Claims (12)
- Lüfterrad zum Fördern einer Luftmasse, insbesondere für einen Turbolader, einen Lüfter oder dgl., bestehend aus einem Grundkörper mit einer zentralen Drehachse (5), wobei der Grundkörper aus zwei etwa deckungsgleich einander gegenüberliegenden Deckscheiben (2, 3) besteht, zwischen deren einander zugewandten Stirnseiten (12, 13) Lüfterschaufeln (6) angeordnet sind, die axial aus dem Material einer Deckscheibe (2, 3) ausgeprägt sind und eine axiale Anlagefläche (30) aufweisen, an der eine gegenüberliegende axiale Anlagefläche (31) der anderen Deckscheibe (2, 3)anliegt, und mit im Bereich der Anlageflächen (8, 9) vorgesehenen Befestigungsmitteln zur unlösbaren Verbindung der Deckscheiben (2, 3) untereinander,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kante (22a, 22b) zwischen der Ebene der Deckscheibe (2, 3) und der etwa rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Deckscheibe (2, 3) stehenden Seitenwand (19a, 19b) einer Lüfterschaufel (6) sowie die Kante (21a, 21b) zwischen der Seitenwand (19a, 19b) und der Anlagefläche (30, 31) mit einem Radius (R1, R2) von etwa 0,5 bis 2 mm gerundet ist und daß die Deckscheiben (2, 3) im Bereich der Anlageflächen (30, 31) mit Eigenmaterial miteinander formschlüssig verbunden sind. - Lüfterrad nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckscheiben (2, 3) aus einem tiefziehfähigen Blech, insbesondere einem Stahlblech oder Aluminiumblech bestehen. - Lüfterrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckscheiben (2, 3) über im Bereich der Anlageflächen (30, 31) vorgesehene, aus dem Material der Deckscheiben (2, 3) geformte Fixierwarzen (35) zueinander ausgerichtet sind. - Lüfterrad nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierwarzen als Nietbolzen (17) ausgebildet sind, die in entsprechende Nietöffnungen (16) der gegenüberliegenden Anlagefläche (31) eingreifen und vernietet sind. - Lüfterrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckscheiben (2, 3) im Bereich der Anlageflächen (30, 31) durch Druckfügen oder Durchsetzfügen miteinander verbunden sind. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lüfterschaufel (6) aus einer aus der Ebene der Deckscheibe (2, 3) geprägten Sicke (10) gebildet ist, die eine Höhe (B/2) von vorzugsweise 1 bis 10 mm, insbesondere 5 mm aufweist. - Lüfterrad nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Boden (8, 9) der Sicke (10) die Anlagefläche (30, 31) bildet und eine Breite von etwa 1 bis 10 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 5 mm aufweist. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die etwa rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Deckscheibe (2, 3) liegenden Seitenwände (19a, 19b) der geprägten Sicke (10) mit einem äußeren Radius (R2) von etwa 0,5 bis 1 mm an den Boden (8, 9) und mit einem inneren Radius (R1) von etwa 0,5 bis 1 mm an die Ebene der Deckscheibe (2, 3) anschließen. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die endseitig liegende Stirnseite (20a, 20b) der Sicke (10) mit einem Radius von etwa 1 bis 4 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 1,5 mm gerundet ist. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckscheibe (2, 3) eine schuppen- oder waffelartige Prägung (25) aufweist, die vorzugsweise auf der inneren Stirnseite (12, 13) der Deckscheibe (2, 3) angeordnet ist. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anlagefläche (30, 31) über die gesamte radiale Länge der Lüfterschaufel (6) erstreckt. - Lüfterrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil (6a) der Lüfterschaufel (6) einteilig mit der einen Deckscheibe (2) und ein anderer Teil (6b) der Lüfterschaufel (6) einteilig mit der anderen Deckscheibe (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Deckscheiben (2, 3) vorzugsweise spiegelsymmetrisch gleich ausgebildet sind und insbesondere gleiche Materialstärke haben.
