caractérisé en ce que la première surface de réception (6) et/ou la deuxième surface de réception (30) est pourvue de profilages, en particulier des emboutissages (18 ; 20 ; 42) ou des creux qui délimitent des surfaces planes (22, 24 ; 44), qui sont adaptées au moins partiellement au contour extérieur du fond de récipients de nourriture (46, 48, 50, 54), coupes, gobelets, tasses (52) ou similaires, reçus par le plateau (2). - Plateau selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le corps de plateau (4) et/ou la pièce de réception (26) sont constitués ou respectivement est constitué de matière synthétique, de préférence une matière synthétique transparente. - Plateau selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le plateau (2) présente des moyens de liaison pour lier de manière détachable le plateau (2) avec au moins un plateau (2) adjacent. - Plateau selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison sont formés, par un premier élément de liaison (60, 62) qui est disposé latéralement sur le plateau (2) et présente une rainure (74) s'étendant principalement parallèlement au côté du plateau et, par un second élément de liaison (64, 66) qui est disposé sur le côté du plateau opposé au premier élément de liaison (60, 62) et présente une partie en saillie (76) pour un encliquetage par coopération de forme dans une rainure (74) d'un premier élément de liaison (60, 62) d'un plateau adjacent. - Plateau selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (60, 62, 64, 66) sont disposés sur le corps de plateau (4) et/ou sur la pièce de réception (26). - Plateau selon la revendication 11 ou 12,
caractérisé les extrémités libres des éléments de liaison (60, 62 ; 64, 66) sont réalisées sous forme de crochet (76, 78), le crochet (76) du premier élément de liaison (60) se présente vers le bas et le crochet du second élément de liaison (74) vers le haut, de telle sorte que le premier élément de liaison (60) d'un plateau (2) est accrochable sur le second élément de liaison (64) d'un plateau adjacent (2). - Plateau selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de liaison (60) et/ou le second élément de liaison (64) présente une section transversale essentiellement en forme de flèche dont la pointe de flèche (84) est pointée vers l'extérieur du plateau (2). - Plateau selon la revendication 14,

caractérisé en ce que des moyens de serrage sont prévus pour une liaison par serrage de la pièce de réception (26) avec le corps du plateau (4). - Plateau selon la revendication 20,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage sont formés par au moins une bride de fixation (96) qui, en position de serrage, enserre le bord (8) du corps de plateau (4) et la zone de bordure (88) des parties de bord (34, 36) de la pièce de réception (26). - Plateau selon la revendication 21,
caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation (96) est formée sur le bord (8) du corps de plateau (4) ou de la zone de bordure (88) des parties de bord (34, 36) de la pièce de réception (26). - Plateau selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le corps de plateau (4) est muni de préférence dans la zone de son bord (8) de pièces d'appui (98) dont les extrémités libres font saillie sur la face du dessous du corps de plateau (4) ou affleurent sensiblement sur la face du dessous du corps de plateau (4). - Plateau selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les parties de bord (34, 36) de la pièce de réception (26) sont guidées sur des arêtes qui sont formées sur le corps de plateau (4) ou sur une pièce (10, 12) reliée.
