Abstract
Das Abgasleitelement (11) weist einen Auspuffkrümmer (12) mit mindestens zwei Zuleitungen (15), beispielsweise noch einen Katalysator (13) und eine Wandung mit zwei Verbund-Wandelementen (23, 24) auf. Die zwei Wandelemente (23, 24) umschliessen zusammen im Querschnitt Innenräume aller Zuleitungen (15) und eventuell auch noch die Katalysatormittel (41) des Katalysators (13). Jedes Wandelement (23, 24) besitzt zwei einstückige, metallische Schalen (25, 26) und eine zwischen diesen angeordnete Schicht (35) wärmedämmendes Isoliermaterial, so dass jedes Wandelement (23, 24) eine gute Wärmedämmung ergibt. Bei der Herstellung eines Wandelements (23, 24) werden die zu diesem gehörenden Schalen (25, 26) und die dazwischen angeordnete Isoliermaterial-Schicht (35) gemeinsam plastisch verformt. Dies ermöglicht eine kostengünstige Herstellung der Wandung. The exhaust gas guide element (11) has an exhaust manifold (12) with at least two supply lines (15), for example a catalyst (13) and a wall with two composite wall elements (23, 24). The two wall elements (23, 24) together enclose in cross-section interior spaces of all supply lines (15) and possibly also the catalyst means (41) of the catalyst (13). Each wall element (23, 24) has two integral, metallic shells (25, 26) and a layer (35) arranged between them heat-insulating material, so that each wall element (23, 24) gives a good thermal insulation. In the production of a wall element (23, 24) belonging to this shells (25, 26) and the interposed insulating material layer (35) are plastically deformed together. This allows a cost-effective production of the wall.
