Description

The invention relates to a transport unit consisting of a number Insulation boards, especially mineral wool boards, preferably Rock wool slabs, the two large ones aligned parallel to each other Have surfaces, which surfaces are perpendicular to two Connect longitudinal surfaces and two transverse surfaces, so that each Insulation board is cuboid, the insulation boards on a carrier device, for example a pallet or The like are arranged such that adjacent insulation boards with their large surfaces.

Insulation boards are used to protect against the weather Transport and storage on site assembled to form transport units and usually packed in foils. The packaging can provide information about the content and use of insulation boards wear. Insulation boards are inexpensive building materials with relatively lower - bulk density, which in increasing amounts to heat and / or Soundproofing of buildings or technical systems be used. About competitiveness in terms of pricing The manufacturer of insulation boards is able to comply with relied on the necessary for packaging the insulation boards Training packaging materials as inexpensively as possible. on the other hand there is a requirement that those that cannot be used on the construction site Packaging elements reduced to a minimum become. Such packaging elements are usually not sent to the recycling process, but landfilled, in particular Plastic films have a long shelf life that is harmful to the environment exhibit. In addition, ensure that the packaging elements not distributed by wind influences on and in the area of the construction site become. The dependence of the landfill costs plays a particular role here relative to the weight of the packaging, so that both the manufacturing trade as well as the insulation boards Companies are interested in using packaging whenever possible light weight to apply.

Insulation boards are predominantly made of mineral fibers or hard foam manufactured. For packaging and transportation therefore transport units with film packaging have proven to be advantageous. This foil packaging is predominantly about Polyolefin films in the form of shrink wrap, film bags or wraps from so-called stretch films alone or also in combination, i.e. can be used as multi-unit units. In recent years there has also been a tendency to see that the transport vehicles no longer for better use of the transport space be filled with individual packaging units, but that these transport units using mechanical conveyors be moved, take on ever larger volumes. hereby in particular the loading and unloading times of the transport vehicles shortened. In this way, individual packages are stacked on a pallet and covered with film hoods or the like. The stability of this Transport units must pass through additional tension-absorbing belts (Tensioning tapes, tensile adhesive films) can be increased. Alternatively be stackable containers are used, in which the insulation materials are stored. The disadvantage of such containers is that they are in a cycle must be returned to the manufacturing plant. Furthermore Such containers must be designed to be relatively stable in order to withstand high circulation figures to reach. However, this results in high costs for the Packaging and the necessary transport energy.

Various transport units are known from the prior art.

For example, DE 296 08 864 U1 discloses a transport unit, consisting of a number of mineral wool panels. The mineral fibers at These mineral wool slabs are essentially parallel to the large ones Plate surfaces aligned. Several mineral wool slabs become too a plate stack with the large plate surfaces in a vertical position arranged close to each other and by at least one foil wrapping under tension on all vertical peripheral sides firmly and immovably connected. With this state of the art the film wrapping consists of a particularly in the overlap area self-adhesive film made of polyethylene.

Furthermore, DE 44 17 711 A1 describes one with that described above Transport unit comparable transport unit known. With this transport unit it can be provided, for example, that several groups of insulation boards connected by foils can be combined into a transport unit.

Finally, EP 0 664 257 B1 and DE 94 21 186 U1 one Pallet for transporting stacks of plates, especially stacks Mineral wool insulation boards are known, in which a pressure and bending resistant Insulation board, preferably made of rock wool, on two at a distance elongated supporting elements made of insulating material arranged from each other, preferably made of rock wool, by means of a film covering to a Unit is connected.

The transport units described above have been for the Transport of insulation boards has proven itself, especially as the ones described above Transport units, especially on wooden pallets, No metal or the like. According to the state of the art namely already provided that only such transport units on the construction site are delivered with packaging residues minimized as essential components of the packaging are also for insulation purposes can be used.

A generic transport unit is also known from DE 9218 320 U1, in which the insulation panels arranged in the stack on the support device by means of a surrounding the stack and the carrier device common film are connected.

In EP-A- 0 779 466 ist ein flacher Dämmkörper zur Wärme- und/oder Schalldämmung für die Verlegung an vornehmlich glatten Wandungen beschrieben, bei dem die zur Anlage an eine Wandung bestimmte Seite mit einem doppelseitigen Selbstklebebelag versehen ist, dessen außenliegende Klebeschicht jedoch normalerweise mit einer Deckfolie geschützt ist, die erst bei der Verlegung des Dämmkörpers an einer Wand entfernt wird.EP-A-0 779 466 describes a flat insulating body for thermal and / or acoustic insulation described for laying on primarily smooth walls, in which the side intended for bearing against a wall with a double-sided Self-adhesive coating is provided, the outer adhesive layer however, it is usually protected with a cover film that is only in place during installation the insulation body is removed from a wall.

Es spielt daher auch keine Rolle, wenn die Verpackungsschachteln oder Behälter beim Öffnen und Abziehen der Klebebänder beschädigt werden.EP-A-0 539 100 relates to a method for assembling packaging boxes or containers using a triple belt system with a total of double-sided adhesive layer on the three interconnected tape strips. The triple hinge system is only used for locking the boxes or containers through the two external adhesive strips and for subsequent connection of the stacked boxes or container by the triple on the opposite side Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The content of the boxes or Containers, i.e. the actual goods, come with the triple adhesive tapes not in contact. It therefore doesn't matter if the packaging boxes or container damaged when opening and removing the tapes become.

A similar packaging and transportation method is known from US-A-5 647 191 for stacked packaging of sheets of paper known. Here is at least part of the packaging on at least one outside provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive strip so that the packaging in the stack against a horizontal shift is ensured. The entire stack of packaging is then covered with a protective film made of a flexible material. Again, it doesn't matter if the packaging of the paper sheets damaged during unpacking and therefore unusable for further use be made.

An adhesive tape with a tape-shaped carrier, which is coated on both sides with a self-adhesive coating is also known from DE 44 42 507 A1.

From DE 197 17 539 A1 it is for a generic transport unit for Insulation panels are also known below the inner panels, which one have a greater distance from the floor than the outer plates, a pressure compensation plate to arrange in the form of a chipboard or plywood, below their double-sided edges insulation strips as pressure equalization or Pressure reducing elements are clamped.

Finally, it is already known from WO 98 05 604 A for insulation materials in construction on at least one side of the insulation layer at least to arrange a waterproof, water vapor permeable functional layer which is connected to the insulation layer.

Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a transport unit that simplifies the transport of a variety of insulation boards with regard to the manufacturer's packaging and construction site processing in terms of ecological and work engineering procedures, in particular with regard to packaging costs more economical.

The solution to this problem provides that the insulation panels arranged on the carrier device are connected directly to one another by at least one adhesion-producing connecting element such that the individual insulation panels can be separated from one another without damaging their surfaces.

The solution according to the invention is used for example in large-format mineral wool roof insulation panels, for example Have dimensions of 2 m in length and 1 m to 1.20 m in width. such Roof insulation boards are delivered just-in-time directly from the manufacturer transported to the construction site, there immediately to the insulating roof surface lifted and installed immediately afterwards. at such short storage, transport and processing times can Roof insulation panels with appropriate surface resistance or resistant coatings on one or both of the large ones Surfaces, possibly also of the open edges on a wrapping of the Insulation boards are dispensed with. In these cases, it makes sense to glue the insulation panels of a transport unit to one another in such a way that the adhesion is sufficient to get out of the individual insulation boards to form a cuboid stack of insulation boards, the easily handled despite the harsh conditions on construction sites can be without the insulation panels from coming apart. So there must be a sufficiently high shear strength, so that, for example, when picking up the transport unit with a Forklift or crane does not break the transport unit apart. On the on the other hand, the connection of the insulation boards with each other can be easily removed on site. This must be avoided be that when pulling the panels apart, the usability of the insulating boards and the optical ones Damage to the impression of the surface Surfaces of the insulation boards. In addition, the used the connecting element producing adhesion does not lead to that remaining buildup on the insulation boards to a changed classification of the insulation boards within the building material classes entail. In the same way, care must be taken that any remaining fastener components are undesirable Interaction with a roof waterproofing membrane to be applied to have.

Further features and advantages of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

The transponder unit according to the invention thus consists of a stack, for example, relatively large-sized insulation panels, which by partial Bonding are interconnected. The adhesive surfaces can evenly on the top and bottom of the insulation boards, namely be distributed over the large surfaces. This can be circular glue points or just one in the middle of the large surfaces the insulating surface arranged adhesive surface may be provided.

In particular, as a connecting element, namely as an adhesive Hot melt adhesive proved to be advantageous because hot melt adhesive is targeted through Exposure to heat become adhesive and in particular easily into the Penetrate the surface of the mineral wool fiber insulation panels. Hot melt adhesives also have higher shear and transverse tensile strengths as a pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesives are still there too proven when the insulation boards made of foam material, for example Polystyrene exist.

The application of the adhesive can be carried out using a backing material, for example, polyolefin films. The adheres to these foils Glue stronger than on the insulation boards. In this way, the Adhesive almost completely by peeling off the backing material Insulation boards are removed. Have as alternative substrates strips of fleeces, relatively open fabrics, mesh fabrics and the like, wherein these carrier materials filament fibers made of glass, polyester and other plastics, wool, cotton, viscose and the like. Open carrier materials designed in this way have the advantage that the adhesive is only applied on one side must be because the adhesive through the pores of the carrier material the carrier material diffuses and its on both sides of the carrier material Provides adhesive effect.

For insulation materials with inherently firmer surfaces, e.g. insulation boards rigid foam can, as described above, also Pressure sensitive adhesives are used, particularly in the form of double-sided adhesive tapes are suitable.

Yet another alternative to the transport unit according to the invention stipulates that at least one of the two large surfaces of the Insulation boards are coated with bitumen. The coated surface is covered with a perforated film. In the manufacture of such insulation boards the plates with heated bitumen are stacked stacked so that it is aimed at the partial bonding of the neighboring Insulation boards are coming. To be a limited, easy To achieve detachable bonding of adjacent insulation boards, it can be provided on the surface coated with bitumen film strips to be arranged at a distance from each other, so that on the one hand covered and on the other hand free areas of bitumen on the surface of the Insulation board are provided. The covered areas are therefore liable not on the surface of the adjacent insulation board, so that depending on the relation between free and covered areas also the shear strength or the solubility of neighboring insulation boards is adjustable from each other.

There is also the possibility of meltable foils or foil strips or film sections on the large surfaces of the insulation boards to arrange, so that by partial heating of the with meltable foils covered areas of the insulation boards Connection of adjacent insulation boards can be made.

For the transport of the transport unit, it has proven to be advantageous at least the top plate with a weather-resistant coating to be provided so that weather influences do not adversely affect the Act on plates. In addition, for example, the open surfaces the insulation boards with mineral oils, silicone oils or resins, Water glasses and others at normal temperatures or through sprayed briefly heating water-resistant substances. It is important to ensure that only as much protective agent is applied is that the conditions of the building material class assigned to the insulation material be respected.

The insulation boards are in this way on strips or individual board pieces stored with any shape that the stability of the stack Insulation panels are guaranteed and a fork of a lifting and / or Transport device can reach under the stack. To the Stack of insulation boards in contact with each other or during transport To protect, the support elements can be several centimeters if necessary protrude above the surface. These support elements exist usually made of pressure-resistant mineral wool, hard foam, wood, unfolded Cardboard elements or the like. Since there is a firmer grip what is required is the intensity and extent of the bond area larger than with the internal fixing of the insulation boards with each other due to the plate weight and the high internal coefficient of friction For example, the mineral wool insulation boards are effective is increased. Gluing the support elements with the on them load-bearing insulation board is either directly or under Use of carrier materials, such as foils.

According to a further feature of the invention it is provided that the Transport unit supplemented by fabric and / or tensioning straps Elastomer threads are stabilized. On the straps are sufficient pressure-resistant and the size on the compressive strength of the stored Insulated materials attached feet made of rubber, wood or the like. The straps are provided with turnbuckles that allow to use such straps with feet several times.

Such straps can be easily collected on site and can easily be returned to the manufacturing plants.

To protect the underside of those lying on the support elements Insulation board against damage from a load suspension device, such as a forklift is provided that sections of thin insulation boards, wooden boards or the like pressure-equalizing or pressure-reducing substances are glued on. This too Sections are removed from this before processing the insulation board away.

Of course, there is also the option of using the transport unit a film, in particular stretch film to envelop non-positively. This The film is wrapped around the insulation boards and / or Supported elements, the windings being both vertical as well as about a horizontal axis of the transport unit can. Complete wrapping of the transport unit requires that the film around both the vertical and the horizontal axis the transport unit is wound. To that inherent in a stretch film To balance elasticity, it has proven to be advantageous Stack of insulation boards thanks to additional pressure-absorbing adhesive tapes to stabilize. These tapes can also be used on the Insulation boards should be glued on and before processing the insulation boards be demolished.

The support elements are used in a wrapped stack of insulation boards either on the wrapping in the area of the underside of the insulation board stack or glued directly onto an insulation board, whereby in the latter case can also include supporting elements.

The transport unit described above can both insulation boards have large surfaces that run horizontally are arranged, as well as include insulation panels made of For certain processing techniques, upright on the support elements are arranged. The large surfaces of the Insulation boards essentially vertical. Of course there is also the possibility that the transport unit both a certain Number of horizontally aligned insulation boards as well as one certain number of vertically aligned insulation panels.

There are inevitable fluctuations in width with vertically aligned insulation boards of the insulation boards are pressure reducing Elements between the individual insulation boards and on the upper one Surface of the insulation board stack provided. Trained in such a way the transport units according to the invention can then also be stacked be stacked when the individual insulation boards with their large surfaces are aligned vertically.

To protect against damage to the insulation panels caused by load suspension devices can stack on the bottom of the insulation board or on the underside of those surrounding the insulation board stack Glue pressure-equalizing plates or strips or pieces glued on his. Pressure-absorbing plates or plate pieces are on the side at least glued on one side of the transport unit. In the same way can also have pressure equalizing elements on the top of the Transport unit can be provided to as a base for metal angles serve on the lashing straps of the transport vehicle can be performed.

A transport unit 1 shown in Figures 1 to 3 consists of several stacked insulation panels 2. Each insulation panel 2 has two large surfaces aligned parallel to one another 3 on. The large surfaces 3 close on two longitudinal surfaces 4 and two transverse surfaces 5, the longitudinal surfaces 4 and the transverse surfaces 5 are aligned perpendicular to each other so that each insulation board 2 is cuboid.

The insulation panels 2 form an insulation panel stack, which in one Foil 6 is wrapped. The insulation boards 2 lie within the film 6 with adjacent surfaces 3 on top of each other.

The stack of insulation panels consisting of the insulation panels 2 and the film 6 is arranged on a carrier device 7. The carrier device 7 consists of four support bodies 8, each at a distance arranged to each other in the area of the lowest insulation board 2 are. The support body 8 are cuboid and exist made of a material suitable for insulation purposes, for example made of the same material as the insulation panels 2, the support body 8 have sufficient pressure rigidity.

In Figures 1 and 2, the support body 8 are arranged such that close them flush with the outer surfaces of the transport unit 1. In contrast, 3 shows the arrangement of the support body 8 in the Kind that part of the support body 8 over the outer surfaces of the transport unit Protrude 1.

Die Auflagerkörper 8 sind mit der Folie 6 im Bereich der untersten Dämmstoffplatte 2 verklebt, wobei eine über die gesamte übereinstimmende Fläche der Auflagerkörper 8 mit der Folie 6 aufgetragene Klebeschicht vorgesehen istThe support body 8 are with the film 6 in the area of the lowest Insulation board 2 glued, one matching over the entire Surface of the support body 8 with the film 6 applied adhesive layer is provided

The film 6 is both in the transport unit 1 according to Figures 1 to 3 about a vertical as well as a horizontal axis of the stack the insulation panels 2 wrapped.

The transport unit 1 is correct with regard to the insulation panels 2 and the stack formed from it in connection with the Slide 6 corresponds to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3.

In the transport unit 1 according to FIGS. 4 to 6, however, there is one modified carrier device 7 is provided. The support body 8 this Carrier means 7 are made transverse to the longitudinal extent of the stack Insulation panels 2 continuous panels formed. The Support bodies 8 are arranged at a distance from one another and on both sides rest on the long sides of the insulation panels 2 or the film 6 Plate sections 9 (FIGS. 5 and 6) connected to one another, so that a box-shaped base is formed. The plate sections 9 are on the surfaces, i.e. facing the insulation panels 2 Surfaces of the support body 8 arranged such that between the Support bodies 8 formed a cavity below the plate sections 9 is the intervention of a lifting device, not shown, for example, a forklift.

Both the support body 8 and the plate sections 9 are on the Film 6 of the stack of insulation boards 2 attached via an adhesive layer 10.

Furthermore, it can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 6 that between the Bearing bodies 8, which also like the plate sections 9 from Material suitable for insulation purposes may exist, further plate elements 11 are arranged. This is a one square cuboid, the material thickness is significantly smaller than the material thickness of the support body 8, so that a free space below the plate elements glued to the film 6 to engage the hoist. The plate elements 11 are in Edge area of the stack of insulation panels 2 within the Support body 8 limited space glued and serve as protection for the engagement of the hoist. The plate elements 11 can also consist of material suitable for insulation purposes.

Another embodiment of a transport unit 1 is in the figures 7 and 8. Compared to those described above Embodiments according to Figures 1 to 6 is in the Embodiment according to Figures 7 and 8 provided that the Foil 6 double-layer, namely horizontally and vertically around the insulation boards 2 is wound so that the double-layer film 6 together with the insulation panels 2 forms an insulation panel stack that on the support bodies 8 is mounted, which support body 8 via a Adhesive layer 10 are glued to the film 6. In this example, everyone is Support body 8 formed as a strip section, the length of which Width of each insulation board 2 matches, with the support body 8 in turn transversely to the longitudinal extent of the stack of insulation boards 2 run.

Furthermore, insulation panels 2, namely, are on the surface of the stack on the film 6 above the top insulation board 2 support plates 12 arranged, which is designed to match the support bodies 8 are. The support plates 12 are used to hold one arranged above the transport unit 1 further transport unit 1. On the other hand, these support plates 12 protect the insulation boards 2 when tensioning the transport unit 1 in a transport vehicle by means of straps. Here, the support plates 12th also glued to the film 6.

Weitere Ausführungsbeispiele sind in abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.Further exemplary embodiments are in dependent Described claims.
