Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung einer fortlaufend transportierten, breitgeführten Warenbahn (WB), enthaltenda) wenigstens ein in einem Vorrichtungsgehäuse (1) ausgebildetes Behandlungsfeld (F),b) wenigstens ein im Behandlungsfeld vorgesehenes, sich quer über die Behandlungsbreite erstreckendes Düsensystem (6) zum Aufblasen von Behandlungsgas (4) auf die Warenbahn (WB),c) wenigstens einen einen zirkulierenden Behandlungsgasstrom erzeugenden Ventilator (5), dessen Druckseite (5a) mit dem Gaszuströmende (6a', 6b') des Düsensystems und dessen Ansaugseite (5b) mit einem etwa quer zur WarenbahnTransportrichtung (2) verlaufenden Gasansaugkanal (7) verbunden ist, wobeid) dem der Ventilator-Ansaugseite (5b) entgegengesetzten Zuströmende (7a) dieses Gasansaugkanales (7) eine vom zirkulierenden Behandlungsgasstrom durchströmte, mit wenigstens einem Filtersieb (11, 11a) versehene Filtereinrichtung (9) zum Entfernen von Fasern, Flusen und dergleichen aus dem Behandlungsgasstrom sowie eine wenigstens teilweise in dieser Filtereinrichtung angeordnete, mit einem Flammenleitrohr (14) ausgestattete Brennereinrichtung (10) zugeordnet ist,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:e) in Verlängerung des Zuströmendes (7a) des Gasansaugkanales (7) ist eine etwa rohrförmige Ansaugdüse (8) angeordnet, die mit ihrem offenen Ansaugende (8a) frei in die Filtereinrichtung (9) hineinragt;f) diese Ansaugdüse (8) weist einen Umfangsabstand zum Filtersieb (11, 11a) der Filtereinrichtung (9) auf;g) zwischen dem Ansaugende (8a) dieser Ansaugdüse (8) und dem freien, offenen Mündungsende (14a) des Flammenleitrohres (14) ist ein etwa ringförmiger Strömungsraum (15) zur Rezirkulation von Behandlungsgas in den Gasansaugkanal ausgebildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansaugdüse (8) - etwa in der Form eines Venturirohres - ein sich in Gasströmungsrichtung düsenartig verengendes Ansaugende (8a) und ein sich etwa diffusorartig in Richtung auf das Zuströmende (7a) des Gasansaugkanales (7) konisch erweiterndes Abströmende (8b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ansaugende (8a) der Ansaugdüse (8) entgegen der Gasströmungsrichtung etwa trompetenartig erweitert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Filtereinrichtung (9) etwa an der Innenseite einer ersten Gehäuselängswand (1a), der Ventilator (5) im Bereich der gegenüberliegenden anderen Gehäuselängsseite (1b) und der Gasansaugkanal (7) in der Verbindung zwischen Filtereinrichtung und Ventilator angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie, offene Ansaugende (8a) der Ansaugdüse (8) gegen die erste Gehäuselängswand (1a) ausgerichtet ist und diese Ansaugdüse zumindest etwa bis zu 1/4 der quer zur Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (2) verlaufenden Länge des wenigstens einen Filtersiebes (11, 11a) in die Filtereinrichtung (9) hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennereinrichtung (10) mit dein Flammenleitrohr (14) von der ersten Gehäuselängswand (1a) her in die Filtereinrichtung (9) und koaxial in das freie, offene Ansaugende (8a) der Ansaugdüse (8) hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtersieb der Filtereinrichtung durch einen rotierend antreibbaren, mit einer Abreinigungseinrichtung versehenen, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Siebmantel gebildet ist, wobei Siebmantel, Ansaugdüse und Flammenleitrohr koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtereinrichtung (9) zumindest an ihren in und entgegengesetzt zur Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (2) weisenden Seiten je wenigstens ein flaches Filtersieb (11, 11a) aufweist, das in einer quer zur Warenbahn-Transportrichtung verlaufenden, im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene angeordnet und von der Außenseite der ersten Gehäuselängswand (1a) her herausziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennereinrichtung (10) einen direkt mit Gas oder leichtem Heizöl betreibbaren Brenner (13) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ihre Ausführung als Spannmaschine zum Trocknen und/oder Fixieren von textilen Warenbahnen, wobei im Maschinengehäuse (1) in Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (2) mehrere unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgende Behandlungsfelder (F) angeordnet sind, in denen der zirkulierende Behandlungsgasstrom jeweils durch einen Umluftstrom (4) gebildet wird, wobei in jedem Behandlungsfeld (F) ein gesondertes Umluftsystem (US) mit wenigstens einem Ventilator (5), wenigstens einer Düsenkastengruppe (6a, 6b) sowie einer einen Ansaugkanal (7), eine Ansaugdüse (8), eine Filtereinrichtung (9) und eine Brennereinrichtung (10) enthaltenden Umluft-Ansauggruppe vorgesehen ist, wobei ferner alle Behandlungsfelder (F) im wesentlichen in gleicher Weise baukastenartig aufgebaut sind und wobei in Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (2) aufeinanderfolgende Behandlungsfelder (F) - im Grundriß der Vorrichtung betrachtet (Fig.2) - in bezug auf ihre Umluftsysteme (US) jeweils spiegelbildlich zueinander angeordnet sind.
