Claims (9)

  1. A fluid dispenser device comprising:
    a tank having a neck (40) with an inside wall (41),
    a dispenser member (2), such as a pump, comprising a body (20) and an actuator rod (21) movable in said body; and
    a fixing ring (1) comprising a reception housing (12) for receiving said body (20) and an engagement skirt (10) to fit in said neck (40) of the tank;
       the device being characterized in that the outer wall (15) of the skirt (10) is provided with at least one peripheral sealing bead (14) adapted to be and remain compressed, against the inner wall (41) of the neck of the tank in order to achieve a sealing.
  2. A dispenser device according to claim 1, in which the the skirt (10) comprises two peripheral sealing beads (14).
  3. A dispenser device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the skirt (10) extends around the body (20) with radial separation that forms an annular gap (23).
  4. A dispenser device according to any preceding claim, in which the fixing ring forms a guide collar (13) for an actuator head (3) mounted on the actuator rod (21).
  5. A dispenser device according to any preceding claim, in which the inner wall (41) of the neck (40) and the engagement skirt (10) of the ring (11) are in the shape of upwardly-flared cones.
  6. A dispenser device according to any preceding claim, in which the skirt comprises a lower end in contact with the body (20).
  7. A dispenser device according to claims 3 and 6, in which the annular gap (23) extends at said at least one bead (14), the lower end of the skirt defining the lower end of the annular gap.
  8. A dispenser device according to any preceding claim, in which the fixing ring (1) forms an annular flange (11) which extends outwardly from the upper end of the skirt (10).
  9. A dispenser device according to any preceding claim, in which the inner wall of the skirt (10) is inwardly deformed at said at least one bead (14) compressed agains the inside wall (41) of the neck (40).
