Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Sammlung von Verkehrsdaten aus einem Strassennetz über ein Mobilfunknetz (4), wobei die aktuelle Position eines Kraftfahrzeuges durch Positionsbestimmungsmittel bestimmt wird mit denen mindestens gewisse Kraftfahrzeuge auf dem Strassennetz ausgerüstet sind, wobei die bestimmten Positionen durch Übertragungsmittel, mit denen zumindest die genannten gewissen Kraftfahrzeuge ausgerüstet sind, mittels speziellen Kurzmeldungen (3) über das genannte Mobilfunknetz (4) an mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale übermittelt werden, wobei die genannten speziellen Kurzmeldungen (3) in der genannten mindestens einen Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) von anderen Kurzmeldungen unterschieden werden, und wobei die von einer Vielzahl von genannten gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen an die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) übermittelten genannten Positionen durch die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) empfangen und zwischengespeichert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) jeweils den übermittelten genannten Positionen entsprechende Strassensegmente bestimmt, wobei die Segmentlänge von mindestens gewissen Strassensegmenten variabel ist,dass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) für die bestimmten Strassensegmente Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten berechnet unddass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) aus den übermittelten genannten Positionen Verkehrsinformationen ermittelt, welche Verkehrsinformationen mindestens genannte Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten umfassen.
- Verfahren gemäss dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten aktuellen Positionen von den genannten gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen (2) periodisch bestimmt und übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten als individuelle Zeitserien für die jeweils entsprechenden Strassensegmente in einer Datenbank abgespeichert werden.
- Verfahren gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den genannten gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen (2) zusätzlich zur aktuellen Position die aktuelle Zeit bestimmt und übermittelt wird.
- System zur Sammlung von Verkehrsdaten aus einem Strassennetz über ein Mobilfunknetz (4), umfassend eine Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen (20) für Kraftfahrzeuge (2), mit welchen Vorrichtungen (20) für Kraftfahrzeuge (2) mindestens gewisse Kraftfahrzeuge auf dem Strassennetz ausgerüstet sind, und mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5), wobei eine der genannten Vorrichtungen (20) für Kraftfahrzeuge (2) jeweils mindestens Positionsbestimmungsmittel (200) zur Bestimmung der aktuellen Position des betreffenden Kraftfahrzeuges und Übertragungsmittel (201, 202) zur Übermittlung der genannten Position mittels speziellen Kurzmeldungen (202) über das genannte Mobilfunknetz (4) an die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) umfasst, wobei die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) mit dem genannten Mobilfunknetz (4) verbunden ist und Zugriff auf eine Datenbank hat, wobei die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) Mittel zum Empfang und zur Zwischenspeicherung von genannten speziellen Kurzmeldungen (3) hat, und wobei die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie aus den zwischengespeicherten Kurzmeldungen genannte Positionen von genannten mindestens gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen bestimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie jeweils den bestimmten genannten Positionen entsprechende Strassensegmente bestimmt, wobei die Segmentlänge von mindestens gewissen Strassensegmenten variabel ist,dass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie für die bestimmten Strassensegmente Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten berechnet, unddass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie aus den bestimmten genannten Positionen Verkehrsinformationen ermittelt, welche Verkehrsinformationen mindestens genannte Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten umfassen.
- System gemäss dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Vorrichtungen (20) für Kraftfahrzeuge (2) so eingerichtet sind, dass sie die genannten aktuellen Positionen periodisch bestimmen und übermitteln.
- System gemäss einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte mindestens eine Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie die genannten Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten als individuelle Zeitserien für die jeweils entsprechenden Strassensegmente in der genannten Datenbank abspeichert.
- System gemäss einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Vorrichtungen (20) für Kraftfahrzeuge (2) so eingerichtet sind, dass sie zusätzlich zur aktuellen Position die aktuelle Zeit bestimmen und übermitteln.
- Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) zur Sammlung von Verkehrsdaten aus einem Strassennetz über ein Mobilfunknetz (4), welche Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) mit dem genannten Mobilfunknetz (4) verbunden ist und Zugriff auf eine Datenbank hat, welche Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) Mittel zum Empfang und zur Zwischenspeicherung von speziellen Kurzmeldungen (3) hat, welche speziellen Kurzmeldungen (3) von mindestens gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen (2) übermittelt werden und aktuelle Positionen der betreffenden genannten mindestens gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen (2) enthalten, welche Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie aus den zwischengespeicherten Kurzmeldungen genannte Positionen von genannten mindestens gewissen Kraftfahrzeugen (2) bestimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie jeweils den bestimmten genannten Positionen entsprechende Strassensegmente bestimmt, wobei die Segmentlänge von mindestens gewissen Strassensegmenten variabel ist,dass die Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie für die bestimmten Strassensegmente Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten berechnet, unddass die Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie aus den bestimmten genannten Positionen Verkehrsinformationen ermittelt, welche Verkehrsinformationen mindestens genannte Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten umfassen.
- Verkehrsdatenzentrale (5) gemäss dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so eingerichtet ist, dass sie die genannten Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten als individuelle Zeitserien für die jeweils entsprechenden Strassensegmente in der genannten Datenbank abspeichert.
