Description
Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'entraínement à cordon ou analogue pour volet roulant, comprenant une poulie (3) autour de laquelle peut venir s'enrouler, au moins partiellement, ledit cordon (2) et un mécanisme limiteur de couple, cette poulie (3), en forme d'une couronne, présentant un alésage interne (12) dans lequel vient se loger un moyeu intermédiaire (8) correspondant au mécanisme limiteur de couple (7) et monté solidaire en rotation sur un arbre d'entraínement (4) pouvant être relié en prise avec l'arbre d'enroulement (5) du tablier du volet roulant, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme réducteur (6), sur ce moyen étant monté, de manière tournoyante, la poulie (3), laquelle est pourvue des moyens d'entraínement (9) définis de manière apte à coopérer avec des moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (10) associés audit moyeu (8), caractérisé par le fait que ces moyens d'entraínement (9) sont prévus de nature élastique de manière apte à se plier sous l'effet d'une résistance à l'entraínement déterminé pour autoriser la libre rotation de la poulie (3) par rapport au moyeu intermédiaire (8), lesdits moyens d'entraínement (9) étant définis par au moins une lame élastique (13) s'étendant au travers de l'alésage (12) de manière apte à coopérer avec lesdits moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (10) du moyeu (8).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (10) sont définis par une roue étoilée (15) associée au moyeu intermédiaire (8) et comportant une denture (14) avec laquelle vient coopérer la lame élastique (13).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux (14A, 14B) des dents de la denture (14) correspondant à la roue étoilée (15) sont définies aptes à prendre appui sur la lame élastique (13) de manière à permettre l'entraínement du moyeu intermédiaire (8) par l'intermédiaire de la poulie (3).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la roue étoilée (15) est définie au centre d'une gorge périphérique (16) du moyeu intermédiaire (8).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement (9) se présentent sous forme de deux lames élastiques (13, 13A) disposées symétriquement par rapport à un plan diamétral (17) de la poulie (3), chacune de ces lames élastiques (13, 13A) venant en prise de manière diamétralement opposée avec la denture (14) de la roue étoilée (15).
