Claims (29)

  1. Procédé d'abrasion humide de matière textile, applicable à une matière textile en coton, laine, matière synthétique, matière élastique et similaires, utilisé pour donner au toucher du tissu des effets esthétiques particuliers, tels que l'effet de vieillissement, l'effet pré-lavé, l'effet peau de pêche, procédé comprenant le fait de soumettre le tissu (11) à une étape de mouillage ou d'humectation, suivie par une étape d'abrasion et une étape de rinçage, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mouillage ou d'humectation comprend au moins une étape de régulation jusqu'à une valeur désirée du liquide contenu dans le tissu ; en ce que l'étape d'abrasion est effectuée en faisant passer le tissu (11) autour d'un tambour rotatif (21) équipé sur sa périphérie d'une pluralité de cylindres abrasifs rotatifs (22) en alignement avec la matière, dotés de propriétés abrasives, ladite action abrasive étant par conséquent réalisée par un grand nombre de cylindres (22), chacun d'eux exerçant une action peu intense sur la matière textile ; et en ce que l'étape de rinçage comprend au moins une étape de régulation à la valeur souhaitée de l'humidité et du liquide contenu dans le tissu (11) à partir de l'étape d'abrasion, le tissu (11) étant soumis à un tirage contrôlé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il propose de maintenir sous tension le tissu (11) dans son acheminement de l'entrée à la sortie du tambour rotatif (21) entre un élément de tirage situé à l'entrée (18) et un élément de tirage situé à la sortie (24).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il propose de maintenir le tissu (11) libre, non accompagné ou non guidé sur des tronçons qui ne sont pas supérieurs à 3 cm pendant son trajet complet à partir de l'étape d'humidification ou de mouillage jusqu'à la réalisation totale de l'étape d'abrasion.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mouillage ou d'humectation est réalisée par immersion dans une cuve d'imprégnation (13) disposée immédiatement en amont du tambour rotatif (21).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mouillage ou d'humectation est réalisée en vaporisant du liquide sur le tissu (11) passant par cette étape.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mouillage ou d'humectation est réalisée avec un liquide à température contrôlée.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de nettoyage et de lavage des cylindres abrasifs (22) dans leur partie qui n'est pas en contact avec le tissu (11).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de lavage et de nettoyage des cylindres abrasifs (22) est réalisée en vaporisant du liquide de nettoyage directement en direction de la surface des cylindres abrasifs (22).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de lavage et de nettoyage est réalisée en immergeant de façon partielle les cylindres abrasifs (22) dans une cuve d'imprégnation (33).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il propose au moins une étape de séchage en coopération avec l'étape de régulation de l'humidité réalisée sur le tissu (11) sortant de l'étape d'abrasion.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il propose de faire tourner le tambour (21) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre en fonction du cylindre abrasif (22).
  12. Dispositif d'abrasion humide de matière textile, applicable à une matière textile en coton, laine, matière synthétique, matière élastique et similaires, utilisé pour donner au toucher du tissu des effets esthétiques particuliers, tels que l'effet de vieillissement, l'effet pré-lavé, l'effet peau de pêche, le dispositif comprenant un moyen de mouillage ou d'humidification du tissu, un moyen d'abrasion du tissu et un moyen de rinçage du tissu, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de mouillage ou d'humidification du tissu comprend un moyen de mouillage ou d'humidification et au moins un rouleau essoreur (20) pour réguler à la valeur souhaitée la teneur en humidité et pour éliminer l'eau en excès du tissu (11) venant à proximité du dispositif d'abrasion (19), en ce que ledit moyen d'abrasion (19) comprend un tambour rotatif (21) comprenant à sa périphérie une pluralité de cylindres abrasifs rotatifs (22), lesdits cylindres abrasifs (22) étant en alignement avec la matière et dotés de propriétés abrasives, ledit tambour rotatif (21) coopérant avec un rouleau d'entrée (18) et un rouleau de sortie (24) coopérant avec des moyens de régulation de l'action de tirage sur le tissu (11) passant au travers, et en ce que ledit moyen de rinçage du tissu (11) comprend au moins un rouleau essoreur (120) pour ajuster à la valeur souhaitée l'humidité contenue dans le tissu (11) sortant du moyen d'abrasion.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un élément de tirage à l'entrée (18), disposé immédiatement en amont dudit tambour rotatif (21) et un élément de tirage en sortie (24) disposé immédiatement en aval dudit tambour rotatif (21).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits cylindres abrasifs (22) ont un diamètre compris entre 60 et 120 mm.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de mouillage ou d'humidification comprend une cuve d'imprégnation (13) associée à des rouleaux de retour (15, 17) et/ ou des rouleaux de changement de direction (16) définissant un chemin d'immersion pour le tissu (11) à l'intérieur de la cuve d'imprégnation (13).
  16. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15 incluse, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres abrasifs rotatifs (22), les rouleaux de changement de direction (16) et les rouleaux de retour (17) ainsi que les éléments de tirage à l'entrée (18) et à la sortie (24) sont disposés de telle sorte qu'ils assurent un accompagnement de l'acheminement qui est libre et non dirigé sur certaines sections qui ne mesurent pas plus de 3 cm à partir de l'entrée dans le moyen de mouillage et d'humidification jusqu'à la sortie du moyen d'abrasion.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite cuve d'imprégnation (13) comprend un système de chauffage (35).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de réglage du tirage effectué sur le tissu (11) est constitué de cellules dynamométriques.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une cuve de rinçage (25) disposée à la sortie du tambour rotatif (21).
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen de séchage (26) disposé en aval de la cuve de rinçage (25).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la cuve de rinçage (25) comprend une unité de lavage du tissu (34).
  22. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 21 incluse, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de lavage et de nettoyage (28) situé à l'extérieur du tambour rotatif (21) et coopérant avec la surface des cylindres abrasifs (22) lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en contact avec le tissu (11).
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que ledit système de lavage et de nettoyage (28) comprend au moins un élément de vaporisation (29) orienté et/ ou orientable en direction de la surface desdits cylindres abrasifs (22).
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que le système de lavage et de nettoyage (28) comprend une cuve d'imprégnation (33) dans laquelle la partie des cylindres abrasifs (22) qui n'est pas en contact avec le tissu (11) est en partie immergée.
  25. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 24 incluse, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen pour activer la rotation des cylindres abrasifs (22) lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en contact avec le tissu (11).
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen comprend au moins une courroie (32a, 32b) fermée dans un anneau sur la circonférence définie par les axes desdits cylindres abrasifs (22).
  27. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 26 incluse, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une structure de type boíte (36) renfermant le tambour rotatif (21) et comprenant dans sa partie supérieure un couvercle (37) et dans sa partie inférieure une zone d'entrée (38) reliée à un aspirateur électrique.
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (37) a au moins une position de travail ouverte (37a) adoptée pendant l'étape d'abrasion sèche du tissu (11).
  29. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 28 incluse, caractérisé en ce que le tambour rotatif (21) peut tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre en fonction desdits cylindres abrasifs (22).
