Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserdichten Schuhs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgende Arbeitsphasen umfasst:
    a - Befestigung des Schaftes (1) auf einer Zwischensohle (2) mittels einer umlaufenden Naht (3) gemäß einer Bearbeitungsweise, die üblicherweise mit dem Begriff "IDEAL" bezeichnet wird;
    b - Aufkleben eines Schuhbodens unter die Zwischensohle (2), welcher Schuhboden vorzugsweise aus einem Mikroporenkeil (4) besteht, unter welchem ein gestanzter Paragummibelag (5) angebracht ist, welcher die Lauffläche des Schuhbodens darstellt;
    c - gleichzeitige, umlaufende Fräsung des Mikroporenkeils (4), des darunterliegenden Paragummibelags (5) und der darüberliegenden Zwischensohle (2);
    d - Aufkleben eines weichen, flexiblen Paragummibandes (6), welches den gesamten Umfang der Sohle bedeckt und ausreichend hoch ist, um den unteren Rand des Schaftes (1) teilweise zu überragen und auf diese Weise auch die Naht (3) zu verdecken.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserdichten Schuhs gemäß dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nach Aufkleben des Bandes (6) auf den Schuhboden und auf den Schaft vorsieht, den Schuh dem Druck einer Presse auszusetzen, die dieses Band (6) so zusammenquetscht, dass es perfekt und sicher am Schuhboden und am Schaft anhaftet, vor allem aber für eine gleichmäßige und präzise Selbstmodellierung an der Stufe (7) sorgt, an welcher die umlaufende Naht (3) entlanggeführt ist.
  3. Schuh, der mit dem in den Punkten 1 und 2 beanspruchten Verfahren hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schaft (1) an der Zwischensohle (2) mittels einer äußeren Naht (3) gemäß einer üblicherweise mit dem Begriff "IDEAL" bezeichneten Bearbeitungsweise befestigt wird, wobei vorgesehen ist, dass die Lauffläche des Schuhbodens aus einem Mikroporenkeil (4) besteht, der unterhalb der Zwischensohle (2) mit einem gestanzten Paragummibelag (5) aufgeklebt ist, der unterhalb des Keils (4) befestigt ist und wobei außerdem vorgesehen ist, dass ein weiches, flexibles Paragummiband (6) aufgeklebt wird, um den Umfang der Sohle vollkommen zu verdecken und den Schaft teilweise zu überragen und dadurch eine Art schwere Basis zu bilden.
