Abstract

The process involves (a) producing an emulsion starting solution by using a decontamination active substance in water, (b) producing a second emulsion starting solution by using one or several emulsifiers in a low alcohol and subsequent addition of the produced solution in the oil phase and (c) passing both emulsion starting solutions into a venturi nozzle (V) into which pressurized air compressed by a compressor (K) is feed via a radial opening.
