Claims (4)
- Groupe d'impression (2) pour presses à imprimer par rotogravure, du type comprenant un cylindre d'impression (5) qui est encré par un rouleau encreur (10) partiellement immergé dans une cuvette d'encre (9), et une râcle (7) qui presse légèrement contre le cylindre d'impression (5) de manière à éliminer l'encre en excès, le groupe d'impression (2) étant complètement renfermé entre des parois à l'intérieur d'une chambre (50) dans laquelle sont prévues seulement des fentes (13 et 14) pour le passage d'un film (4) devant être imprimé, et comprenant: un dispositif (8) pour le réglage de la position de la râcle (7) par rapport au cylindre d'impression (5) permettant le déplacement automatique dans un plan vertical et la rotation de la râcle dépendant de la valeur du diamètre du cylindre d'impression (5) et de l'angle de travail de la râcle (7) sur le cylindre d'impression (5), ledit dispositif (8) comprenant une barre porte-râcle (16) supportée par des colonnes (18) réalisant un mouvement de translation dans ledit plan vertical et pivotant autour d'un pivot horizontal (17); un arbre motorisé (23) cinématiquement accouplé aux colonnes (18) pour la translation dans ledit plan vertical des colonnes; des vérins pneumatiques (29) supportés par les colonnes (18) et dont la tige associée agit sur la barre (16); et un encodeur (26) solidaire de l'arbre (23) et qui envoie les signaux à un processeur qui cause la rotation de l'arbre (23). et l'alimentation des vérins pneumatiques (29) dépendant du diamètre du cylindre d'impression et de l'angle de travail de la râcle qui sont préréglés sur le processeur.
- Un groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, à l'intérieur de la chambre (50) dans laquelle est renfermé le groupe d'impression, une pluralité de buses (41) ayant un jet direct substantiellement vers le point de contact entre la râcle et le cylindre d'impression et conçues pour pulvériser un solvant de lavage reccueilli par la cuvette d'encre.
- Un groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (34) pour soulever et insérer le cylindre d'impression (5), consistant en deux leviers (35), chacun desquels ayant un bras (35a) actionné par un vérin pneumatique (32) avec tiges opposées et un bras (35b) inséré sous le cylindre d'impression de manière à causer son soulèvement et ensuite sa poussée vers des guides horizontaux (38) de chargement et déchargement.
- Un groupe d'impression selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les buses (41) peuvent être orientées en fonction de la position assumée par la râcle.
