Claims (13)

  1. A transport packaging (100) made of cardboard-like material for bulky, flat and/or curved objects that include a rim and/or a frame, for example glazed doors or windows, having:
    a. a tray-shaped container (1), of which the interior (22) is suitable for the placement of the respective object and which consists of a base part (3) and four side walls (13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4), of which at least two (13.1; 13.2) face one another,
    b. at least one cushion member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) and one cushion member (8), which are to be inserted into the interior (22) and by means of which the object is able to be immobilised inside the container (1),
    c. a lid (2) which closes the container (1),
    characterised in that
    d. at least the two facing side walls (13.1, 13.2) of the container (1) are each composed of at least one flat bar (7.1, 7.2), which is arranged on the base part (3) along the side edges (6.1, 6.2) thereof and is connected to the base part (3),
    e. the container (1) is supported at at least two support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) in a pallet-like manner,
    f. the cardboard-like material, from which the base part (3), the side walls (13.1, 13.2), the lid (2), the cushion member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4), and the cushion member (8), the flat bar (7.1, 7.2) and/or the support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) are manufactured, is honeycomb board (10),
    the cushion member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) consists of a honeycomb board strip which is stood loosely upright and which lies closely against the corresponding side wall (13.1, 13.2; 13.3, 13.4)
    g. the cushion member (8) is a plate-shaped insert (16) which is manufactured from honeycomb board (10) and which, in terms of surface, is approximately the same as the object which is to be inserted into the container (1) or as an outline (U) of the container (1),
    h. an adhesive means is provided on the inner sides, facing the interior (22), of the base part (3), of the insert (16), of the side walls (13.1, 13.2) and of the lid (2) and
    i. the adhesive means is present in the form of adhesive points and/or strips (25.1, 25.2), which come into contact with a rim and/or a frame (21) of the respective object to be protected.
  2. The transport packaging according to Claim 1, characterised in that the surface of the adhesive points or adhesive strips is provided with a contact-adhesive layer provided to releasably connect the object with the adhesive points or strips.
  3. The transport packaging according to Claim 2, characterised in that the contact-adhesive layer is durably stickable or sticky and when the object is lightly pressed against the layer, it releasably adheres to the layer.
  4. The transport packaging according to Claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the contact-adhesive layer, as a single-tape adhesive tape, includes a carrier layer and a pressure-sensitive layer, applied onto one side of the carrier layer, with an adhesive compound which is a contact-adhesive or a hot-melt-type adhesive, and a contact-adhesive pressure-sensitive layer, which is applied onto the other side of the carrier layer and which interacts with the object to be protected through adhesive action.
  5. The transport packaging according to one of claims 2-4, characterised in that the contact-adhesive layer is a two-tape adhesive tape,
    of which the first tape includes a carrier layer and a pressure-sensitive layer, applied onto one side of the carrier layer, with an adhesive compound which is a contact-adhesive or hot-melt-type adhesive, in order to interact with the inner side (200) of the transport packaging, and a barb arranged on the other side of the carrier layer,
    and
    of which the second tape includes a carrier layer and a fleecy layer arranged on one side of the carrier layer in order to interact with the barbs of the first tape and a contact-adhesive pressure-sensitive layer which is applied onto the other side and which through the adhesive effect interacts with the object to be protected.
  6. The transport packaging according to one of claims 4, 5, characterised in that the carrier layer is paper, plastic foil, textile fabric.
  7. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that there is arranged on the exterior an adhesive tape for sealing the transport packaging.
  8. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an outwardly directed foil-like protective layer (27) is laminated to the lid (2) and/or to the container (1).
  9. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cushion member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) is a flat bar (15) which is stood upright on the base part (3) and which is also manufactured of honeycomb board (10).
  10. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cushion member (8) is a plate-shaped insert (16) which is manufactured of honeycomb board (10) and which in terms of surface is approximately the same as the object to be inserted into the container (1) or as an outline (U) of the container (1).
  11. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the insert (16) is connected to the lid (2), the support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) are arranged parallel to one another, the support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) respectively extend over a width dimension (B) of the base part (3), the support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) respectively change into at least one L-leg (18) which reaches over the side edge (6.1, 6.2) of the base part (3) and closely hugs the side wall (13.1, 13.2) up to its free edge (11), and/or the support members (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) in their areas (14) of changing into L-legs (18) form a common axis of rotation (A) around which the transport packaging can be pivoted from its horizontal position into a stable vertical position and vice-versa.
  12. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one of the flat bars (7.1, 7.2) of the side wall (13.1, 13.2) is laid flat onto the base part (3), and/or at least one of the flat bars (7.1, 7.2) of the side wall (13.1, 13.2) is laid upright on the base part (3).
  13. The transport packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that there is arranged between the side walls (13.1, 13.2) at least one additional, bar-shaped, shock-absorbing cushion member (19), which divides the interior (22) into at least two compartments (23, 24), in that the lid (2) has downwardly hanging side parts (17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 17.4) which cover the side walls (13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4) when the transport packaging is in the closed position, in that the lid (2) is manufactured in one piece from a paperboard-like pre-cut part (30), of which the side part (17.1) has gaps (26.1, 26.2, 26.3) into which the L-legs (18) of the support members fit, in that there is attached to the side wall (13.1, 13.2) of the container (1) at least one cardboard or paperboard section (12) and edge protection members (28) are provided at least at the base part (3).
