A noise protection wall 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention consists of several noise protection elements 2, between vertical uprights 3, in foundations 4, which can be, for example, a precast concrete part, are anchored. It is also possible to stand between the uprights the noise protection elements 2 arranged between the uprights 3 is to arrange longitudinal concrete webs 5, as shown in FIG. 1 is shown. In particular, between the uprights, for example I-profile stand made of steel or aluminum, frame 6, namely wooden frame 6 of the construction shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 inserted and covering the uprights 3 on the wooden frames 6, Noise protection panels 8, 9 attached on one and / or both sides. Noise protection plates 9 can be provided on one or on both sides with a flat surface or with noise protection panels on one or both sides 8 with a grooved face facing the noise source become. As Fig. 4 shows, it is also possible on one side smooth and ribbed on the other side, i.e. provided with grooves 10 Noise protection panels can be arranged.

The orientation of the grooves 10 is largely as desired. So are Noise protection panels 8 with vertical scoring (Fig. 1), with horizontal Scoring (Fig. 2) or oblique scoring (Fig. 3) conceivable.

PVC, aufliegen. From Fig. 1 it can still be seen that the lower longitudinal members 12 of the between the upright 3 used frame 6 on the in-situ concrete or Precast concrete parts 5 with the interposition of a sealing tape 13 Plastic, e.g. PVC, lie on.

The sectional view of Fig. 4 shows that the vertical support beams 14 of the frame 6 engage in the I-post 3 and opposite this held by hose piping 15 on aluminum angles 16 are so that the frame 6 can not "rattle" in the uprights 3.

Fig. 5 shows between frame 3 inserted frame 6 still without noise protection plates 8, 9. The noise control panels 8, 9, for example have a dimension or can be tailored to one, which corresponds to the height of the frame 6, for better manageability cut into strips, for example, both in the ribbed and in the smooth embodiment from wood chips bound with cement.

The cross-sectional shapes of grooved plates 8 can, as in Fig. 7 to 9 can be carried out, it being possible for the grooves 10, as shown in Fig. 7, by making accordingly molded strips with an adhesive, preferably with cement, are glued to boards made of cement-bound wood shavings. In the in this embodiment, the grooves 10 are thereby formed that they are cut out of initially flat plates or be milled out. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 the grooves 10 in the manufacture of the plates 8 by embossing generated.

The frame 6 shown in Fig. 10 is made of wood and has a lower and an upper, horizontal longitudinal wood 20, 21 on and on both ends of support beams 14, which are divided and between them a middle longitudinal wood 22, which is about halfway up the frame construction runs, record. Of course, an embodiment is also with a continuous upright (support wood) 14 conceivable, the middle longitudinal wood 22 butts flush against support wood 14 and on this is attached. Boards 25 are attached to the sides of the frame 6, between which below, fillers 26 are inserted on both sides are. Through the boards 25 on which the soundproofing panels 8, 9 are assembled, there is an overlap of the frame construction, which is an advantage against the longitudinal conduction of sound.

This is shown, for example, in FIG. 11. The framework is there made of wood, especially of pressure-impregnated Wood, e.g. Larch or pine wood. In contrast to Fig. 10 is 11 shows the longitudinal timber 22 on the supporting timber 14 as an embodiment variant attached laterally, whereas in Fig. 10 the support beams 14 from the longitudinal beam 22 are interrupted.

From Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 it can be seen that in the inventive Construction only inserted the frame 6 between the I-pillar 3 and the noise protection plates 8, 9 adjoin each other, also cover the uprights 3. The joints between the noise protection panels 8, 9 are sealed, for example with Polyurethane foam or with an inorganic grout, e.g. on Cement.

Am oberen Rand der Lärmschutzelemente 2 können Abdeckbretter 30 montiert werden (Fig. 1).Cover boards 30 can be placed on the upper edge of the noise protection elements 2 be assembled (Fig. 1).

    Figure 00050001
With a soundproofing wall 1 as shown in FIG. 1, which has the dimensions given in the table below, the soundproofing values also given in Table 1 can be achieved.
    Figure 00050001

As mentioned, they are with the noise barrier provided soundproofing panels chipboard, the cement-bound are, as the following embodiments will show.
