Description
- une buse de pulvérisation de produit ;
- une aiguille mobile en translation permettant d'assurer l'ouverture ou la fermeture de l'orifice de pulvérisation de la buse ;
- un chapeau de soufflage de gaz ; et
- une bague de répartition de gaz, généralement appelée bague déflectrice, permettant d'alimenter le chapeau en gaz propulseur et éventuellement de répartir ce dernier de manière à obtenir un jet rond ou un jet plat pour le produit pulvérisé.
- une buse de pulvérisation tubulaire, alimentée en produit à pulvériser à partir d'un conduit prévu dans ledit corps et pourvue à l'une de ses extrémités d'un orifice de pulvérisation, dont l'ouverture et la fermeture sont commandées par une aiguille mobile ;
- un chapeau de soufflage de gaz ; et
- une bague de répartition de gaz, alimentée en gaz sous pression à partir d'au moins un conduit prévu dans ledit corps et permettant d'alimenter ledit chapeau en gaz propulseur de manière homogène et, éventuellement, de répartir ledit gaz de manière à faire varier la section du jet dudit produit à la sortie dudit orifice de pulvérisation,
- ledit corps comporte une face plane, dans laquelle débouche ledit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ;
- ladite buse comporte, du côté opposé audit orifice de pulvérisation, une face annulaire plane ;
- un joint est prévu pour pouvoir être disposé entre ladite face annulaire de la buse et l'extrémité libre dudit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ;
- ladite bague de répartition de gaz :
- comporte une face d'extrémité plane ; et
- est apte à guider et à maintenir ladite buse ; et
- des moyens de serrage sont prévus pour, simultanément :
- presser l'une contre l'autre la face d'extrémité plane de ladite bague de répartition et la face plane dudit corps ; et
- presser ledit joint entre la face annulaire plane de la buse et l'extrémité libre dudit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser.
- ladite face plane dudit corps est pourvue d'une saillie tubulaire, dans laquelle débouche ledit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser, l'extrémité annulaire libre de ladite saillie étant plane et parallèle à ladite face plane dudit corps et formant l'extrémité libre dudit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ; et
- ladite bague de répartition de gaz comporte un orifice central traversant, dans lequel peut être guidée et maintenue ladite buse et grâce auquel ladite bague de répartition peut être montée sur ladite saillie tubulaire.
- ledit conduit d'alimentation en gaz débouche dans une gorge circulaire, pratiquée dans ladite face plane dudit corps, concentriquement à ladite saillie tubulaire ;
- la face d'extrémité de ladite bague de répartition de gaz est pourvue d'une gorge circulaire, concentrique audit orifice central ; et
- lesdites gorges circulaires dudit corps et de ladite bague de répartition communiquent l'une avec l'autre lorsque la face plane du corps et la face d'extrémité plane de la bague de répartition sont appliquées l'une contre l'autre.
- de fixer la buse de pulvérisation 3 en prolongement de la saillie tubulaire 11, avec interposition du joint 2 entre les faces planes 17 et 20, ladite buse étant disposée dans l'orifice central 22 et pressée en direction du corps 1 par la coopération des épaulements 19 et 23 ;
- d'appliquer la face d'extrémité plane 21 de la bague 4 contre la face plane 10 du corps 1, les gorges 14 et 15 étant alors respectivement en regard des gorges 25 et 26.
Claims (8)
- Tête de pulvérisation pour appareil destiné à pulvériser un produit, tel que peinture ou laque, comportant un corps (1) auquel sont rapportés :une buse de pulvérisation tubulaire (3), alimentée en produit à pulvériser à partir d'un conduit (7) prévu dans ledit corps (1) et pourvue à l'une de ses extrémités d'un orifice de pulvérisation (18), dont l'ouverture et la fermeture sont commandées par une aiguille mobile (16) ;un chapeau de soufflage de gaz (5) ; etune bague de répartition de gaz (4), alimentée en gaz sous pression à partir d'au moins un conduit (8, 9) prévu dans ledit corps (1) et permettant d'alimenter ledit chapeau (5) en gaz de manière homogène et, éventuellement, de répartir ledit gaz de manière à faire varier la section du jet dudit produit à la sortie dudit orifice de pulvérisation (18),ledit corps (1) comporte une face plane (10), dans laquelle débouche ledit conduit (7) d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ;ladite buse (3) comporte, du côté opposé audit orifice de pulvérisation (18), une face annulaire plane (20) ;un joint (2) est prévu pour pouvoir être disposé entre ladite face annulaire plane (20) de la buse (3) et l'extrémité libre (17) dudit conduit (7) d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ;ladite bague de répartition de gaz (4) :comporte une face d'extrémité plane (21) ; etest apte à guider et à maintenir ladite buse (3) ; etdes moyens de serrage (13, 24) sont prévus pour, simultanément :presser l'une contre l'autre la face d'extrémité plane (21) de ladite bague de répartition (4) et la face plane (10) dudit corps (1) ; etpresser ledit joint (2) entre la face annulaire plane (20) de la buse (3) et l'extrémité libre (17) dudit conduit (7) d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que :ladite face plane (10) dudit corps (1) est pourvue d'une saillie tubulaire (11), dans laquelle débouche ledit conduit (7) d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser, l'extrémité annulaire libre (17) de ladite saillie (11) étant plane et parallèle à ladite face plane (10) dudit corps (1) et formant l'extrémité libre dudit conduit d'alimentation en produit à pulvériser ; etladite bague (4) de répartition de gaz comporte un orifice central traversant (22), dans lequel peut être guidée et maintenue ladite buse (3) et grâce auquel ladite bague de répartition (4) peut être montée sur ladite saillie tubulaire (11). - Tête de pulvérisation selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de serrage sont des filetages coopérants (13, 24), respectivement portés par la saillie tubulaire (11) dudit corps (1) et par l'orifice central (22) de ladite bague de répartition (4). - Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que :ledit conduit (8, 9) d'alimentation en gaz débouche dans une gorge circulaire (14, 15), pratiquée dans ladite face plane (10) dudit corps (1), concentriquement à ladite saillie tubulaire (11);la face d'extrémité plane (21) de ladite bague de répartition de gaz (4) est pourvue d'une gorge circulaire (25, 26), concentrique audit orifice central (22) ; etlesdites gorges circulaires dudit corps (1) et de ladite bague de répartition (4) communiquent l'une avec l'autre lorsque la face plane (10) du corps et la face d'extrémité plane (21) de la bague de répartition sont appliquées l'une contre l'autre. - Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit chapeau de soufflage de gaz (5) est monté solidaire, de façon amovible, de ladite bague de répartition de gaz (4).
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit chapeau de soufflage de gaz (5) est monté sur ladite bague de répartition de gaz (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un écrou (6) coopérant avec un filetage (29) porté par la périphérie externe de ladite bague.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps (1) est d'une seule pièce avec ledit appareil de pulvérisation.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est rapportée audit appareil de pulvérisation.
