Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Schachtofens, insbesondere eines Kupolofens, zur Erzeugung von Metallen, insbesondere von Gußeisen, und Metalllegierungen, bei dem der Ofenschacht mit einem entsprechenden Einsatz befüllt ist bzw. andauernd oder periodisch befüllt und bodenseitig die Gußeisenschmelze entnommen wird, wobei dem Ofenschacht, insbesondere in seinem unteren Bereich, Sauerstoff oder ein Sauerstoff-haltiges Gasgemisch über mehrere im wesentlichen gleichmäßig über den Umfang des Ofens angeordnete Anzahl n von Düsen und/oder Lanzen zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß maximal n - 1 Düsen und/oder Lanzen zeitgleich mit dem Sauerstoff oder Sauerstoff-haltigen Gasgemisch beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu jeder Zeit nur jeweils eine Düse und/oder Lanze mit dem Sauerstoff oder Sauerstoff-haltigen Gasgemisch beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung des Sauerstoffs oder Sauerstoff-haltigen Gasgemisches gepulst erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gaseversorgung der Düsen und/oder Lanzen über separate Gaseversorgungsleitungen erfolgt und jeweils wenigstens ein Absperrventil sowie eine dieses Absperrventil umgehende Bypass-Leitung in den Gaseversorgungsleitungen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei geschlossenem Absperrventil eine Grundbeaufschlagung der Düse(n) und/oder Lanze(n) mit einer Menge von 0,1 bis 0,5 der Gasmenge des Sauerstoffs oder Sauerstoff-haltigen Gasgemisches erfolgt.
- Schachtofen, insbesondere Kupolofen, zur Erzeugung von Metallen, insbesondere von Gußeisen, und Metalllegierungen, mit einem Ofenschacht, der mit einem entsprechenden Einsatz befüllt ist bzw. andauernd oder periodisch befüllt und aus dem bodenseitig die Gußeisenschmelze entnommen wird, sowie mit einer Zuführeinrichtung, über die der Ofenschacht, insbesondere in seinem unteren Bereich, mit Sauerstoff oder einem Sauerstoff-haltigen Gasgemisch versorgt wird, wobei die Zuführeinrichtung aus einer Anzahl n, im wesentlichen gleichmäßig über den Umfang des Ofens angeordneten Zuführvorrichtungen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführvorrichtungen als Sauerstofflanzen mit jeweils wenigstens zwei Düsenaufsätzen ausgebildet sind.
- Schachtofen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sauerstofflanzen dreh- und/oder verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Schachtofen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Zuführvorrichtung über eine separate Gaseversorgungsleitung mit einer Gasquelle verbunden oder verbindbar ist.
- Schachtofen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den separaten Gaseversorgungsleitungen jeweils wenigstens ein Absperrventil sowie diese Absperrventile umgehende Bypass-Leitungen angeordnet sind.
