Abstract
Die eigentlichen Lampenschirme (17) in verschiedenen Formen und Materialien sind leicht austauschbar.
Description
Ausführungen des immer gleichbleibenden Grund- respektive Tragelementes mit den im Patentanspruch 2-6 definierten Merkmalen, lassen sich beliebige, eigens dafür entwickelte Schirmmodelle frei nach Wahl und leicht austauschbar aufsetzen, gemäss Patentanspruch 1b.
Die Abdeckung (14) liegt oben rundum auf dem Deckel (5) auf. Seitlich ist die Abdeckung (14) auf der hohe des offenen Abschnittes (12) rundum mit vertikalen Schlitzen (15) versehen, zwecks Austritt der filtrierten Luft. Durch Anheben der Abdeckung (14) mit einfachem Handgriff, wird der Zugriff zum Aktivkohlefilter (13) ermöglicht und gewährleistet somit eine einfache Auswechstung. Unterhalb der abgesenkten, d.h. in normaler Lage befindlichen Abdeckung (14) ist am zylindrischen Gehäuse (1) aussen rundum ein Ring (16) angebracht. Der Ring (16) dient als Auflage für den eigentlichen Schirm (17). Die eigens dazu konzipierten Schirme, in verschiedenen Formen und Materialien, lassen sich nach dem Entfernen des Ein / Aus-Drehknopfschalters (10), problemlos über das zylindrische Gehäuse (1), respektive über die Abdeckung (14) überschieben und allenfalls auswechseln. Am unteren Ende des Tragteils / Gehäuse (1) ist das eigentliche Luftansaug-System fest montiert, respektive aufgehängt. Es besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem elektromotorbetriebenem Rohrventilator mit Laufrad (2) in einem Luftströmungsoptimierenden Gehäuse (18) eingebaut. Die Inbetriebnahme des Ventilators (2) erfolgt mittels eines stufenlosen Reglers (9) mit dazu erforderlichem Kondensator (11), respektive Ein / Aus-Drehknopfschalters (10), welche in der Kammer 6 untergebracht sind.
Unterhalb des Ventilatorgehäuses (18) ist zwecks optimaler, horizontaler Luftansaugung, respektive Luftströmung,je nach Ausführung, ein rundes, tellerförmiges Gehäuse (4)(Fig.1) oder ein kreiskegelstumpfförmiges Gehäuse (3)(Fig.4) montiert. Die äussere, obere Kante dient zugleich als Auflage für den Schirm (17). Beide Ausführungen (3)(Fig.4),(4)(Fig.1) sind horizontal doppelwandig, d.h mit geringem Zwischenraum (19) und darin befindlichen Verengungen zwecks saugverstärkender Wirkung konstruiert. Beide Ausführungen (3)(Fig.4), (4)(Fig.1) bestehen demzufolge aus zwei Teilen, die mit dem Zwischenraum (19) zusammengeschraubt werden. Der obere Teil wird am Rohrventilatorgehäuse (18) fest montiert und dient als Tragelement für den unteren Teil. Im unteren Teil sind die Leuchtkörper-Fassungen (20) installiert, sowie mit dem schraubbaren Aufsatz (Deckel) (22)(Fig.1), respektive mit dem, schraubbaren Aufsatz (Deckel)(25)(Fig.4) inklusive Leuchtkörperfassung versehen. Die flache, tellerförmige Variante (4)(Fig.1) kommt bei Bedarf einer mehrflammigen Leuchte, d.h. mit mehreren Leuchtkörpern (Glühbirnen usw.) zur Anwendung. Wobei die Leuchtkörper-Fassungen (20) in kreiskegelstumpfförmigen Vertiefungen (21),je nach Anzahl, rundum angeordnet und installiert sind. Zentrisch, d.h. in der vertikalen Verlängerung der Achse x-x des Tragteils (1) und des Rohrventilators (2) dient ein von unten schraubbarer, runder und flacher Aufsatz (Deckel) (22) als Zugriffsöffüung für die Auswechselung, respektive der Reinigung des Fettfilters (23).
Bei starker Dampf- oder Rauchentwicklung kann durch eine kleine Drehung des Aufsatzes (22) die Anzahl der Absaugöffnungen (24) erweitert werden. Der Metall-Fettfilter (23) kann mit einfachem Handgriff ausgebaut und von Hand oder im Geschirrwaschautomat gereinigt werden.
Die kreiskegelstumpfförmige Variante (3)(Fig.4) kommt bei Bedarf mit nur einem Leuchtkörper (Glühbirne usw.) zur Anwendung. Wobei die Leuchtkörper-Fassung (20) in einem von unten schraubbaren, runden und flachen Aufsatz (Deckel) (25), zentrisch, d.h. in der vertikalen Verlängerung der Achse x-x des Tragteils (1) und des Rohrventilators (2) positioniert ist. Bei starker Dampf- oder Rauchentwicklung kann durch eine kleine Drehung des Aufsatzes (25) die Anzahl der Absaugöffnungen (24) erweitert werden. Dieser Aufsatz (25) dient als Zugriffsöffnung für die Auswechslung, respektive der Reinigung des Metall-Fettfilter (23). Der Metall-Fettfilter (23) kann mit einfachem Handgriff ausgebaut und von Hand oder im Geschirrwaschautomaten gereinigt werden. Der Fettfilter 23 ist für beide Ausführungen (3) (Fig.4),(4)(Fig.1) identisch.
Claims (7)
- Raumleuchte mit integrierter Raumluftfiltriervorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet:a) dass sie mit einer oder mehreren Leuchtkörper, z.B. Glühbirnen, fluoreszierenden Röhren, Niedervolt-Leuchtern usw. (20) ausgeführt werden kann.b) dass sie mit beliebigen, leicht austauschbaren, eigens dafür entwickelten Schirm-Modellen(17) versehen werden kann.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 1., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für alle Modelle aus demselben Grund- resp. Tragelement (1) besteht.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Grund- und Tragelement (1) ein elektromotorbetriebenes Luftansaugsystem (2, 18) montiert ist.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 3., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektromotorbetriebene Ventilator- Laufrad (2) mit einem stufenlosen Regler (9) mittels Drehknopf (10) bedienbar ist.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Grund- und Tragelement (1) ein leicht austauschbarer Aktivkohlefiiter (13) befindet.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Grund- und Tragelement (1) ein ausbaubarer, waschbarer Fettfilter (23) befindet.
- Raumleuchte nach Anspruch 1., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unten am Grund- und Tragelement (1) die Luftansaugströmungs-Vorrichtung (3-6) montiert ist.
