Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'entraînement pour une machine à laver, comprenant un tambour à linge monté, par le biais d'un arbre (4) au moins à peu près horizontal, à l'intérieur d'un support cylindrique (5) d'une étoile de support (1) rigide installée sur une paroi de fond (3) d'un réservoir à lessive, le dispositif d'entraînement pouvant être monté sur le côté arrière du réservoir à lessive et étant formé par un moteur plat (7) qui comprend une partie de support de stator (8) et des enroulements d'excitation (13) ainsi qu'un rotor (10) et des pôles (15) magnétisables, et entraînant directement le tambour à linge, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support de stator (8, 28) et le rotor (10) du moteur (7, 30) sont reliés l'un à l'autre de manière amovible au moyen d'au moins une vis d'arrêt (22, 35), pour la durée de son transport jusqu'au montage définitif sur la paroi de fond (3) du réservoir à lessive, avec une position relative de la partie de support de stator (8, 28) par rapport au rotor (10) qui correspond à la position de marche, la partie de support de stator (8, 28) et le rotor (10) ayant des gabarits de trous identiques et au moins un alésage (19, 29) du gabarit de trous dans la partie de support de stator (8, 28) étant pourvu d'un filetage pour la vis d'arrêt (22, 35) vissée depuis le rotor (10).
  2. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un (18, 29) des alésage du gabarit de trous dans la partie de support de stator (8, 28) est exécuté de manière à avoir le même diamètre que les alésages du rotor (10), possède une paroi lisse et est pourvu d'une cheville d'arrêt (20) pour assurer l'immobilisation pendant le transport.
  3. Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rotor (10) a la forme d'une cloche dont la partie centrale est exécutée en tant que disque plat et est pourvue d'alésages d'accès (27, 36) situés sur un cercle de même rayon que la partie de support de stator (8, 28) avec ses alésages de fixation et que l'étoile de support (1) avec ses trous taraudés, en vue du montage du moteur (7, 30) sur l'étoile de support (1).
  4. Dispositif d'entraînement selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support de stator est formée par une couronne (28) d'empilages de tôles pour les enroulements d'excitation (13).
  5. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couronne (28) d'empilages de tôles est pourvue, sur le côté tourné vers l'étoile de support (1), d'une bague (32) ayant une forme semblable à une assiette, dont le bord extérieur rejoint le bord (16) de la cloche par le biais d'une garniture à labyrinthe (11).
  6. Dispositif d'entraînement selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support de stator (8) s'étend au-delà des enroulements d'excitation (13) et son bord (9) forme une garniture à labyrinthe (11) avec celui de la cloche (16).
  7. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support de stator (8, 28) et/ou la cloche (10) est/sont pourvue/s, sur le côté tourné vers l'espace intermédiaire, d'une collerette périphérique (17, 34) qui forme une garniture à labyrinthe (33) avec la partie opposée sur la cloche (10) resp. sur la partie de support de stator (8, 28).
