Abstract

The invention concerns a device for supporting a banner or similar flexible panel (1) generally rectangular in shape, arranged stretched in a vertical plane, said panel being integral by its top and bottom edges in said plane, with two substantially horizontal rods (4 and 5) respectively, forming extension bars, for blocking and rigidifying said edges, said rods being borne by a vertical mast or similar element (2).
