Zur Montage des Motors muß daher zunächst das Ständertragteil, mit den Erregerwicklungen (vormontiert) auf die Lagerhülse geschoben werden. Anschließend muß die Läuferglocke auf den Wellenzapfen gesetzt und ver-schraubt werden. Die für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Motors nötige Einhaltung der inneren Toleranzen (hauptsächlich die Positionierung der Erregerwicklungen in Bezug auf die magnetisierbaren Läuferpole) kann dabei jedoch keineswegs gewährleistet werden, weil im Montagewerk für Waschmaschinen keine Zeit und keine Arbeitsmittel für die Einhaltung dieser Toleranzen zur Verfügung stehen.

Er dient als Schutz vor dem Eindringen von Staub, der vor allem als magnetisierbarer Staub den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Motors 30 erheblich beeinträchtigen kann. Dazu bildet der Ring 32 zusammen mit dem Rand 16 der Läuferglocke 10 eine labyrinthartige Dichtung 11. Anstelle dieser Maßabhängigkeiten zwischen den Durchmessern der Befestigunglöcher und den jeweiligen Schrauben, können ein Teil der Löcher dieses Kreises ausschließlich als Befestigungslöcher 29 und ein anderer Teil als Arretierlöcher dienen. Diese beiden Arten von Löchern können zur leichteren Unterscheidung auch auf Kreisen mit unterschiedlichen Radien liegen. Falls die Befestigungslöcher und die Arretierlöcher gleich gestaltet sind, werden nur einige, z. B. drei; der Löcher zur Arretierung mittels der Distanzhülsen 37 und der Arretierschrauben 35 benutzt sein. Dann kann ebenso verfahren werden wie vorstehend. Sind allerdings alle dieser Löcher, z.B. mehr als drei, zur Arretierung benutzt worden, dann muß man bei der Montage schrittweise vorgehen, d.h. zuerst wird eine Arretierschraube 35 und die zugeordnete Distanzhülse 37 entfernt und dort eine Befestigungsschraube 26 eingeführt und festgeschraubt. Claims (7)

  1. Drive device for a washing machine with a laundry drum mounted by way of an at least approximately horizontally disposed shaft (4) within a bearing sleeve (5) of a rigid support spider (1) mounted at a base wall (3) of a washing solution container, wherein the drive device can be mounted at the rear side of the washing solution container and consists of a flat motor (7) with a stator support part (8) and field windings (13) and with a rotor (10) and magnetisable poles (15) and drives the laundry drum directly, characterised in that the stator support part (8, 28) and the rotor (10) of the motor (7, 30) are detachably connected together, for the duration of its transport until final mounting at the base wall (3) of the washing solution container, in a relative position of the stator support part (8, 28) and the rotor (10) corresponding to the operational position by means of at least one locking screw (22, 35), wherein the stator support part (8, 28) and the rotor (10) have identical hole patterns and at least one bore (19, 29) of the hole pattern in the stator support part (8, 28) is furnished with a thread for the locking screw (22, 35) screwed in from the rotor (10).
  2. Drive device according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one (18, 29) of the bores of the hole pattern in the stator support part (8, 28) is formed to be smooth-walled and to have the same diameter as that of the rotor (10) and is provided with a locking pin (20) for the positional securing during transport.
  3. Drive device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the rotor (10) has the form of a bell, the centre part of which is formed as a flat disc and has access bores (27, 36) on a circle with the same radius as the stator support part (8, 28) fastening bores and as the support spider (1) threaded holes for the mounting of the motor (7, 30) at the support spider (1).
  4. Drive device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the stator support part is formed by a lamination stack ring (28) for the field windings (13).
  5. Drive device according to claim 4, characterised in that the lamination stack ring (28) is provided on the side facing the support spider (1) with a ring (32) which is formed to be plate-shaped and the outer edge of which extends by way of a labyrinth seal (11) to the bell edge (16).
  6. Drive device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the stator support part (8) extends beyond the field windings (13) and its edge (9) forms together with the bell (16) a labyrinth seal (11).
  7.
