Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de contrôle et pilotage automatiques de la circulation par radar à l'aide de moyens de télécommunications, notamment aux fins de mesure et de pilotage de la vitesse et d'exécution automatique des fonctions ou opérations en résultant, les véhicules (4) dépassant la vitesse limite étant saisis par rayon radar (3)par une installation miniaturisée de contrôle et de mesure (2) intégrée dans un panneau de circulation (1), notamment un panneau de limitation de vitesse, les données et informations étant transmises par des moyens de télécommunications à une unité centrale d'analyse (7), celle-ci pouvant être reliée à une banque de données (8) pour identification du propriétaire du véhicule et éventuellement à un fichier des auteurs d'infractions (9), l'unité centrale (7) pouvant en outre être reliée par des liaisons de télécommunications (10) ou des liaisons postales conventionnelles avec le domicile du propriétaire du véhicule (11) pour transmission de justificatifs, caractérisé en ce que, par le biais d'un dispositif (6), les installations de mesure (2) intégrées dans les panneaux de circulation (1) sont conçues de manière à pouvoir être activées et désactivées à distance ou à être adressables, et en ce qu'il est en outre procédé au moyen du dispositif (6) à une extraction des données dans le cadre d'une procédure de polling par exemple en période creuse sur le réseau.
