Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale partielle d'un échangeur de chaleur de type à assemblage mécanique selon l'invention ;
- La figure 2 est une vue partielle en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une vue en coupe partielle selon la ligne III-III de la figure 1 ; et
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle analogue à la figure 1 dans le cas d'un échangeur de chaleur de type brasé, réalisé selon l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Echangeur de chaleur, du type comprenant un faisceau (10) de tubes (12) et d'ailettes (14) dont les extrémités (16) des tubes sont introduites dans des trous (22) d'une plaque collectrice (18), ainsi qu'une boíte collectrice (40) présentant une face ouverte délimitée par un rebord périphérique (42), et dans lequel la plaque collectrice (18) est munie de moyens de sertissage (26) propres à venir en appui contre le rebord périphérique (42) de la boíte collectrice en assurant la compression d'un joint d'étanchéité (28),
caractérisé en ce que la plaque collectrice (18) est généralement plane et en ce qu'une plaque d'insertion (46) est rapportée sur la plaque collectrice, du côté de la boíte collectrice (40), cette plaque d'insertion (46) étant pourvue d'ouvertures (48) pour le passage des extrémités (16) des tubes et étant délimitée par un bord périphérique (52) formant butée latérale pour le rebord (42) de la boíte collectrice. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rebord périphérique (42) de la boíte collectrice (40) délimite intérieurement un évidement périphérique (54) propre à permettre l'encastrement du bord périphérique (52) de la plaque d'insertion (46) pour assurer son maintien en position.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (48) de la plaque d'insertion (46) sont prévues en regard des extrémités (16) des tubes et présentent un bord (50) évasé en direction de la boíte collectrice pour favoriser l'entrée d'un fluide dans les tubes.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'insertion (46) est réalisée en matière plastique.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (28) est propre à être logé entre la plaque collectrice (18) d'une part, et le rebord (42) de la boíte collectrice ainsi que la plaque d'insertion (46), d'autre part.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (16) des tubes sont reçues dans des collets (24) de la plaque collectrice en comprimant des collets correspondants (34) du joint d'étanchéité pour procurer un assemblage du type mécanique.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (16) des tubes forment des évasements (36) reçus dans les ouvertures (48) de la plaque d'insertion.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de protection (58) est placée entre la plaque collectrice (18) et les ailettes (14) du faisceau pour protéger les collets (34) du joint d'étanchéité.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (16) des tubes sont reçues et brasées dans des collets (64) de la plaque collectrice (18) pour procurer un assemblage de type brasé.
