Description

The invention relates to a predominantly mobile modular bridge which can be coupled together from at least two short bridges.
The object of the invention is to provide a modular bridge that can be built as quickly as possible from existing short bridges.
This object is achieved with the subject matter of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
Eine kurze Brücke weist dabei folgende Bauteile auf:The modular bridge according to the invention (hereinafter also referred to as a long bridge) is created by coupling two or more short bridges together. A short bridge has the following components:
- einen Brückeninnenabschnitt,- an inner bridge section,
- zwei nach oben verschwenkbare Brückenrampenabschnitte,- two bridge ramp sections pivotable upwards,
- fest mit dem Brückeninnenabschnitt und den Brückenrampenabschnitten verbundene Untergurte,- lower chords firmly connected to the inner bridge section and the bridge ramp sections,
- gegenüber den fest verbundenen Untergurten in Brückenspannweitenrich- tung verschiebbare Untergurte. Aus den einzelnen kurzen Brücken entsteht die lange Brücke, indem die Rampenspitzen der nach oben verschwenkten Brückenrampenabschnitte sowie die verschobenen Untergurte von jeweils zwei kurzen Brücken zusammengekuppelt werden.- Lower belts that can be moved in the direction of the bridge span compared to the permanently connected lower belts. The long bridge is created from the individual short bridges by coupling the ramp tips of the bridge ramp sections pivoted upwards and the shifted lower chords of two short bridges each.
Es zeigen:Advantageous embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to figures. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine kurze Brücke, eingerichtet zum Befahren, Fig. 2 eine kurze Brücke, rechter Rampenabschnitt hochgeschwenkt, ver- schiebbarer Untergurt nach rechts verschoben (der verschiebbare Untergurt ist zusätzlich getrennt dargestellt), Fig. 3 eine kurze Brücke, linker Rampenabschnitt hochgeschwenkt, verschiebbarer Untergurt nach links verschoben (der verschiebbare Untergurt ist zusätzlich getrennt dargestellt), Fig. 4 eine lange Brücke aus zwei kurzen Brücken, gegenüberliegende Rampenabschnitte hochgeschwenkt und an den Rampenspitzen gekoppelt, verschiebbare Untergurte aufeinanderzu verschoben und gekoppelt (der verschiebbare Untergurt ist zusätzlich getrennt dargestellt), Fig. 5 eine kurze Brücke, Ansicht von oben, Fig. 6 eine lange Brücke aus zwei kurzen Brücken, Ansicht von oben, Fig. 7 den Querschnitt durch den Innenabschnitt einer Brücke.1 shows a short bridge, set up for driving on, FIG. 2 shows a short bridge, right ramp section swung up, displaceable lower chord shifted to the right (the displaceable lower chord is additionally shown separately), FIG. 3 shows a short bridge, left ramp section swung up, Slidable lower chord shifted to the left (the slidable lower chord is also shown separately), Fig. 4 a long bridge made up of two short bridges, opposite ramp sections swung up and coupled at the ramp tips, displaceable lower chords moved towards each other and coupled (the displaceable lower chord is also shown separately) 5 shows a short bridge, top view, FIG. 6 shows a long bridge made of two short bridges, top view, FIG. 7 shows the cross section through the inner section of a bridge.
The short bridges BK, each of which represents an iast-bearing structure, each comprise two bridge ramp sections BR and an inner bridge section BI (FIGS. 1 and 5, 7). The ramp sections BR are connected by means of joints G to the ends of the inner sections BI. Inner section BI and ramp section BR each comprise two lane Carrier parts, each track carrier part comprises a roadway F and side walls S. The road slabs are also the top chord of the bending beam. The individual track carrier parts of the inner sections BI are connected to one another by means of cross members Q. The bridge sections BI, BR have lower chords U firmly connected to the side walls S, which in the example outlined have the shape of an inverted u (FIG. 7). In each of the four U-shaped fixed lower chords U there is a movable lower chord ÜB, which can be moved in the direction of the bridge span and which also has coupling points corresponding to the coupling points of the fixed lower chords U. By closing these couplings (couplings are generally designated by the reference symbol K in FIGS. 1 to 4), the fixed lower chords U of the individual bridge sections are connected to one another via the displaceable lower chord ÜB as a flap, the displaceable lower chord ÜB bearing according to its rigidity. In the embodiment shown here by way of example, the coupling is designed in the form of an eye rod connection by means of bolts BZ (FIG. 7).
The displaceable lower flange UB, which is shown in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 as a single component, can also be designed in several sections which can be displaced independently of one another. This applies in particular to those designs in which the lengths of ramp sections BR and inner sections BI are different or in which more than two short bridges are connected to form a long bridge.
By opening the lower flange couplings it is possible (Fig. 2 and 3) 1. to pivot the ramp section BR of a short bridge BK upwards, 2. to move the movable lower flange ÜB in the direction of that side slide on which the ramp sections BR are pivoted upwards.
By means of coupling points KV, which are provided in the displaceable lower chord ÜB, the fixed lower chords U of the individual bridge sections BI, BR can be reconnected when the ramp section BR is pivoted upwards and the displaced lower chord ÜB, so that the short bridge BK in this configuration has a load-bearing structure represents.
By appropriately selecting the total length of the movable lower flange ÜB, two short bridges BK configured in this way according to FIGS. 2 and 3 can be coupled to the displaced lower flange ÜB and to the ramp tips RS of the ramp sections BR. A load-bearing long bridge BL of double length is created, as shown in FIG. 4.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment of the long bridge of exactly two short bridges shown in FIGS. 4.6. Rather, any number of short bridges can be coupled together to form a long bridge. Both ramp parts of the short bridges on the inside are pivoted upwards. The length and number of slidable bottom chords are adjusted accordingly.
