- by masking the dispensing orifice we reduces the risk of it clogging between two uses.
- This dispensing head is characterized in that the push button and the hoop are configured so that the push button cannot be mounted and removed than through said open end of the hoop.
- the fret is mounted on the product tank, non-removable.
- the fret and the push button are separate parts. However, it is possible that before mounting, they are linked to each other, for example by bridges of material, breakable at the time of mounting on said tank.
- a hood of protection is generally provided with this kind of devices, to avoid, in particular, that the push button does not come off accidentally, particular during transport, and will not be lost as a result. It is also used for prevent inadvertent triggering of the dispensing valve. So thanks to the possibility of being able to axially lock the push button, so it is not necessary to use such a protective cover in order to prohibit accidental actuation of the dispenser, for example during transport.
- the push button is not removable is, moreover, a means to prevent it from being swallowed by a young child, this which may occur, in particular, in the case of push buttons reduced size, frequently used on the market.
- the dispensing head targeted by the invention can constitute a device for safety against unauthorized use by children.
- part of the hoop can be arranged so that, in blocking position, said dispensing orifice is hidden.
- means are provided for, in the actuation position, allow articulation of the push button with respect to the hoop around an axis substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the pushbutton.
- the dispensing head is able to operate with a lateral tilting valve, the articulation axis being, also, substantially perpendicular to the axis passing through the outlet orifice of the product. Note, however, that the configuration of this joint is such that it also allows actuation of a push-in valve.
- anchoring means are provided to facilitate tilting of the push button around said articulation axis, each anchoring element carried by the push button cooperating with an anchoring element complementary located on the internal wall of the hoop.
- These anchoring means comprise, for example, two tabs integral with the inner wall of the hoop, extending radially inwards, and capable of position, in the actuation position, in a corresponding notch practiced in a free edge of the push button, and abutting against said free edge, in locking position. It is understood that a reverse arrangement can be considered.
- the passage from the position actuation in the locking position is done by rotation of the push button relative to the hoop around the axis of the push button.
- This passage from position to the other is performed by the user using said means of positioning, formed for example, by a lug arranged on the push-button, especially on the actuating surface.
- this lug extends over at least a peripheral portion of the surface actuation, and preferably near the dispensing orifice.
- this orifice distribution is located next to a light in a side wall fret.
- said orifice being positioned behind the wall side of the hoop, thanks to an angular positioning offset from the positioning in actuation mode. So when the user sees appear the outlet in the center of said light, he knows that the push button is in actuation position. Otherwise, when the dispensing orifice is not visible, the push button is in the locking position. Furthermore, in this blocking position, the dispensing orifice is protected from dust.
- first return means elastic may be provided to generate, upon actuation of the push button, a restoring force, opposite to the direction of the pressing force exerted by the user on the actuation surface, said first return means elastic being distinct from second means for returning said valve.
- the first elastic return means have a tab, capable of coming into contact with the valve when actuated elastic with an internal wall of the hoop, said tab being able to pivot around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the push button.
- the first elastic return means have at least two tabs capable of coming, upon actuation of the valve, in elastic contact against the internal wall of the hoop, said legs being able to pivot around an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pushbutton. It is understood that the two possibilities of arrangement of the (or) leg (s) can be conjugated.
- the push button has a product routing channel, connecting the valve at the dispensing orifice and preferably having a portion perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the push button. This portion presents, in the vicinity of the dispensing orifice a zone of reduced section, suitable for being disposed in a guide means carried by the hoop. So it is possible to guide the movement, particularly angular, of the push button between the position blocking and actuation position.
- the guide means can constitute, also, a means for axially holding the push button in the hoop.
- This guide means is constituted, for example, by a wall portion concentric with the outer wall of the hoop and has an opening shaped so as to allow the engagement of said zone to reduced section with the guide means.
- the guide means allows the indexed positioning of the push button relative to the hoop, according to at least an actuating position and at least one blocking position. According to the embodiment considered, positioning in actuation mode is located between two positions in blocking mode.
- the push button comprises means for blocking, able to cooperate with stop means carried by the hoop, the blocking means and the stop means being arranged so that in blocking position, these means cooperate with each other, and are inoperative in actuation position.
- the blocking means, as well as the stop means are arranged inside the dispensing head and, as a result are not visible from the outside.
- the dispensing head of the invention is designed so that the valve used can be either a push-in valve or a tilt valve lateral.
- This valve can be a male type valve comprising a stem emerging order, communicating via a product routing channel from push button with dispensing orifice. It is also possible to use a stemless female type valve; in this case, the rod is integral with the push button and in communication with this valve.

- said reduced diameter zone 44 passes through the opening 48, and comes into abutment against the upper portion of the light 80, and is housed in the center thereof, in position A.
- the tabs 60a, 60b, 62a, 62b of the button pusher abuts against the underside of the portion 16b of the hoop.
- the reduced diameter zone 44 crosses one of the bosses elastic 84 and abuts against one of the lateral portions 81 of the light 80.
- the dispensing head is assembled and is in the blocking position.
- the dispensing head is then ready to be mounted on the reservoir 3, previously filled with product and propellant and equipped with the distribution 5.
- This assembly is carried out, advantageously, by a breakdown solid of the hoop on the tank, so as to prohibit disassembly involuntary fret, and thus the push button.
- the distributor thus constituted can then be put on the market, without risk of accidental loss of the push button or untimely triggering of product distribution during transport.
- the user To distribute the product, the user first checks which position is in the push button. When the dispensing opening is not visible in the center of the light 14, because masked by the side wall 16 of the hoop, the push button is in blocking position B. In this position, any depression of the push button is made impossible, due to the commitment of the means of blocking 65, 60a, 60b, 62a, 62b of the push button with the stop means correspondents 72, 64, 66 of the fret.
- the user by entering the distributor with one hand, place the index finger of that hand on the support surface 6. Using the index finger with the same hand, it exerts an angular thrust on the means of positioning 20 to place the push button in the actuation position A. By pressing anywhere on the actuating surface 6, it then causes the actuation of the valve, and the distribution of the product.
- the distributor After use, giving the push button a rotational movement by angular support on the positioning means 20, the distributor is located again in blocking position B. From the actuation position, the blocking position can be reached, optionally, by turning the push button to right or left.
- the positioning means 20 of relatively small in size, so that they can be inconspicuous in the eyes of a toddler, and avoid unauthorized distribution of the product.
