Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un papier possédant des propriétés anti-glisse, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à réaliser une bande de papier (3) de façon connue en soi à l'intérieur d'une machine à papier, à réaliser le séchage du papier au poste de pré-séchage (2), à réaliser une enduction (6) du papier sur ses deux faces à l'aide d'une composition visqueuse possédant des propriétés anti-glisse, alors que la bande de papier est encore en température, puis à faire passer la bande de papier dans un poste de post-séchage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la température de la bande de papier, avant enduction, est de l'ordre de 80° à 100°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la température de la composition visqueuse, lors de l'enduction, est de l'ordre de 40 à 50°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier passe après enduction dans une coucheuse à rouleaux par transfert de film (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier passe ensuite sur des rouleaux cannelés (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la composition d'enduction visqueuse conférant au papier des propriétés anti-glisse comprend :de l'amidon,des capsules de gaz emprisonnées dans un polymère thermoplastique,de l'ammoniaque,un liant à base de latex,un inhibiteur,de la cire et/ou du talc,de l'eau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'amidon est de l'amidon de blé transformé par enzymation, le gaz est un butane emprisonné dans des alvéoles de chlorure de polyvinylidène, et l'inhibiteur est du sulfate de zinc.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la composition d'enduction possède, pour les principaux composants, la composition pondérale suivante :Amidon : de 7 à 13 %Capsules de gaz : de 10 à 15 %Ammoniaque : 0,5 %Liant : 25 à 30 %Cire : 1 à 2 %Eau : 40 à 50 %.
- Papier possédant des propriétés anti-glisse, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte la composition d'enduction definie dans les revendications 6 à 8.
