- the transportation of cigarettes in the field of cigarette manufacturing machines and packaging machines takes place predominantly using the own weight of the cigarettes.
- the cigarette making machine or cigarettes coming from a supply are introduced into a collecting container from above, then transported along a horizontal conveyor line and then in from above promoted a cigarette magazine.
- This is part of the standard setup of a packaging machine.
- the lower part of the cigarette magazine is divided into groups of adjacent shafts. At the bottom of these upright canals the cigarettes taken out in groups, namely ejected for handing over to the Packaging members.
- the starting of the packaging machine is problematic, namely the insertion of the Cigarettes in the empty collection containers, conveying areas and in the cigarette magazine. Falling movements or disordered conveying movements make the cigarettes mechanical impaired. In addition, misalignments occur to a considerable extent individual cigarettes. The same problem occurs with the promotion of cigarettes along horizontal or upright cigarette conveyors.
- GB 877.876 discloses the use of a platform on which the cigarettes rest during the downward transport. In a lower end position of the platform is pulled out of the container sideways, the cigarettes are placed in the container. Subsequently, the platform is outside the container is moved to an upper starting position and to hold new cigarettes reinserted into the container.
- the object of the invention is to introduce or convey of cigarettes in containers so as to avoid the cigarettes mechanical loads and malpositions.
- the inventive division of the container into several juxtaposed Flow areas and the arrangement of several support members causes on the one hand that split the cigarettes as they flow through the container through the dividing members or can be derived, whereby an even distribution of the cigarettes on the container cross-section is achieved. Secondly, this ensures that the cigarettes be supported on the underside in the individual flow channels until the container is filled to the bottom. After preferably completely filling the container the support members are moved to a position outside the container. During the further The operation of the device takes place the promotion of the continuous, closed Cigarette stream without support organs in the sense of the invention.
- the support members and dividing members are preferably comb-like, wherein Projections of the guide plates or support fingers of the conveyor plates in the recesses Distribution organs or the gaps of the guide organs on the other hand during the downward movement of the guide plates or conveyor plates.
- the drawings deal with the handling of cigarettes in connection with a packaging machine (not shown).

The transportation of cigarettes in the field of cigarette manufacturing machines and packaging machines takes place predominantly using the own weight of the cigarettes. In a conventional device, the cigarette making machine or cigarettes coming from a supply are introduced into a collecting container from above, then transported along a horizontal conveyor line and then in from above promoted a cigarette magazine. This is part of the standard setup of a packaging machine. The lower part of the cigarette magazine is divided into groups of adjacent shafts. At the bottom of these upright canals the cigarettes taken out in groups, namely ejected for handing over to the Packaging members.
The starting of the packaging machine is problematic, namely the insertion of the Cigarettes in the empty collection containers, conveying areas and in the cigarette magazine. Falling movements or disordered conveying movements make the cigarettes mechanical impaired. In addition, misalignments occur to a considerable extent individual cigarettes. The same problem occurs with the promotion of cigarettes along horizontal or upright cigarette conveyors.
In this context, GB 877.876 discloses the use of a platform on which the cigarettes rest during the downward transport. In a lower end position of the platform is pulled out of the container sideways, the cigarettes are placed in the container. Subsequently, the platform is outside the container is moved to an upper starting position and to hold new cigarettes reinserted into the container.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to introduce or convey of cigarettes in containers so as to avoid the cigarettes mechanical loads and malpositions.
The inventive division of the container into several juxtaposed Flow areas and the arrangement of several support members causes on the one hand that split the cigarettes as they flow through the container through the dividing members or can be derived, whereby an even distribution of the cigarettes on the container cross-section is achieved.
The support members and dividing members are preferably comb-like, wherein Projections of the guide plates or support fingers of the conveyor plates in the recesses Distribution organs or the gaps of the guide organs on the other hand during the downward movement of the guide plates or conveyor plates.
Further details of the invention relate to the design and operation of the support organs.

durch Ausschieben mittels Schieber 129 (Fig. 5).The drawings deal with the handling of cigarettes

angeordnet. An der Unterseite ist der Sammelbehälter 10 durch
einen Gurtförderer 15 begrenzt. Dessen Breite entspricht etwa
der Länge der Zigaretten. In Längsrichtung entspricht der Gurtförderer
15 etwa der Länge des Sammelbehälters 10.The collecting

aufrechte Querwand 16 begrenzt.

The cigarettes can the device or the
While the packaging machine and the

Abstand oberhalb der Ebene des Gurtförderers 15 endet (Fig. 2).The management bodies consist of
The
Kolbenstangen
sind mit dem Querträger 26 verbunden. For the transverse movement of the
Das Führungsorgan im Sammelbehälter 10 besteht aus mehreren,
nämlich vier, aneinanderschließenden Führungsplatten 23. Eine
weitere Besonderheit besteht darin, dass diese Führungsplatten
23 an (feststehenden) Einbauten innerhalb des Sammelbehälters
10 vorbei bewegt werden können. Es handelt sich dabei um tropfenförmig
ausgebildete Verteilorgane 35.
The guide element in the collecting
in Fig. 1).
10 verbunden.The
The division of the
in besonderer Weise gestaltet.

The actuating
12 (gestrichelte Linien in Fig. 1). Die Förderstrecke 11 weist
auf voller Länge einen entsprechenden Zigarettenstrom auf. After filling the
The top of the cigarette stream is with a malleable,

46 frei.The
The
52 verlaufen in leichter Schrägstellung (aufrecht) zueinander,
Breite aufweisen (Fig. 9).The
61 voneinander.
The
The
The
innerhalb desselben liegen, also innerhalb der Querwände
60, 61 geschlossen, ohne Wandschlitze 77 (Fig. 6,
rechts).In the design of the
entsprechend Fig. 1). Zwischen den kammartig zu beiden Seiten
des Tragstegs 79 angeordneten Formstegen 80 werden Lücken 81
gebildet.Another peculiarity results from installations inside
of the
The
The
The guide or support is in the area of the

der Tragstäbe 83.The
gemeinsamen, quergerichteten Tragorgan angeordnet, nämlich an
gelagert. Über einen Seitenschlitz 87 im Träger 86
treten die Tragstäbe 83 aus diesem aus.The
Querrichtung aufeinanderfolgenden Tragstäbe 83 abwechselnd in
dem oberen und unteren Laufprofil 90 angeordnet sind. For transverse movement of the

113 vorgesehen.The
For handling the
The
Anlageplatte 114 vorgesehen. Diese füllt den Querschnitt
des Zigarettenkanals 103 weitgehend aus.As an auxiliary member, one is movable within the

Laufschiene 115.The

The

Zigarettenmagazins 12 hindurch.

Die Führungswände 125, 126 sind in einer oberen Ausgangsstellung
(Fig. 12, Fig. 13) so positioniert, dass die ankommenden
gestaltete Führungswand 125 in horizontaler Richtung
bewegt (Pfeil 132). Die Endstellung der Führungswand 125 ist in
gestrichelten Linien dargestellt.
The
12 is an
