Claims (10)
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement des produits alimentaires solides, liquides ou pâteux (19) tels que des produits laitiers, de la charcuterie et des viandes et le conditionnement de produits médicaux, permettant l'ouverture facile et la refermeture d'un couvercle sur l'emballage qui se compose :d'une barquette (2), rigide ou souple utilisant une structure thermoformable constituée :d'une couche support(5) extérieure de polyester amorphe,d'une couche adhésive (6) intermédiaire à effet permanent,d'une couche soudante (7) intérieure de polyéthylène,d'un couvercle (3) constitué d'une couche soudante en polyéthylène, ou d'une structure thermoformable semblable à celle de la barquette (2),
caractérisé par le fait que l'emballage (1) présente une poche (8) imperméable et étanche, qui reçoit le produit alimentaire solide, liquide ou pâteux, ou médical (19), délimitée par :la couche soudante (7) de la barquette (2),la couche soudante constituant le couvercle (3),le cordon de soudure (4), - Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la couche soudante (7) de la barquette (2) et la couche soudante constituant le couvercle (3) sont en polyéthylène multicouche comprenant un film haute barrière à l'oxygène, qui réalise la poche hermétique lors de la soudure du couvercle (3) sur la barquette (2).
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la première ouverture de l'emballage (1) détache le cordon de soudure (4) de la barquette (2), et libère une partie de la couche adhésive (6) à effet permanent sur la barquette (2), et ouvre la poche hermétique, pour permettre de consommer le produit en plusieurs quantités et de refermer plusieurs fois le couvercle sur la barquette.
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médiaux (19) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la couche soudante (7) de la barquette (2) et le couvercle (3) possèdent au moins trois couches et que la couche centrale est le film haute barrière à l'oxygène.
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médiaux (19) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la couche soudante (7) de la barquette (2) et la couche soudante constituant le couvercle (3) fusionnent ensemble et ne forment plus qu'une seule couche sur la périphérie de la barquette (2) au niveau du cordon de soudure (4), ce qui rend la poche étanche.
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon les revendications 1, 3 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que le cordon de soudure (4) a une résistance au niveau du couvercle (3) supérieure à celle au niveau de la couche soudante (7) sur la barquette (2) lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage (1).
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la couche adhésive (6) est située hors et en dessous de la poche (8) hermétique pour conserver une bonne étanchéité malgré les "cheminées" (21) sur la couche adhésive (6).
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la couche adhésive (6) à effet permanent est libérée sur la périphérie de la barquette (2) et a une largeur L correspondant à celle du cordon de soudure (4).
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la structure thermoformable constituant la barquette (2) peut comprendre une couche support (5) de matière thermoplastique apte au contact alimentaire, autre que le polyester amorphe pour modifier les caractéristiques de la barquette (2).
- Emballage (1) pour le conditionnement de produits alimentaires, solides, liquides ou pâteux, ou médicaux (19) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la structure thermoformable a une épaisseur totale supérieure à quarante micromètres et que :la couche soudante (7) de la barquette (2) et la couche soudante constituant le couvercle (3) ont une épaisseur de plusieurs dizaines de micromètres.
