Claims (5)
- Konditioniereinheit für Schmieröl, miteiner Filteranordnung (3) für das Schmieröl mit einem austauschbaren, metallfreien Filterelement (8) und einem Umgehungsventil (11) für das Filterelement (8) undeinem Ölkühler (2) im Ölkreislauf des Schmieröls, wobeidie Filteranordnung (3) mit dem Filterumgehungsventil (11) an einen Grundkörper (1) der Konditioniereinheit angefügt ist, wobei der Grundkörper (1) der Konditioniereinheit ein Aluminium- oder Kunststoffgussteil ist und mit Anschlüssen und innenliegenden Kanälen zur Führung des Schmieröls und des Kühlmittels versehen ist und ein weiteres Umgehungsventil (16) für den Öl-Kühlmittel-Wärmetauscher (6) angefügt ist,an den Grundkörper (1) der Ölkühler (2), und ein Öl-Kühlmittel-Wärmetauscher (6) angefügt ist, wobei die Anschlusskanäle zum Wärmetauscher für das Schmieröl und das Kühlmittel durch diesen Grundkörper (1) geführt werden.
- Konditioniereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Gehäuse der Filteranordnung (3) mit einer Öl-Auslassschraube (13) aus Kunststoff versehen ist.
- Konditioniereinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Öl-Auslassschraube (13) aus Kunststoff mit einer Schulterabstützung am Gewindeauslauf versehen ist.
- Konditioniereinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Öl-Auslassschraube (13) aus Kunststoff einen Imbus (14) aufweist, der derart dimensioniert ist, dass er bei einem vorgegebenen Drehmoment überdrehbar ist.
- Konditioniereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassam Grundkörper (1) ein Ablasselement (19) für das Kühlmittel angebracht ist.
