Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Kühlung von Gasen, wobei das Gas durch Kanäle (5) einer Kühlvorrichtung (1) führbar ist, wobei in der Kühlvorrichtung (1) in Nachbarschaft zu den Kanälen (5) für das Gas auch Kanäle (10) für ein durchströmendes Kühlmedium vorhanden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlvorrichtung (1) mit den Kanälen (15) aus Druckgussteilen hergestellt ist, wobei ein erster Deckel (4) mit einem ringförmigen Einlass für das zu kühlende Gas und ein zweiter Deckel (7) mit einem trichterförmigen Auslass für das zu kühlende Gas vorhanden sind und ein Zwischenstück (6) mit den Kanälen (15) vorhanden ist, so dass die Kanäle (15) ein Durchströmen der Kühlvorrichtung sowohl des Gases als auch des Kühlmediums in wechselnder Richtung ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kühlvorrichtung (1) zentral im Inneren die Kanäle (10)für das Kühlmedium und radial außen die Kanäle (5) für das zu kühlende Gas aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassaußen auf der Kühlvorrichtung (1) Kühlrippen (12) vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Gas von den Abgasen eines Verbrennungsmotors abgezweigt ist, das in den Ansaugtrakt des Verbrennungsmotors zurückgeführt wird und das Kühlmedium die Kühlflüssigkeit im Kühlkreislauf des Verbrennungsmotors ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassaußen auf dem Zwischenstück (6) ein stranggepresstes Aluminium-Profilteil mit den Kühlrippen (12) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdrei Kanäle (10) für die Kühlflüssigkeit im Inneren der Kühlvorrichtung (1) durch radiale Trennwände gebildet sind und außen sechs Kanäle (5) für das zu kühlende Gas ebenfalls durch radiale Trennwände gebildet sind.
