Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif de ventilation à poser sur un cadre (1) d'élément de fenêtre aux fins de produire une ventilation forcée à régulation automatique en fonction de la pression du vent, comprenant un profilé de ventilation (3) à poser décollé sur le cadre (1), un passage d'air (L) entre le côté extérieur et le côté intérieur de l'élément de fenêtre étant formé entre le profilé de ventilation et le cadre, un élément de réglage (7, 7a) étant disposé à l'intérieur du passage d'air (L) ainsi formé, à l'aide duquel la section du passage d'air (L) peut être modifiée en fonction de la pression du vent, l'élément de réglage (7, 7a) étant monté libre et mobile à l'intérieur du passage d'air (L) et se déplaçant avec un mouvement de va-et-vient entre deux positions extrêmes (E1, E2), l'élément de réglage (7, 7a) dans une position extrême (E1) ouvrant une section maximale et dans l'autre position extrême (E2) une section minimale du passage d'air (L), caractérisé en ce qu'avant la position extrême correspondant à la section minimale du passage d'air est prévu un palier (316a) formé par une butée, pour une position intermédiaire de l'élément de réglage correspondant à une section résiduelle prédéterminée du passage d'air.
  2. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une partie fond (6) et en ce qu'une cavité débouchante (30) formant passage d'air est aménagée entre le profilé de ventilation (3) et la partie fond (6).
  3. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux positions extrêmes pour le déplacement de l'élément de réglage sont formées par des butées prévues sur le profilé de ventilation et/ou la partie fond.
  4. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie fond (6) et/ou le profilé de ventilation (3) sont munis de parois latérales et en ce que les parois latérales servent au guidage latéral de l'élément de réglage.
  5. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage peut être déplacé dans la position extrême ouvrant la section minimale du passage d'air du côté extérieur vers le côté intérieur de l'élément de fenêtre.
  6. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme élément de réglage un cylindre (7) qui est disposé avec son axe longitudinal (X) transversalement au passage d'air formé entre le cadre ou la partie fond et le profilé de ventilation.
  7. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre les deux positions extrêmes un plan incliné (61), sur lequel l'élément de réglage conformé en cylindre (7) repose librement et peut être déplacé vers le haut en diminuant la section du passage d'air, depuis une première position extrême inférieure correspondant à la section maximale du passage d'air jusqu'à une deuxième position extrême correspondant à la section minimale du passage d'air et inversement.
  8. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le plan incliné (61) est aménagé sur la partie fond (6).
  9. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le plan incliné (61) présente des nervures (62) ou des sillons mutuellement espacés qui s'étendent dans la direction de déplacement du cylindre (7).
  10. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (7) au niveau de ses faces frontales est bombé ou présente une pointe conique.
  11. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de ventilation (3) présente une section transversale essentiellement en forme de L, avec deux ailes (300, 302), l'une des ailes formant une aile extérieure (300) qui recouvre le cadre côté extérieur en étant espacé de celui-ci et l'autre aile formant une partie couvercle (302) qui recouvre le cadre dans sa partie haute en étant espacé de celui-ci et en ce que la partie fond (6) et la partie couvercle (302) peuvent être liées l'une à l'autre en étant maintenue écartées par des cloisons ou des colonnettes.
  12. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une pièce intérieure (31) liée au profilé de ventilation (3) côté intérieur de l'élément de fenêtre, avec une aile intérieure (311) décollée du cadre, de telle sorte que, côté intérieur, le passage d'air s'étende vers le bas.
  13. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intérieure (31) est liée de manière démontable au profilé de ventilation (3) et/ou à la partie fond (6), de sorte qu'une fois la pièce intérieure (31) ôtée, l'élément de réglage peut être retiré.
  14. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'insonorisation (5), amortissant le bruit mais perméable à l'air, est disposé dans le passage d'air.
  15. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'insonorisation (5) est disposé dans le passage d'air dans la région de la sortie côté intérieur de l'élément de fenêtre.
  16. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme élément de réglage (7a) un volet en forme de lame, qui est disposé avec son axe longitudinal transversalement au passage d'air formé entre le cadre ou la partie fond et le profilé de ventilation.
  17. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le volet (7a) au niveau de son bord longitudinal (71a) inférieur repose sur la partie fond (6) et peut déplacé entre les deux positions extrêmes par rotation autour du bord longitudinal (71a) qui forme un axe de pivotement (SW), le bord longitudinal (71a) reposant sur un élément d'appui (67) prévu sur la partie fond.
  18. Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le volet (7a), dans sa position libérant la section maximale du passage d'air, s'étend en biais vers le haut en direction du côté extérieur de l'élément de fenêtre et repose sur au moins un élément d'appui (68), et en ce que le volet (7a), dans sa position libérant la section minimale du passage d'air, occupe une position faiblement inclinée vers le côté extérieur de l'élément de fenêtre par rapport à la verticale.
  19. Dispositif de ventilation selon une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le volet (7a) présente au moins une découpe (72a) qui forme une section résiduelle minimale du passage d'air.
