Abstract

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abflußreinigungspistole gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs
1.
Zur Reinigung von Abflußrohren können mit Druckluft betriebene Reinigungspistolen
verwendet werden, die einen Pistolengriff und ein mittels eines Handhebels
betätigbares Druckluftventil besitzen. Die Druckluft strömt aus einer Reinigungsdüse
oder einem Reinigungsrohr aus, so daß Verstopfungen oder Rückstände mit der
Druckluft gelöst werden können. Bei hartnäckigen Verstopfungen kann jedoch die
Anwendung von Druckluft alleine oftmals nicht den gewünschten Reinigungseffekt
erzielen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Abflußreinigungspistole zu schaffen,
mit der Abflüsse und insbesondere Abflußrohre von Verstopfungen und
Innenverschmutzungen befreit werden können.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erhält man durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen
Merkmale. An der Abflußreinigungspistole zweigt vor einer Mischkammer ein
Anschlußstück ab, über das Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit von einer unter Druck
stehenden Leitung zugeführt werden kann. Die Flüssigkeit wird in einer Mischkammer
mit der Druckluft vermischt so daß ein hochwirksamer Reinigungsstrahl aus einem
Luft-Flüssigkeitsgemisch an einer Auslaßdüse mit entsprechend hohem Druck
ausströmen kann.
Die bevorzugte Ausführung sieht vor, daß das Anschlußstück über einen Schlauch an
das Wasserleitungsnetz angeschlossen ist. Dabei kann an dem Schlauch oder im
Bereich des Anschlußstücks ein Rückschlagventil angeordnet sein, welches verhindert,
daß das Wasser von der Druckluft zurückgedrückt wird. Außerdem kann ein
entsprechendes Rückschlagventil auch in der Druckluftleitung angeordnet sein, damit
kein Wasser in die Druckluftleitung strömen kann.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn am Anschlußstück ein Flüssigkeitsventil angebracht
ist, mit dem die einströmende Wassermenge dosierbar ist. Das Flüssigkeitsventil kann
als regulierbarer und abstellbarer Kugelhahn ausgebildet sein.
Um eine optimale Vermischung zwischen Druckluft und der zugeführten Flüssigkeit zu
erhalten, ist das Anschlußstück für die Flüssigkeit gegenüber der Auslaßöffnung des
zur Mischkammer führenden Druckluftkanals zurückgesetzt angeordnet.
Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist am vorderen Ende des Reinigungsschlauchs
eine Auslaßdüse mit einer Kernbohrung und mit im spitzem Winkel dazu angeordneten
Seitenkanälen angebracht. Die Seitenkanäle sind gegenüber der Austrittsöffnung der
Auslaßdüse nach hinten gerichtet, so daß ein entsprechend nach hinten gerichteter
Reinigungsstrahl aus diesen Seitenkanälen austreten kann. Dies bewirkt, daß die
Auslaßdüse mit der dadurch entstehenden Rückstoßkraft in das zu reinigende
Abflußrohr eindringt. Dadurch erhält man einen optimalen Vorschub für die
Auslaßdüse und gelangt problemlos auch an tiefer gelegene Positionen in einem zu
reinigenden Abflußrohr.
Die Auslaßdüse kann sich nach vorne verjüngen oder kann auch kugelförmig
ausgebildet sein. Dabei ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Auslaßdüse um ihre in
Verlängerung des Reinigungsschlauchs verlaufende Längsachse drehbar mit dem
Reinigungsschlauch verbunden ist. Das durch die Auslaßdüse strömende Luft-Flüssigkeitsgemisch
kann die Auslaßdüse in Rotation versetzen, so daß mittels Rippen
oder anderen Erhebungen, die sich an der Mantelfläche der Auslaßdüse befinden, eine
zusätzliche mechanische Reinigung der Rohrwandung eines Abflußrohres möglich ist.
Damit die Auslaßdüse in Rotation versetzt wird, kann die Kernbohrung ein
entsprechendes Innenprofil haben oder es können die Seitenkanäle entsprechend
ausgerichtet sein.
Damit beim Reinigungsvorgang keine Flüssigkeit aus dem Abflußrohr nach oben
unkontrolliert herausgedrückt wird, kann am Reinigungsschlauch ein Abdichtstopfen
längsverschiebbar angebracht sein. Mit dem Abdichtstopfen kann der Abfluß,
beispielsweise im Bereich eines Spülbeckens, abgedichtet werden, ohne daß dadurch
das Einführen des Reinigungsschlauchs behindert wird.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Abflußreinigungspistole besitzt einen Pistolengriff 1 mit
einem Handhebel 2, über den die zugeführte Druckluft 3 dosierbar ist. Der Handhebel
2 wirkt auf ein hier nicht näher dargestelltes Dosierventil, an das ein zu einer
Mischkammer 4 führender Druckluftkanal 5 angeschlossen ist. Der Druckluftkanal 5
ist von einem Ringspalt 6 umgeben, in dessen Bereich ein Anschlußstück 7 abzweigt.
An das Anschlußstück 7 ist über eine flexible Leitung 8 eine Verbindung zum
Wasserleitungsnetz hergestellt, so daß Wasser 9 mit Druck am Anschlußstück 7
anliegt.
Um eine Dosierung des zugeführten Wassers 9 zu ermöglichen, besitzt das
Anschlußstück 7 ein Flüssigkeitsventil 10, welches hier nur schematisch angedeutet ist.
Das Flüssigkeitsventil 10 kann als Kugelhahn oder in anderer Weise als regulierbares
und abstellbares Ventil ausgebildet sein.
Die Mischkammer 4 der Abflußreinigungspistole geht in einen angeschlossenen
Reinigungsschlauch 11 über, der mehrere Meter lang sein kann. Am vorderen Ende des
Reinigungsschlauch 11 befindet sich eine konische Auslaßdüse 12, die eine
Kernbohrung 13 und in spitzem Winkel verlaufende, nach hinten gerichtete
Seitenkanäle 14, 15 hat. Der aus einem Flüssigkeits-Luftgemisch bestehende
Reinigungsstrahl tritt somit nicht nur an der vorderen Austrittsöffnung 16 der
Auslaßdüse 12 aus, sondern auch an den in der Mantelfläche der Auslaßdüse 12
befindlichen Austrittsöffnungen der Seitenkanäle 14, 15. Der Aus den Seitenkanälen
14, 15 austretende Reinigungsstrahl erzeugt eine Rückstoßkraft, mit der die
Auslaßdüse 12 und damit der gesamte Reinigungsschlauch 11 selbsttätig in ein zu
reinigendes Abflußrohr vordringt.
In Figur 2 ist die Auslaßdüse 12 von Figur 1 vergrößert dargestellt. Die in Figur 3
dargestellte Auslaßdüse 17 hat die Form einer Kugel und ist über ein Drehgelenk 18
mit dem Reinigungsschlauch 11 verbunden. Der Pfeil 19 deutet an, daß die Auslaßdüse
17 durch das hindurchströmende Flüssigkeits-Luftgemisch in Rotation versetzt wird.
Die an der Mantelfläche 20 angebrachten Kerben oder Erhebungen 21 ermöglichen ein
zusätzliches mechanisches Ausreiben der zu reinigenden Abflußrohre. In diesem
Zusammenhang ist auch wichtig, daß die Seitenkanäle 14, 15 nicht nur einen
selbsttätigen Vorschub für die Auslaßdüse 17 bzw. 12 erzeugen, sondern auch eine
direkte Reinigung der Innenwand eines Abflußrohres ermöglichen.
Claims (13)
- Abflußreinigungspistole mit einem an Druckluft (3) anschließbaren Pistolenkörper, in dem ein Druckluftkanal (5) verläuft der vorne über eine Mischkammer (4) in einen Reinigungsschlauch (11) übergeht, und mit einem Handhebel (2) zur Betätigung eines Druckluftventils, wobei über ein Anschlußstück (7) Flüssigkeit zur Mischkammer (4) zuführbar ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Anschlußstück (7) eine Wasser (9) oder eine andere Flüssigkeit führende und unter Druck stehende Leitung (8) angeschlossen ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (7) über einen Schlauch (8) an das Wasserleitungsnetz angeschlossen ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Anschlußstück (7) ein Flüssigkeitsventil (10) angebracht ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flüssigkeitsventil (10) als regulier- und abstellbarer Kugelhahn ausgebildet ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckluftkanal (5) von einem Ringspalt (6) umgeben zu der Mischkammer (4) führt, und daß das Anschlußstück (7) an einer gegenüber der Auslaßöffnung des Druckluftkanals (5) zurückgesetzten Position im Bereich des Ringspalts (6) abzweigt.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorderen Ende des Reinigungsschlauchs (11) eine Auslaßdüse (12, 17) mit einer Kernbohrung (13), die in Verlängerung des Reinigungsschlauchs (11) verläuft, angeordnet ist, die wenigstens einen von der Kernbohrung (13) in spitzem Winkel abzweigenden Seitenkanal (14, 15) hat der nach hinten gerichtet aus der Mantelfläche der Auslaßdüse (12, 17) austritt.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßdüse (12) sich nach vorne konisch verjüngt.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßdüse (17) als Kugelkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßdüse (12, 17) um eine in Verlängerung des Reinigungsschlauchs (11) verlaufende Rotationsachse drehbar mit dem Reinigungsschlauch (11) verbunden ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Auslaßdüse (12, 17) durchströmende Flüssigkeits-Luftgemisch die Auslaßdüse (12, 17) in Rotation versetzt.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßdüse (17) an ihrer Umfangs- oder Mantelfläche Reinigungsrippen (21) oder dergleichen Erhebungen hat.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsschlauch (11) durch einen längsverschiebbaren Abdichtstopfen (22) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Abflußreinigungspistole nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdichtstopfen (22) einen trapezförmigen Längsschnitt hat.
