Abstract
Description
Aufgrund der Steckverbindung zwischen der Gewindespindel und dem Antriebszapfen ergibt sich eine einfache Trennmöglichkeit zwischen diesen beiden Bauteilen, sofern zu Reinigungszecken der Ventilkegel, die Gewindehülse und die Gewindespindel aus dem Gehäuse des Ablaufs entnommen werden sollen. Mit den genannten Teilen zusammen kann auch der in das Gehäuse eingesetzte Ventilkörper entfernt werden, der als Rohrstück ausgebildet sein kann, das eine mittige, mit dem Rohrstück durch Rippen verbundene Führungsbuchse für die Gewindehülse aufweist. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist die Gewindehülse verdrehsicher in der Führungsbuchse geführt.

Claims (11)
- Ablaufgarnitur für eine Badewanne mit einem Gehäuse, einem zwischen einer Verschlußstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung vertikal bewegbaren, mit einem Dichtungsring ausgerüsteten Ventilkegel, der in der Verschlußstellung eine Einlauföffnung eines in das Gehäuse eingesetzten Ventilkörpers verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkegel (15) mit einer mit einem Innengewinde versehenen, verdrehsicher geführten Gewindehülse (25) verbunden ist, in deren Gewinde eine antreibbare Gewindespindel (29) eingreift.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper als verdrehsicher im Gehäuse (3) angeordnetes Rohrstück (17) ausgebildet ist, das eine mittige, mit dem Rohrstück (17) durch Rippen (26) verbundene Führungsbuchse (24) für die Gewindehülse (25) aufweist, in der die Gewindehülse verdrehsicher geführt ist.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindehülse (25) mit dem Ventilkegel (15) einstückig ist.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (29) eine nicht steigende Spindel ist und mit einem am unteren Ende vorgesehenen Ringflansch (31) in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung der Führungsbuchse (24) eingreift, in der der Ringflansch drehbar gelagert ist.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (29) auf einen vertikalen Antriebszapfen (30) steckbar ist, der als Mehrkantzapfen ausgebildet ist und formschlüssig in eine Aufnahme der Gewindespindel (29) eingreift.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des Antriebzapfens (30) mit einem in einer Kammer (38) schwenkbar gelagerten Segment (32) ausgerüstet ist, an dem das Innenteil eines Bowdenzuges (35) festgelegt ist, während das zugehörige Mantelende des Bowdenzuges in einer zweiten Kammer (37) angeordnet ist und beide Kammern durch einen mit dem Boden (40) des Gehäuses (3) fluchtenden Deckel (39) verschließbar ist.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (17) im Bereich des Oberbodens der Kammern (37,38) endet.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (17), der Ventilkegel (15), die Gewindehülse (25) und die Gewindespindel (29) als Baueinheit durch die obere Gehäuseöffnung aus dem Gehäuse (3) entnehmbar sind.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) eine Bodenwanne (41) aufweist, deren oberer, mit dem übrigen Gehäuseteil verschweißter Rand (42) in einer Horizontalebene liegt, mit der der Oberboden (44) der Kammern (37,38) fluchtet oder in deren Nähe der Oberboden angeordnet ist.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (17) einen oberen, nach außen sich erstreckenden Randflansch (18) und dieser Randflansch mit auf dem Umfang verteilten Ausnehmungen (19) versehen ist, in die gehäusefeste Vorsprünge (20) eingreifen.
- Ablaufgarnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablauföffnung der Badewanne einen Durchmesser von 90 mm oder von ca. 90 mm aufweist.
