Claims (6)

  1. Film zum Herstellen von Packungen mit durch Faltung und Siegelung von Portionen dieses Films geformten Wänden für feste oder halbfeste Blöcke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    a) er einen Film auf Polyolefinbasis aufweist,
    b) die Außenseite des Films eine Deckschicht aus einem Niedertemperatur-Siegelwerkstoff mit ausgebildeten markierten Bereichen aufweist, um nach dem Siegeln, das im Anschluss an das Falten erfolgt, die genannte Packung mit den dauerhaft fixierten Wänden zu erhalten, wobei der Siegelwerkstoff eine Siegelfunktion hat, die bei einer Temperatur von 60 °C bis 110 °C aktiv wird.
  2. Film nach Anspruch 1, bei dem wenigstens der Bereich der Innenseite der letzten Falte der Faltung eine Innenschicht aus einem Siegelwerkstoff aufweist, um das Schließen dieser letzten Falte durch abschließendes Verschmelzen der Innenseite der letzten Falte und des entsprechenden Bereichs der Außenseite des Films, welcher einen Siegelwerkstoff aufweist oder nicht, zu verbessern.
  3. Film nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei der Film auf Polyolefinbasis unter PP, OPP, metallisiertem OPP, den Mehrschichtfilmen auf OPP-Basis, den beschichteten OPP-Filmen, den aufgeschäumten, perlmuttartig glänzenden OPP und den HDPE gewählt ist.
  4. Film nach Anspruch 3 mit einer Barriereschicht gegen Sauerstoff, typischerweise gewählt unter EVOH UND PVDC.
  5. Verwendung eines Films nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Verpackung von Nahrungsmitteln, die in Form von typischerweise würfeloder quaderförmigen, festen oder halbfesten Blöcken vorliegen.
  6. Verwendung eines Films nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Markierung der Niedertemperatur-Siegelschicht in Abhängigkeit von der Faltung so gewählt wird, dass beim Falten jeder markierte Bereich oder Teil eines markierten Bereichs jeweils mit einem anderen markierten Bereich oder Teil eines anderen markierten Bereichs oder eventuell mit der Innenseite des Films in Kontakt kommt - wobei diese Innenseite eigens oder durch die genannte Innenschicht geeignet ist, mit dem Siegelwerkstoff zu verschmelzen - damit nach erfolgtem Falten des Blocks kein Niedertemperatur-Siegelwerkstoff auf der Außenseite der Packung verbleibt.
