antechamber and one of the Antechamber assigned via an overflow threshold and in to hold the rinsing tip arranged in the main chamber. By this measure according to the invention does not become external energy Filling and controlling the rinsing tip needed more.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the closing takes place of the passage float controlled. This ensures that the build-up of backwater from a certain water volume, i.e. a predetermined flow rate, starts.
In an advantageous embodiment is between the antechamber and Main basin of the liquid storage room one of the rinse dump assigned overflow threshold and the flushing tip is filled via the overflow threshold.
In a development of the method according to the invention Open the passage by tilting the filled flushing tip triggered against an attack. Thus, according to the invention the flushing of the main basin and the sewer network with the water backed up in the antechamber and rinsing with the water accumulated in the rinsing tip coordinated with each other by flushing the water precisely then starts when the rinsing tip is completely filled.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the locking the rinse tip when the water level in the Antechamber floated controlled to a predetermined height, so that the rinse with that in the rinse tip Water occurs exactly when the surge flush of the main pool and the water level in the antechamber has dropped again.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention a further rinsing of the main basin using a Rinsing drum arranged in the inflow area of the main basin. Such a rinsing drum is still below described in detail. The use of such Rinse drum enables a particularly effective one Rinse and therefore a particularly good cleaning of the Main pool.
The liquid storage space according to the invention comprises a Main pool, one assigned to the main pool via a passage Antechamber and a flushing device that increases as the Water level in the antechamber is controlled by a float causes at least partial closure of the passage and an overflow threshold between the antechamber and the main pool with subordinate rinsing tip in the main basin. The flushing flap is detachably locked and float-controlled after filling the rinsing tip via the overflow threshold first rinse the main pool by opening it of the culvert before dropping in flush the prechamber to a predetermined height The rinsing tip is released.
To further solve the invention, a liquid storage space proposed with the features of claim 9. Accordingly, the liquid storage space comprises an inflow opening and a drain opening and a washing drum, which is a substantially cylindrical shape with a itself parallel to the longitudinal axis along the lateral surface extending trough-shaped opening. The washing drum is with the trough-shaped opening facing the drain opening in the Area of the inflow opening rotatably arranged so that Area of the trough-shaped opening a torque in the direction the bottom of the pelvis of the liquid storage space works. At rising water level in the liquid storage space follows the washing drum with the trough-shaped opening below constant filling with water the water level, with sinking water level float-controlled detachable means for Locking the washing drum are provided. In the case of the invention Rinse drum is a structural simple, fluidically but extremely effective Device for flushing a liquid storage space. In particular, retrofitting is almost every existing one Basin with such a washing drum with very little Effort possible. An arrangement is advantageously carried out the washing drum in the area of a bottom high point of the liquid storage space. The opening of the washing drum points downstream towards the drain opening of the Basin in which the washing drum is arranged. Through the downstream arrangement of the trough-shaped opening takes place a filling of the washing drum only when the Water in the pool, so there is a risk of pollution the washing drum especially in the area of their trough-shaped opening is very small. This effect is reinforced by the fact that the washing drum increasing water level so that the trough-shaped Opening follows the water level, causing a constant filling of the essentially cylindrical cavity of the washing drum he follows. By means of locking the washing drum it is ensured that a turning back of the washing drum and the related release of the included Flushing water only takes place when the basin is largely is emptied.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a liquid storage space proposed with the features of claim 10. Accordingly, the first solution shows that of the invention underlying task in addition to that in the main pool arranged rinsing tip a washing drum according to the other Solution of the object on which the invention is based arranged in the flow direction behind the tilting area of the rinsing tip is. As a result, the cleaning capacities of the combined solutions according to the invention and a particular ensures good cleaning of a liquid storage space. Several rinsing drums can also be arranged one above the other that will vary depending on the water level in the main pool fill and use one or more floats one after the other be unlocked.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Rotation of the washing drum when the water level rises a float, which is arranged such that at least the lower edge of the trough-shaped opening for filling the Rinse drum lying below the water level the rising Water level follows. This makes it quieter and less turbulent Filling the washing drum to prevent the ingress of the wastewater in the washing drum reduced or prevented.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention Float on the outer wall of the washing drum in the area or arranged next to the trough-shaped opening.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the trough-shaped Opening through a spiral extension of the Formed cylindrical shape. This makes it a particularly good one Absorption and a hydrodynamically effective delivery of the water guaranteed.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention the boundary opposite the spiral extension the trough-shaped opening is concavely curved, whereby the release of water from a hydrodynamic point of view is further improved.

Figure 1 shows a side cutaway view first embodiment for an inventive Liquid storage space 10. It may be emphasized again that that the representation in the figures is purely schematic and is not to scale and is for illustration only the mode of operation of the method according to the invention or liquid storage space.
Der Flüssigkeitsspeicherraum 10 verfügt über eine Zuflußöffnung
11 und eine Abflußöffnung 15 sowie eine Zwischenwand
13, die den Flüssigkeitsspeicherraum 10 in eine der
Zuflußöffnung 11 zugeordnete Vorkammer (Entlastungsbauwerk)
12 und ein der Abflußöffnung 15 zugeordnetes Hauptbecken 14
aufteilt.
The liquid storage space 10 has an
Under a dump in the sense of the invention, any Drehbzw. understood tiltable vessel, that with running water can be filled and when filled by sudden Tilting releases the water content again. How it works a rinsing tip is on the already mentioned DE 36th 10 737 A1.
der Kippstange 24 lösbar eingreift.A

Figur 1), in befülltem Zustand jedoch
The
Figure 1 shows the arrangement of the liquid storage space according to the invention

As soon as the water level in the

If the water level in the water reservoir W2 rises in the

Stellung begrenzt.By the engagement of the
By releasing the locking connection between the tilting
As the water level in the

Below is the operation of the invention

In the
In Figur 7 sind Mittel zur Arretierung der Spültrommel 130
in ihrer Drehstellung eingezeichnet.
In FIG. 7 there are means for locking the
The means for locking include, for example

the
When the water level drops (cf. FIG. 7), the flushing
ergießende Flüssigkeit in strömingstechnischer Hinsicht geleitet
wird und somit die größtmögliche Spülwirkung entfaltet
(Bezugszeichen 116).The
Die erfindungsgemäße Spültrommel 130 eignet sich insbesondere
zum Einbau in einen Flüssigkeitsspeicherraum gemäß der
ersten Lösung der der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden Aufgabe,
wie dies schematisch in Figur 4 dargestellt ist. In Figur 4

The invention is of course not limited to that shown and described exemplary embodiments, but also includes other configurations that the or realize the core ideas on which the invention is based. For example, the invention is not based on that To simplify the illustration in the figures reproduced flat pelvic soles limited. Much more the skilled person is able to understand the basic idea of the invention also to be transferred to a sloping pelvic sole, order by appropriate arrangement of the antechamber or the rinsing tip or rinsing drum at a high point To use the flushing effect of the water surge as effectively as possible. Installation of one in round rain overflow pools or several rinsing drums and / or rinsing tips also possible.
The design of the float to control the rotational movement the washing drum according to the invention is not on the described execution limited. For example an embodiment as an integrated cavity along the trough-shaped opening or an arrangement in the area of the liquid storage space with active connection with the Rinsing drum using suitable means such as ropes, levers, chains or hydraulic means possible.
